Just got my nails done here today and I will not be going back. This was my second time at this nail salon. The first time I had Michael and he was very professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. That's the only reason I'm giving it two stars. This time was very different. I called ahead to see if they had room for two and they said yes. So we got there five minutes later and my friend got a pedicure right away, but I was asked to sit. "It'll only be a couple of minutes," she said. But that couple of minutes turned into over 20 minutes. She also had me move to a different chair, when I still wasn't being helped. (I don't get it either) Honestly, I wouldn't have cared THAT much about the wait if I didn't receive the worst manicure of my life after the 20+ minutes of mindless waiting. Not only did she cut my skin THREE times, she also didn't let any of the three coats of polish dry. So obviously there were bubbles and it was super lumpy and thick. Not only that, the last coat of clear polish, she didn't even finish. She just painted the top and didn't bother with the sides. It was very obvious she didn't care at all. I even tried to paint the sides myself when she walked away and told me she was done. But she saw me and then proceeded to speak to her coworker in Vietnamese about me, then acted like I had done something wrong. When the sides were clearly not painted! Let me start off with my mother, my sister, and I have been coming here for about a year just because its so close. Well...I am never going AGAIN! We didn't really love the fact at first that they play NO music and you just sit in silence. Then, we always seemed to notice an older lady that is there always seemed so annoyed if you came there not wanting to get the full treatment and spend a bunch of money. One time I got my lip waxed by her, and she just continued to give the rudest looks, not say a word, and just rip the dang wax off of me and send me on my way....whatever right!? Well GET THIS!!! I had a $25 giftcard which I lost the certificate, but I have the bank transaction receipt. So I go in and show the receipt to George (the owner) who obviously knows my family and I. He said I can't redeem my $25 because I lost the certificate, even though he lied about not having it on file. He knows my family since we go there all the time, so I thought that was absurd he wouldn't just be okay with letting me use up the credit my Dad had got me from there. After him yelling back at me for about 20 minutes, I said I will never come here again and that I'm disappointed, and he says back "FINE I DON'T GIVE A FUCK IF YOU AND YOUR FAMILY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!" Love getting my pedis here, super nice and they do a good job. Always offer a water. But sometimes they aren't really talkative, and hurt my toes while filling, also when I get a full set I always think they hurt my nails while filling, and sometimes they do shape well but other wise I do like coming here. George is the most hospitable owner I've ever met! He always makes sure you are taken care of, he offers beverages, and offers for you to come back and get anything fixed...which I actually had to do. One of my nails broke and I came back within a week and he fixed it free of charge! Also, my girl friend who originally went with me had to go back. Her first set started lifting on a couple fingers so she went back to get them fixed. He did a full set of gels on her, FREE OF CHARGE. I will continue to keep coming back here. You can't beat it! Came in around 6:30 and they helped me right away. Got a gel manicure done by Khoa and he did a wonderful job. He was quiet throughout the whole session but that's okay. The only time he talked to me was when he asked if I'd like something to drink and when I asked his opinion on what color to choose (he chose the perfect color). He was very gentle and made sure everything looked fine throughout the whole process. He even added a hand massage after the manicure. My manicure lasted a pretty long time but because my nails grow fast, I started picking at them. Will probably drop by soon to get another gel manicure. Read Less

I get a deluxe manicure and pedicure here regularly and thought I should send in a rating. They are excellent and I would recommend highly to a friend or family member.  Great results, excellent service and very open to feedback.  Very clean environment. Husband-wife team. I take care of an elderly lady and I am glad I brought her here for her pedicure. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and they know their customers names. They accommodate the elderly and people with disabilities which shows they care about their customers. My next pedicure, I will be coming here. Read Less

My toes hurt me for a month. Pieces of nail go inside my skin it real pain.I forgot his name he is brother of the owner. He is very nice and friendly. He help to take it out and my pain go away. I got full set of Manicure and Pedicure include massage hand and legs. They did a great job and great service. Read Less

I started to love this place until every visit became "oh can you come back at time.." He's alway changing the price of a pedicure when it clearly states on a board 22 dollars. He charges you whatever mood he's in. And they only have 2 people working there which sucks to wait. Read Less

Best place I have ever been. I get the worst in grown toe nails and George  and Linda always takes the time to make them feel better. They are very clean! Willing to stay late and come early for you. All instruments are sterile. And a wax treatment is included for inly $22.  Amazing!! Read Less

Best place in the area yo get your nails done! They are friendly, professional, and very clean! George did my nails for me after I had the worst nail job done over at Paris Nail, kiddy corner from them, they were done the way they should have been done. This is by far the cleanest nail salon I have ever used, so I am not sure what the previous reviewer experienced. They sterilize the instruments between each use, and I have never seen George or Linda go between customers.  They take appointments, but also walk-ins.  Their prices are competitive and I have been happy with each service.
