Came in at 6 the lady said I'm closed... The door is open and light that says"Open"is on.... I'll spend my money somewhere else!! Their website said 7??????

I was slightly apprehensive to go in a first based on the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. They were attentive and I was pleasantly surprised.

I cannot believe this place. I should have look around before I sat down to get a mani pedi. Chairs are dilapidated. Manicurist tables are cluttered and clippings all over. Ceiling fans loaded with dust crusted on. I asked for pedicure with gel nail polish. Water in foot bowl kinda chilly. Not good. I asked for warmer she kinda fixed it. Still not warm enough. Clips my toe nails then uses the nippers and slices out pieces of my nail down the sides. I by the way did not have any hangnails. Slides some implement under my nail. Hurt like hell. I told her don't do that. Have ass job of pedicure then she puts nail polish, no base coat and not top coat. Never mind the fact I asked for Gel. I asked her why she didn't use the UV lights and I was told oh we thought you want polish. Face palm!! Then I get a manicure (different lady) and now my nails r snagging on stuff my fingertips are dry as heck. Never ever going back.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! RUN AS FAR FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN! -100000 STARSSuper painful. There was glue and acrylic all over my skin and she had to file it down manually, with the machine, AND cut with scissors. I ended up in pain and with a crooked nail. They offer colors they don't even have available and the place is really unsanitary! DO NOT GET A GO HERE! Not worth it. The pedicure chairs look like they have mold and they ALL have holes and other damages. I also noticed they're 'cleaning' procedure was just hot water and a sponge for about 2 min.

This nail salon is very small and only a couple of workers in there but I went in there after work I was seated right away and the nail tech took care of me she was so nice and asked me exactly what I wanted and I left with nails that was beyond my expectations I will be coming back for sure!

Came to this place to get a fill. Waited 45 minutes and walked out. The longer I waited the more I paid attention to the place. It's dirty and the employees spend their time talking to each other while helping customers. There is only 1 person who does nails. Everyone else is pedicures. I will not be back

This place is amazing I went there just because i did not want to make a long trip to get my nails. I have had them for a month now. They have not chipped, lifted, or anything. i will be going back for my fill. My nail technician was very engaged with me i enjoyed my experience.

I've been coming to this location for years, since it opened I think. They have had at least three new owners, but this group is the worst! I really like Lucy who was here before this latest change. The new crew are horrible and I have had blood drawn for the last time! She burned me twice on my nails, then on my pedicure she drew blood on my big toe while trimming my nails! Sorry to see this place go downhill, I tried to remain loyal, but I'm done. Go to Forever Nails on Foothill and Citrus. That's where I'll be from now on!

If you like having your fingernails burned, this is the place for you. If you like to be around cranky women, this is the spot. I walked in on a Saturday morning to get a full set. All the stations were full so i took it as a good sign. WRONG! I took my seat once a station opened up and showed her a picture of what i wanted. She glued the wrong sizes onto my nails and left the acrylic all lumpy. The acrylic began to burn my nails! That has never happened to me! She then got up and went to work on another customers fill. She just left me there. The only male worker there came and began to use that power drill thing that files down the acrylic. He burned every single nail until i asked him to stop. Then he too got up and left. All the customers began to complain about the crappy service and work done on them. One customer began to complain about her pedicure and the lady refused to fix it without charging her again for a second pedicure. Finally once that ordeal was over, the woman doing the pedicures was sent to me so she could paint my nails. She didnt take off the gloves that she used for the pedicures. GROSS. She did a bad job on the paint. I was so aggravated and just wanted to leave that i payed and left. I fixed the nails myself once i got home. Long story short, STAY AWAY from Paris Nails.

This place is horrible!! My nails looked like bricks before I had to ask another person to fix them. I was there for over 3 hours.. super frustrated. Never again will I go here. I was burned several times by the lady trying to remove my nail polish by the drill. She drilled my nails with jagged edges. Super pissed... with the service. .. only 2 people working on a Sunday. .. lesson learned stick to what you know. .. dont nail shop hop. Zero stars if I could but I wouldn't be able to post this.

I was here before couple months ago. They made huge changes under new owner, love it. The price is CHEAP than ever place that I went, supper nice service. I love their gel colors as I am a fan of gel....
I was here before couple months ago. They made huge changes under new owner, love it. The price is CHEAP than ever place that I went, supper nice service. I love their gel colors as I am a fan of gel. Definitely come back again for another pedicure.

I cannot believe this place. I should have look around before I sat down to get a mani pedi. Chairs are dilapidated. Manicurist tables are cluttered and clippings all over. I've been coming to this location for years, since it opened I think. They have had at least three new owners, but this group is the worst! I really like Lucy who was here before this latest change. All the stations were full so i took it as a good sign. WRONG! I took my seat once a station opened up and showed her a picture of what i wanted.
