I got my Manicure and Pedicure with Janelle (@janelleodakura) and my oh my, i couldn't be more happy! i can't stop looking at my nails. Already got many likes and comment on my snapchat asking, "who did my nails"? Janelle is hands down one of the best nail techs i have ever met. She was patient, gentle and paid lots of attention to details with my manicure I will be booking other appointments with her and asking friends to book with her too. She is really easy to talk to and gave great suggestions when you ask for her opinion. I had so much fun talking to her and having her do my manicure and pedicure. I don't get my nails done, but I accompany my girlfriend to her appointments at Pamper. If I did, Janelle (@janelleodakura) is the girl to go to! I don't mind how long it takes because it shows how much they want YOU to be satisfied with your nails, as well as how much they love what they do. They are extremely accommodating to what you want done, and will always give you 110%. Patience is a virtue, and is worth it in the end.Not only are they extremely talented, but all around chill people. I love hanging out all day chatting and laughing with Janelle, Vivian, and Leah (or any of the other Pamper ladies), while I sit and wait. It makes the time we spend there fly by. This review is for Janelle. I'm proud to say that my first salon nail experiences have all been Janelle. She is meticulous and gentle with the hands, I always feel so relaxed! The first set I got with her was a simple gel design, a beauitful light blue to white glitter gradient, which lasted me at least 2 months! My second set I got done was a full hard gel extension set in a cute pink. I asked for an almond shape, which was nicely sculpted and shaped, I was not disapponted.I highly, highly recommend booking Janelle if you want a great experience, beautiful nails and a wonderful person to meet. I always go to Janelle for intricate designs. When I go to a random nail salon in Palo Alto they are only capable of painting solid colors. Janelle is capable of doing gradations, flowers, and characters just to name a few.When I see her I show her the design I want and asks ask her how much that would cost. Even thin coats of gel. It bothers me that when I get gel that it is not a consistent thin coat. There are times where one side of the gel would be thicker than the other.She is a great listener. I recently had Janelle do gel nails for my wedding.  Myself and my bridesmaids are very happy with their nails.  Even with intense wedding crafting I had to do after getting my nails done, hand-sewing & hot-glueing, my nails stayed intact and in perfect condition.  The gel she uses is fast drying without being painful and she makes it really easy to work with.  She also does not do any electric nail filing that I see other nail salons do, which can damage and weaken your nails.  She takes care of your nails in a natural and healthy way so your natural nails can stay strong as they grow with the gel.  She also offers a soak-off kit if you want to remove the gel on your own.  I had her do my nails twice already and both times I've had very pretty and lasting results.  Even my co-workers have complemented my nails for how shiny and and pretty Janelle made them.  I highly recommend her services:  great affordable pricing, flexible scheduling as she can even do house calls, creative and lasting beautiful nails! Janelle is a great nail artist! She listens to and follows all your requests and also gives her own suggestions to create the best results. Her hand is extremely steady so her designs always come out precise and beautiful. The nails also last super long; they stayed perfectly intact for about 2 months before I had to remove them cause my nails were growing out and like half-decorated lol.You can really tell that she has a passion for nail art and beauty.
