I am very disappointed with the way I was treated today usually my experience at this location is always a good one with Cindy. I got my nails done a week ago and my nail broke also the gel was coming off my nails so I called them and they said to come in and they would fix it for me honestly I think It was the bio seaweed gel they used on my nails and the lights that made the gel come off so quickly it's a new product so I get it trial and error I come in and the owner of the place is fixing my broken nail she didn't soak or take off my broken nails she just buffed it and put the other one on top which already is a lazy way of fixing a broken nail I didn't say anything then when I asked her to touch up my nails she said your nails are fine they don't need to be touched up I said no they are not the tips were peeling off but it's okay I can go somewhere else to get it done if you do not want to do it the whole time she was fixing my nails she had a attitude and kept hitting my hand with the nail file telling me to relax how am I suppose to relax when it's obvious the person doing my nails is trying to rush through it and upset at me for coming in to get my nails fix I get it it's complimentary but I paid the first time and expected them to do a good job like these usually do and not have to come back at that point she got frustrated with me and asked another girl to finish my nails her name was Natalie and she was very nice so I was kinda relieved that she finish the job for me they are a mom and pop nail shop so they have a lot of regulars that I feel they treat better they ask them if they want something to drink not once in the 3 times I been there have they asked me and also they are nicer to there regulars however new customers should be treated with the same attention and respect I love to get my nails and I could have gone to other more exclusive nails bars in OC just so happens that this was close to where I work so I decide to come here but after the way I felt today going there I don't think I will be back again Read Less

Polish me pretty is seriously the place to go if you want quality work that last forever! An awesome place, I can't recommend coming here enough. I used to take my daughter and get Pedi's at the place up the hill but after bad service on multiple occasions a friend told me about this Diamond in the rough and we came here. Polish Me Pretty has been my go to nail salon for probably 2 years. Every single time I leave from getting my nails done and/or a pedicure, I'm happier with the results even more so than the time before. Cris' ability to create any and all designs with such grace is not something you come by often in a nail salon. All of the techs do a wonderful job. I booked an appointment for an acrylic fill and pedicure yesterday. I was first greeted to take a seat, and was asked if I wanted anything to drink. I was sat down, and had my seat lowered so I was in a comfortable position, than one of the ladies turned on the massage chair. My pedicure was done by Natalie, and let me tell you she does an amazing job with your cuticles. I'm very picky when it comes to my cuticles getting cut that sometimes that I request not to do it, but Natalie took her time and  did an incredible job. The only thing was that my polish wasn't smooth and you can tell there was a crease. Than again I did white, and I know white can be difficult to polish. For my acrylics, I didn't get the nail techs name, but 8/10 my fingers were cut. I'm not exaggerating one bit, it's normal to get a few cuts when you get your nails done but it was to the extreme. To the stop the bleeding she used nail glue, but didn't even clean it with alcohol. My ring finger where the cut was made is starting to raise, and looks like it will turn to an infection so I personally have to take EXTRA care of it. The polish was also very bumpy, that I'm going to get it repolished in a day or two. I wouldn't let my bad experience with my acrylics scare any customers away, because I've heard many great reviews and feedback about this place. My friend and I made appointments for two full sets and were so happy with the outcome. Every one that worked on our nails took their time, we never once felt rushed or that we were inconveniencing anyone when choosing what designs we wanted on our nails. Chris did the design on mine and I've never been happier with a full set. She's very down to earth and makes you feelcomfortable. You're in good hands with any of the ladies here. I love love love this salon! All the ladies here are FANTASTIC and each have their own special flare in the way they do nails. I am NEVER disappointed when I leave! They LAST and I am very rough on my hands and they stay until they grow out enough for it to bother me enough to get a fill. I go back sooner than needed just for the lovely environment and customer service and they make me feel so special with special nail designs! Really really talented group of people here.  Thank you Polish Me Pretty for the quality work I always have received and making me feel like part of the family. So worth the 45 minute drive (not including rush hour traffic...) to get my nails done!!!! I can't tell you the amount of people I have complement my nails. Walking in for my first time, I was a little scared because I had heard that this place was always busy and I really had to get my nails done today! But thankfully I was able to come in and get seated in a spa chair right away! The man at the front was very friendly and so were the girls attending me. Annie did my gel manicure and Cindy did my pedicure, both of which I was in desperate need of. Annie and Cindy talked to me in a very friendly manner and didn't just ignore me like other nail techs do. I really appreciated their wonderful customer service!The establishment itself is one of the most beautiful nail salons I have ever stepped into. Everything is white and clean and the chandeliers add the perfect touch. I have never seen such a clean nail salon, and I am glad they keep it so clean for their customers!They were in no rush for me to leave and let me stay and relax since they weren't busy. My nails look very clean and perfect, I am very happy with them. I didn't get anything too crazy, just simple red nails for the holidays. Next time I come in I will be choosing more of a daring design, and I know I will be put in good hands.At the very end of my visit, they handed me a present from the salon for coming. So disappointed in the quality and service. I spent over $210 and my nails did not last. Was hoping for more and just found the next junk nail bar. If you're looking for artwork, they might be a good place if you can wait for the one person that does it. My referrals even told me that they said only 2 operators actually do nails there. The others are best for pedicures. I had excellent quality before with Red Iguana. There's no going back to junk once you've had the best. My nails could last from her for months. This place, the first time was fine. The fill was terrible and after they all popped off because the girl filed them and my real nails too much, the second set didn't last 2 days. Oh, and FYI: the best nail artist in the world have all told me the same thing: there is no reason your nails should only last 2 weeks! Quality nails should look good for a month minimum and should only need to be redone to address growth not quality or wear and tear. Unless you are in some kind of service operation, your nails should last. I am blessed and don't have to fo many traditional chores, so there's no reason my nails shouldn't last. I've been to a loooooot of nail salons, a lot, and have never loved my nails, the service and the atmosphere more. Christine, Snow and Cindy have done my toes and hands, but the entire the team is amazing! Christine is the best, a real artist, I have never come across anyone like her. There really is nothing she can't do. Every picture or idea I bring her, she elevates and makes it her own. My nails can't imagine a life without her!  Make sure to book an appointment with her, your nail game will change forever! P.s. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Pricey, but worth it because no one else can do what they can. Their designs are beautiful and so detailed. They take pride in their work. The women are funny and make it enjoyable to be there. They really make you feel like a regular there, even if you aren't (which, I am becoming one). Parking is easy. Their establishment is very cute and clean, everything you want in a nail place. When you call to make an appointment, tell her EXACTLY what you want (acrylics, acrylics with design, gel, regular mani/pedi, etc). Because that is how they decide when they can schedule other clients. And they have one women that is REALLY good with designs, and if you didn't include EXACTLY what you wanted to get, you will be putting them in a tight spot (timing wise) because they have a very tight schedule. I had seen this place on Instagram and was curious to try it out. I live about an hour away from this Nail Salon, and at first I was hesitant to come here because of the distance, but I am so glad I went!First day I went, I tried to get an appointment with Chris, she is the owner and is amazingly talented, but since she was fully booked, her Mom took care of me.This place is clean, chic and the ambiance is great. I love the decor. They offer you drinks while you get work done. Now as for pricing, it can be a tad bit pricey for some people. I personally think the pricing is more than fair, but keep in mind, you are paying for quality of service. I usually tip $30.00 minimum depending on how many of the talented ladies are working on me. Everyone who works here is accommodating, professional and pay close attention to what you want and work hard to achieve that.I haven't been disappointed in anything I've gotten done in all the times I've been here. And the best thing about Chris and her team is that if I break a nail or mess it up (totally my fault), even if they don't have to, they fix it for me. I've been meaning to leave this review but have been so busy with work. And because of work it's hard for me to find nail places but alas not only did I find a wonderful nail salon but I've also found my NEW SPOT. I refuse to go anywhere else. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and my work is based out of lake Elsinore but I will make the drive to come back here.The ladies are amazing and make you feel welcomed and at home. I was really impressed with this nail salon. The salon itself is beautiful. The interior is beautifully decorated. There is an entire wall of every color and shade of nail polish. The staff is so sweet. Snow did my nails. She was very amiable and personable. She made me extremely comfortable and checked on my satisfaction throughout the process of doing my nails. It was easy to communicate to her what I wanted and she'd do it exactly. The owner is also very kind. Her son is a doll. The prices are very fair and the quality of the work is great. Love love love!!!This nail salon definitely deserves its five stars. I never had a go to place until I finally came in here a few months ago. Chris and all the other girls who work here are amazing. They are welcoming and make sure you leave happy. I haven't left feeling anything less than ecstatic about my nails, and that's coming from someone who is super OCD. There are many choices for your manicure color. Chrome, nail art, stones, whatever you want, they have it! The shop itself is decorated very elegantly. And the prices are a lot more reasonable than you'd find at most upscale nail bars. Reservations are recommended but not necessary. I went there there the night before my birthday I was trying to treat my self I paid $45 ....20 for a pedicure (the lady cut my toes) $25 for a gel manicured my nails turn out bad the gel turned out bad I can't really explain it, but my nails look bad thank God it only last for like 4 days (yes a $25 gel manicured last 4 days!! ) the place look nice that's why I didn't care for the price ,but honestly I can get a better manicured and pedicure for less of the price.all I'm saying is there is way better places!!
