RUDE! UNSANITARY! Rough!! Used to get my nails done all the time here and I loved it. Been years since I went back since moving back to the area. They are horrible. They mumble to each other not one of us had a conversation with our tech.. RUDE! I get simple mani / pedi w color no design. Not hard. Cuticle removal was harsh yanking and pinching had to ask a few times to be more gentle got a rude smirk in return. Red color polish everywhere she had to clean up multiple times. Left me on the chair to get off by myself only to be told when I was almost done w second shoe to help me she ran over I told her I was fine another rude smirk. I realized at the end tools were not new the basket she held them in was on the floor while she worked and the pumice was old and thin in the middle, broke right as she finished up using it on me. Unfortunately like stated before I noticed all at the end. Very unsanitary. A call to state board is a def must! Shame on you all at Sparkle. Quantity over quality is a disgrace especially in the beauty field. Read Less

(Don't even deserve one star tbh.) They sucked sooooo bad! They did my nails and they looked janky especially the side profile. When we complained they had an attitude about their poor service and their customer service was even worse! They were so rude! Don't get your nails done here unless u want to waste yer money and have janky nails for 42 days. I would be more forgiving toward this but the fact that they were so utterly rude and their customer service was not friendly which is well reflected in their service. Read Less
