Let me start off by saying this place is terrible and some of the employees are extremely rude and always have bad attitudes and that really bothers me because if you have a problem with the job that you chose then I don't understand why they would have bad attitudes with me when I didn't do nothing to these people and then they made me and my boyfriend a appointment for the next day at 5:00 and I got there early at 4:50 and even though I had a appointment I still waited all the way until 5:30 so I just ended up leaving and I called to speak to the manager and they said the manager wasn't there so I called the next day after that and they just kept lying to me telling me that the manager wasn't there so I was fed up with them period I hate this place and the people there disgusted me Read Less

I had such an awesome time getting my nails done tonight! I saw my best friend's nails, loved them, and then decided to check it out for myself! She told me to ask for Ken and I'm so glad I did! I got a super cute purple glitter dip powder and he did a fantastic job. I'm really picky about my nails and I found myself so relaxed throughout my appointment because I felt like I could trust Ken was gonna do an amazing job. And he did! I love my nails!! Read Less

I came here with my mother to get our pedi and mani. The first time I came here I liked it this next time I came I got my mani pedi with my pedi they asked to remove callus THTS another 7 dollars more so the lady was rubing the shet out of my feet with like the nail filer felt like my feet were on fire and were going to bleed idk wtf she was doing bcuz she didnt even take off any of the callus and now my fukn feet feel so dry bcuz they never removed it.my mani looks like my 3 year old could of done better its so uneven and many spots missed also if I just wanted to dip my hands in water I could of done tht at home at no charge bcuz thts basically all she did no massage no nothing.Well off to the next shop won't be coming back here. You get what you pay for which is someone who takes their time on your nails no matter how busy it gets. They listen to all your needs and make sure you're satisfied before you leave. I've been able to transition from acrylics to my natural nails thanks to this nail salon. Ask for SANDY!! Her work is really nice and clean. She would always ask me if I wanted to make any changes to my nails or if I liked how they turned out. She's such a sweet person and I would definitely go to her again. The salon itself was spacious, very organized and very clean. I went at 5pm and they closed at 6. So I'm guessing this was just a bit of a rush? Wish I could say I was satisfied with my manicure but I'm not entirely happy. Also I asked for square and they gave me square circle. I told the lady I had already filed my nails to the shape that I wanted but she kept filing them. On the other hand, my pedicure was great! The guy was really nice and attentive. I told him I had recently had knee surgery so he was gentle when I had to move my leg. I have recently gone to another place in riverside and they butchered my nails so they were pretty much super short. But he was really careful not to hurt me. It's a hit or miss maybe.
