My favorite nail salon! I don't live in the area anymore, but come back to the area for work and always try to time it so that I can get a gel manicure at A New Look! The owners are nail technicians themselves, and take pride in the quality of their work. Whenever I get a gel mani here, it is always flawless and lasts at least two weeks if not longer. Love this place have been coming here for a year to get eye lash extensions!! Vivian does such a great job and has such a great personality!! She's an overall great person! I usually get my lip waxed here and service isn't bad but the last time I went for a wax I waited about 15 minuets before anyone asked if they could help me. Then a girl came in after I had arrived and they were going to see her before me, but luckily one if the workers asked if I had an appointment when I replied no she said she had just assumed that I had an appointment and I was waiting for one of the other nail stylists. Then she told me that I should have asked for help. Usually when I go to a salon the workers ask what they can do for me not the other way around. I don't think I should have to come up to the workers while they're with a client and tell them I need to get my lip waxed. Probably won"t be coming back here. Read Less

I went in to get a pedicure and she didn't around clean my toe nails. I got white french tip and the next day the polish was coming off and polish looked cracked. She didn't even file my nails down to a nice shape like other salons do. Her work was so uneven on each toe. I went in a few days later to tell her the polish was coming off and she started arguing with me that I'm probably being rough on them. I couldn't believe she didn't try to fix her problem like if I was trying to get a free pedicure of something. Then she completely ignored what I had to say and turned her back at me and said "oh" and I was just standing there being completely ignored. She didn't care, so I just walked out. I Love this place! They work awesome with my schedule Vita usually does my nails she does a kick butt job, and Vivian waxes my eyebrows me and my mom have gone here since they pretty much opened and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Keep it up guys! Read Less

Went there for a full set & Vita helped me decide on gels. They look fantastic and am completely in love with them. Also got my eyebrows done & they look awesome! Everyone was friendly and all had an open conversation. Cant wait to go back.Read Less
