I will begin by saying the receptionist is very rude and completely lacks customer service skills. If you ask how long the wait is she will lie and say about half an hour.....ugghhhh.....how about saying the truth 1 hour and 15 min to be called and sat on spa station to wait an additional 30 minutes without notice. Been going here for years! Loved it, but recently the place is falling apart. The chairs for pedicures are so old and dirty, the waxing room is dirty and the restroom is gross. The facility is small and they have too many big chairs. The place needs a face lift and the owner needs to stop being on her personal phone so much and deal with the customers more. They only accept cash which is an inconvenient. The place is always full and even if you make an appointment, be prepared to wait... for a while! Read Less

I came here twice and both very bad customer service from the front register lady. First time here, they took an hour to call me up and the only reason they did call me up was because I kept complaining about the wait time. Second time, same thing happened with the waiting time and what really ticked my off that this clerk at the register kept skipping me purposely. Not sure what I've done to her to skip me but I'm assuming she just has something stuck up her &@$ that day. Well, I didn't end up getting my nails done just left after I spent over an hour just seeing girls after me getting called in. I did notice they attended people who asked for pedicure quicker then those asking for a full set hmm interesting, not sure if that is easier for them to do lol. I got a short acrylic gel set and it's three days later and my get lifted. It's chipped on three fingers and one nail has the acrylic lifted. They cakes on the gel after I told the lady not to thick and my nails were not long. They still charged me $27. Don't waste your time here. Read Less

I guess it all depends on who you see here and which is why the reviews are bad! I just have to say NANCY is the best one so far. Very tentative and quiet cuz she gets her job done to perfection. Been coming here for years but finally found my main lady. I will continue to come back despite all the bad reviews. I got a French tip gel manicure and pedicure for $44. I think it was worth it. They overcharged for the work they did, my gel turned yellow after less than a week and chipped after 2. I will never cheat on my usual nail spot again. Not worth the price. FIRST and LAST time coming here. Read Less

The wait is always so long to the point where I consider leaving. The receptionist I think I heard someone call her Vicky is so rude. I asked her a question she told me to hold on before I even finished. I would understand if they were busy but that lady woke up in a bad mood and brought it to her job.however, the lady who did my nails was sweet, and I love how she did my nails. They do a good job I can't deny that. What turned me off was that there was a line of 6/7 people outside before they even opened, and their credit card machine was broken. Yes, I agree with most of you when you say the receptionist was rude. But I found are humor in her rudeness and I made jokes with her. I'm impressed with my nails. I'm a Commercial Driver so I don't get my nails done very often, but when I do, I expect them to last 2 weeks at least. Well, there's lasted nearly a month! Loving the gel polish they used and only my right thumb white tip nail came off. It's been nearly a month, the other nine are holding steady! So overall, the job they did was great! The work is always great and the ladies are so friendly and fun.....but I hate the wait. I always have appointment but still end up waiting a while. The manager needs to manage time better. It's not the employees fault... Sometimes im in the middle of a pedicure and they send my lady to go do a quick waxing. Thats sooooo RUDE!!!! Read Less

I give this place 4 stars. The plce is very clean and they do a good job. One thing I would like to point out on a personal experience; they have NOT given me a toe infection (Yuck. I know right) . I've been to this place before but after trying new places and them giving me a toe infection, I think I'm just gunna make this my go to place. :) Read Less

This isn't my normal nail salon but I needed a manicure badly and figured I'd give them a try since they are closer to where I was. Yeah, no. The receptionist wasn't very friendly, and after signing in and waiting 15 minutes an "appointment" of regulars comes in- 3 people that went ahead of me so more waiting. Bathroom is not kept up, no one looks friendly at all. The waiting area is kinda crusty and really small. They did have a huge selection of gel nail polish colors which is why they get 1 star. Even tho I only got to see half of them because the receptionist was playing with the other half. Not coming here again. Read Less
