The worst nail salon I've ever been to!!!! Technician that did my pedicure was great but the acrylic nail tech was the worst... $33 for a full set plus an additional $5 for shaping and I end up up with lumpy, uneven, crooked nails with gaps on the side... Receipe for lifting and a nail infection. To top things off, two other techs get into a argument over a stupid gel machine cord adapter in front of customers and the owner does nothing to quiet them down. AVOID THIS PLACE Read Less

What a great experience. Brought my daughter with special needs here to get her nails done for prom. We've tried practically everywhere in Fontana and Rancho and never really found anywhere we liked. We were immediate greeted with a smile and did a walk-in with no problem. I explained that some directions might be difficult for her to understand and the lovely lady at the counter offered to sit with the manicurist in case there was an issue. They offered me to sit next to her and drinks. It may not be the most presentable place but I'll take courtesy and customer service over esthetics any day. We found our place! Read Less

Service was friendly and fast, my gel mani lasted two weeks so I was very satisfied considering that my hands are always in water due to my job. They have a great selection of gelish colors and massage chairs for the pedicure stations. The stations are well maintained and clean, I have returned a total of 3 times for a mani pedi and have had the same great experience each time. Read Less

I loved this nail spa because the ladies are very sweet they do your nails very quick with no pain and they just got knew seats that are very comfortable and it is very clean ...I loved Kiew she is a doll, full of Jesus and such a kind 💜 heart. Read Less

DON'T even give them a chance!  The salon charges more than regular price to have students work on you.  They don't even advise you ahead of time that a student will be working on you.  When ask if they are students they will not admit.  I will be reporting this. Read Less

Poor customer service. I went to have a basic ped. I sat in a chair while it filled with water. The water got very hot so I had to beckon someone over to stop the hot water. I continued to sit and sit and sit. Finally the girl came over not saying anything. She walked away then came back with a low tone"hi  but no smile. Smh.... She managed through the pedi & the foot/leg rub was pretty decent. Unfortunately not enough for me to got back being that the compensation was more than adequate. If you don't give a darn about customer service and you don't care if the girl leaves you sitting for a long period of time then you'll probably like this place ok. Me. Nope. The are a little more than I was used to paying at my old place but their prices are normal for the area. I have had several girls work on my and they have all done a fabulous job. DO NOT come to this nail salon! All of the nail artists are still learning! My nail artist was MONIQUE and I was in this salon for 4 hours with her. She continued to file on my actual skin with her machine and I was say it hurts and she would just giggle, occasionally say sorry. It happened plenty of times! I had to ask her to check if they are the same size and she would just do her own thing. I strongly dislike her work! I was a dedicated client to them for some time but is finally time I open up about this place and say DO NOT COME HERE. I wasted away my hard earned on money every other Wednesday for months because their gel product never lasts. Then one day I came into the salon and a man working there named Jo decided to sexually harass me multiple times talking about how much he hates his wife and would love to take me home. Commenting on my weight and saying he like that I am "fat" he thought I would be able to handle him in bed. I was appalled and uncomfortable. I should have screamed but I kept asking him to leave Then the lady who runs the place up charged me because he "gave me a massage". Which I of course did not ask for. Their prices are high to begin with and when you are they the people do not dedicate their time to you but are so worried about their tips and ticket number. DO NOT GO HERE. Read Less

A friend of mine recently recommended this place to help take care of my feet on the count that I'm diabetic. I walked in and was immediately helped by Janis. I must say I was a bit nervous since I've never had a pedicure. Janis did not make me feel emasculated at all. she took care of my feet and I must say my feet have never felt better. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews on here.. Maybe people are getting confused with a different Star Nails that's on Sierra Ave. because every time I leave I am more than satisfied. decided to get a pedicure from here even after reading all the bad reviews. it definitely wasn't the best nail experience of my life, but everyone was extremely nice, i was helped as soon as walking through the door, and most importantly Joe, who did my pedicure was extremely nice and friendly and really paid attention to detail!! i have HORRRRIBLE callus' and he really took his time and scrubbed them all away. the 5 star review is for Joe! he's incredibly nice!! The people are very nice and the lady that did my toes did a great job but the owner lady or lady in charge painted my nails and it looked like my 4 year old daughter painted them. I usually could care less cause I get then done so often but when people ask to see me nails and say" oh where did you go they look Terrible" I've noticed more how bad they really are. Second time coming here and my first experience was amazing and I was really looking forward to coming again (with high standards ). Walked in i was welcomed and told to pick a a color. Wait time was about 3-4 minutes and there was definitely over 6 other clients I was impressed and happy by the fact that they had the right amount of employees on a regular Monday. Unfortunately, I wasn't t able to get the name of the young lady who did my nails but she left them AMAZING!! I'm not one to put negative comments but this place really upset me. Way too expensive, unorganized, rude staff, and the place is dirty. The staff looked like they just rolled out of bed. Worst experience ever!!!! Do not go to this place! First off they are extremely unorganized. I got a regular manicure and brought my own polish so they charged me two dollars extra. I was not happy with quality of service. First time I checked this place out, I sat out side and watched the owner blow his nose in the air as if there was no tissue in the salon. Yikes!!!  Snot went everywhere!!!I drove away and decided after a month to give this place another try with hesitation only because I knew the owner wouldn't be doing my pedicure. I walked in with my daughter and their was a show on the television that had a lot of cursing in it. I don't usually like getting my nails done,  but I'm very happy with the outcome i had this time. Ana did an amazing job and I'm so happy with the design and color of my nails,  she definitely took her time to make sure they came out spectacular.  After reading a few of the comments and seeing a few pictures of the outcome of a few other customers, I was a bit skeptical,  but I definitely received amazing results. Warning! Don't go here. The person who did my nails, cut me and it looks like I got an infection from it. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow.I paid $50 for a manicure only to get an infection? This place is just gross. I walked in for a full set and had a difficult time choosing which color I wanted. Some random lady sat me down and I thought she would stay but instead told me to wait because she was going to get something from the break room. This being my first time I had price questions and had to wait for her to come back. Once she did, 20 minutes later, her fingers were covered in food and grease as she was licking them and she was very short with me. She had to ask other employees questions about the price because she didn't know. I finally chose my color and waited about another 30 minutes for her to come back from eating the break room but she never did so I got up and left. Super unprofessional, place was a mess, overall just a gross place. I'm glad I didn't let miss greasy-fingers do my nails. gross. Don't come here if you like quality service. Read Less

Every pedicure I've had was great - a little prices but looked and felt good. Today was a different store. Visited on Sunday at 3. They close at 5 on Sundays. I didn't get out of there until 4:30. There was maybe 4 women in there. Not busy. I upgraded to the third option up for $30. I usually just get the basic for $20. ITS NOT WORTH IT. I got the callus remover, and a hot oil treatment. I've never ever in my life had such a painful experience. The lady... I wish I knew her name because I'd never let her touch my feet again... cut my toe from a file and proceeded to freak out about me getting an infection; used the pumice stone as a weapon and actually caused cuts and raw skin on my feet; burned my feet with the hottest oil I've ever had AND here I am hours later and I can hardly walk. There wasn't a voluntary discount and I was in so much pain that I literally just wanted to get far away from this place. I couldn't even bring myself to say anything as I didn't want to hurt the girls feelings. I've never seen her in there before, I don't know if she's new or what. Oh, and... never go there near closing time. Three of the four workers complained that someone came in at 4. It was literally awkward to be sitting there while they made the customer feel super uncomfortable. Workers actually complained about having to stay after closing hours. As a side note, the manager was awesome. He offered and brought me coffee while I was waiting in my water. Gave a warm welcome as well. :) He's the only reason I gave two stars.
