Very disappointing. I got burned from the drill many times. Two of my nails had little cracks at the bottom which I thought she fixed them by cutting them off. It took her a long time just clean and get them ready. Come time to get them filled a different lady put the acrylic on my nails. It was a half fast job not filling them in the correct way. Now I know why the other lady took long, she doesn't know how to do nails. Now I have those same two nails to get fixed. This isn't the only mess up. They are too pushy and something always different each time happens when I go there. I'll go back to the nail salon I was going before. Read Less

I've come here a few times before writing this review. They did a great job the first time so I came back. I will always request Tina.. she does the basic and quality manicure and pedicure. Great prices and she's fast and does the clean simple manicure & spa pedicure I  like. She doesn't do much talking to everyone like most, just focused on quality and fast service. Read Less

My mom,sister, and I come come here all the time and their prices go unmatched. Love the artists they have here; they do a close to perfect job on manicures! 100% would recommend. Love Love Love the pedicure. Previous reviews talk about how affordable it is but I opted for a more inclusive pedi. Don't regret it. Mary was very attentive and listened to what I asked for. Yes it is next to a bar but who cares you're not going to get your nails done at 10pm at night. Plenty of parking.I only gave 4 stars because I wanted to get an acrylic set and they said they didn't do those. Great place to come and get a pedicure. Almost every single time I have gotten great service. I've had two experiences with the same person twice that were bad, but I've learned to avoid her. I found this place on Yelp and decided to give them a try because they had great reviews. Here is what I think.Pro: 1. They get you in fast 2. The prices are cheap Cons:1. They don't really say much to you2. They take on more clients then they can handle 3. It grossed me out how they would work on my feet and adjust the ladies water next to mine ( sticking her hands in her tub then mine) 4. I told the girl I had on gel and needed them soaked off before I got a mani. The lady said if you didn't get it done by them previously, They will charge you extra. 5. Disappointed...I asked 3 times how much it would be for a manicure with no polish. I just wanted my nails filed. Kim finally just had me sit down and she started cleaning up my cuticles. I was passed off to another lady for her to finish. Less than 20 minutes later I was finished. Went to pay and was still charged full price. I would not have stayed for the service for full price, and it completely defeated the purpose of why I asked up front. I'll just go back to my previous salon for services again. Read Less

Came here because of the great reviews and was not disappointed. Came on a Sunday morning slightly after 10 (when they open) and there were already 2 people there. Luckily they were able to squeeze my mom and I in for 2 manis and a pedi. I love that they have color swatches to choose from for regular polish too and then they go grab the color for you (very organized). They used liners in the footbath and seemed pretty clean.They were very efficient, but did not skimp on the massage or the quality of work. $15 for a mani, and $35 for a basic mani-pedi. Perfect! Shellac mani for $27. Kelly and helen did my nails. They were careful not to cut my cuticles as I told them no blood since I've diabetes and its hard to stop the blood. They are quite gentle and I like how they sterilize their equipment beforehand. Not too bad and they are friendly. You can pay by card but tip in cash only. Read Less

This will have been my 4th time getting a pedicure here. 3 sisters, owned and operated. Wonderful customer service. In my experience, they are great with groups, very friendly, detail oriented, crew of ladies that just want to make the customer happy. This is a perfect, comfortable local nail salon. They put the extra touch on their services, and really made me feel welcome. Hot towel wrap after my warm peppermint lotion leg massage? Yes please! A shellac mani and a killer pedi for $50? All the yes!It was a delight to have these ladies as my nail techs. Sometimes I forget how great it is for people who have been doing nails for years to do my mani/pedi... this is a field where experience matters!I think this was the best AND longest leg massage I've ever had at a pedicure for any price point. They did a clean, meticulous job on my polish and took care to shape my nails well, not just a cursory filing. I think I'm a tad picky, but ranking this as an overall package, I think I'll give it a 3.5 starts and I rounded up. The location is not ideal. The parking lot in the back felt quite small, and the location... eh.... I called the morning of, to make an appointment for a pedi in the afternoon. When I got there to check in, the guy behind the counter looked very confused, as if they didn't take down my appointment request. Thankfully, I was still given a spot for a pedi 5mins past my appointment time. They have about 5 chairs for pedis and 3 stations for manis- definitely not a huge place. They have a decent amount of colors to choose from, most from OPI, Essie and Match. The pedi itself only took 30min, but I thoroughly enjoyed the massage and hot towel wrap. The hot towel however was very interesting, because I can tell they put some kind of minty oil to rub your leg down before the hot towel wrap. The whole time, my legs had a tingly sensation to it. I loved the fact that the manicurist don't talk to each other while giving you the treatment. It was nice and quiet and relaxing. I had Kelly help me and I thought she was very nice, courteous and quick. I wouldn't mind going back to her again. The entire pedi was only $23! Good deal if you ask me. Make sure you turn on the massage chair to enjoy it while you get your pedi! They don't turn it on for you, so you kind of fiddle around with it yourself if you want to enjoy it. They got me bottled water right away when i walked in. Very friendly and professional staff. I saw Ahn and she did a wonderful job on my pedicure ($35 deluxe special). I get bad ingrown nails on my big toes and infections if they are not taken care of properly from years of wearing combat boots. Ahn took extra time to make sure i was well taken care of, she was gentle and massaged my feet and legs a long time to help my circulation and it felt wonderful.
