So I came here Tuesday with my daughter to get a manicure. I got a gel manicure with French tip and my daughter got a regular manicure. My daughter's manicure already started coming off in the bath that night. And when I looked at her nails when we got home, the lady missed an entire spot on her middle finger. My gel manicure looked fine when I left. But started getting a bubble on my index finger that night. I asked for a flower design. It didn't come out very nice but I wasn't being too picky since you can't really tell from far away. But the diamond accent they put in the middle of the flower fell off in two days. The woman who did my nails was awesome she was funny kept asking me questions about my nails like If they seemed crooked to me simple questions that I would normally like to be asked the only issue i had were my pedicure is the worst pedicure I ever received she didn't take any of the dead skin from the bottom of my feet she didn't bother removing of the nail polish on my skin didn't even put clear coat on them. Walked in and I knew I would wait but that was ok. Waited about 15-20 minutes and then 2 other people walked in and sat down. After about 2 minutes they took both of those customers before me. Came here with a friend and her mom to try them out and hate the way they did our gel nails. My friends nails were the worst, the nail lady that did hers did them all in rush and to find out she was leaving home after. Gel is bubbly and not even smooth, it's on all over the sides and cuticles. Never again coming to this place. I DONT recommend this place . The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because yes there prices are cheap but they do a horrible job! Go spend the extra money on a place that will actually take the time to do the job right. I went in for a gel manicure and left with lumps and air bubbles. Usually it's hard to find consistency at nail salons but this nail salon never lets me down! I love JENNY! She gets my shape right every single time! The atmosphere is very friendly here! They only got 1 star since Yelp doesn't allow 0 stars. My friend and I both had to file our own nails because the nail tech did not know what they were doing. One of my thumbs is round, lumpy & thick the other one is crooked & square. She waits until she cuts my nails down to tell me the shape wouldn't be right because I changed shapes -____- I will never go back to this salon they don't know how to take constructive criticism. I got a gel manicure here on 3/19/16, and it started to peel and chip off by 3/22/16. Gel polish should last at least 2 weeks, not 3 or 4 days. The service itself was good, but I won't be going back. I feel like it was money wasted. Read Less

Well, windy  did my nails and I thought she was going to do a excellent job on my nails but not even close . Windy did my acrylic nails in 30 mins but she did such a sloppy work that they looked all bubbled up from the gel. Not only was her filing skills was very poor I believe she was the main owner as well ( windy's nails). The spa pedicure was horrible don't even clean the tub right only a sponge and some soap . I came here because of all of the reviews this place game me fungi, my toes are still in the process of healing. I went back to the shop to tell them about my feet they were super red and itchy my feet got burned from the Callus remover gel, and my nails got fungi with lil red bumps all over my feet she said it was my skins and didn't even apologize. Came here before with a friend a few times. Took my best friend the other day. I'm so happy and satisfied. They have great prices and great quality. Good designs, very friendly and detailed. They converse with you and treat you like an actual customer which is nice. I got a really nice design and had Tracy. She was very sweet and talented. Came here today early in the morning got my pedicure and nails done good place cheap and mrs kim does a great job it was my first time here and they treated me with great service will be back just make appointment ahead of time cuz on the weekends they get busy very affordable prices $46.00 for pedicure nails design callus remover can't beat that.
