The valley nails staff is equally as friendly as they are good at what they do. Updated, clean salon and never a bad service. If you don’t like something, tell them and they will fix it right away! I’ve been here only two times and both times I was in awe at the amazing service and quality of their work. My Mother and I were pampered and it was just really relaxing. If I could give this place a negative review I would! I had an absolutely horrible experience!My left side nails are longer than my right side. My left thumb she didn't file down correctly it has a sharp scratchy bump. My right ring finger has a dent on the side. It looks deformed. I asked for coffin nails and they look like old 90s square nails. I barely got them done two days ago and they're already coming off! She did a shitty job. & everytime I tried explaining it to her she didn't understand any English! I showed her pictures of ombre nails and she gave me French tips over and over again after I finally just gave up and said give me a plain natural color...my nails look horrible and have air bubbles all over them I look ridiculous! I wanted to get my nails done for my engagement party and I don't even want anyone to see my hands. I'm going to another nail salon tmrw to get them completely redone! Definitely don't recommend! I have no idea how they stay in buisness.  Absolutely terrible I might as well have lit my money on fire. Complete waste. I am so livid! I've never had such a bad experience. Waited about an hour. And was not given the colors for the gel nail. Was choosing what color and lady said to move to the side because she didn't have time because there was 1 customer waiting and she had. When waiting for an hour. Never again will I come in!! Took my daughter so we could both get our nails done and they were busy so I asked how long and they said 10 min, took us 20 to get in. Don't lie just to keep us there waiting so you don't loose our business. So a male did our nails and he either didn't care or that's the way he works but he was taking his sweet time mind you he was doing a horrible job! I had to ask him to fix my daughters nails because he left nail polish on the sides of her nails didn't bother to clean them up before finishing her nails! And I had to leave without finishing my nails as they didn't have the color I wanted..that's after trying 4 other nail polishes that were also EMPTY bottles! I went here based on the amazing reviews, plus the referral of a friend who loves it. I felt like I was a bother, despite having made an appointment ahead of time. My nail technician was condescending when I asked a couple questions about colors and add-ons, which I opted for. It was a gorgeous, clean space and there were instances of them being polite but overall I did not feel welcome and I did not like my manicure because the colors were not how they appeared on the plastic swatches. I did not want to ask for different, seeing as she was finishing my manicure about 20 minutes prior to closing time. The quality is there and so is the ambiance, but the service was a turn-off. We walked in and waited for over an hour. When we finally asked how much longer they said it was by appointment. I would have to wait 1 hour and 20 minuted to see of she would be available. Got a full set of nails. My natural nails were actually very pretty but I had an occasion to prepare for so decided to come here, and I noticed two weeks after getting the nails I kept feeling a slight sharp pain on my nails; after they did my full set. Once the nails were taken off my Dr told me I had grown nail fungus. It's been 3 months since and my nails are still under treatment for fungus. It's very disgusting. Ive always washed my hands very often and have very maintained hygiene. I will never go back to this dirty place. I am appalled. So careless to use contaminated tools to cause a fungus spread. I completely regret coming and getting my nails done here. -DISGUSTING. As an update I just learned that in order to get rid or this bad fungal infection I will need a laser treatment since all medications have had no effect on it and it continues to get worse, the laser treatment will be 1200 dollars for one treatment... I wanted my nails done. My friend seen this little shop and brought me here. It was very expensive for a short simple set of nails and a pedicure. He spent 60 bucks. I felt rushed and no one really spoke English they kind of just nod and smile to get by. My nails were done by a male which I did not like at all either. I am extremely picky with my nails. I notice every little imperfection. I usually don't get acrylics done because of this. They always seem to look wrong or foreign on my hands. I thought I would give it a try again (at a different salon) and boy did I regret that. My nails looked like someone glued fat rain drops to my hands. I was desperately seeking a place to fix it and in stepped Valley Nails. Devin was a life saver. He fixed the shape of them to exactly what I wanted. My nails didn't look fat or awkward. He managed to slim everything down and stopped my fingers from looking like sausages. They looked so natural and just what I wanted. Now I can't go to anyone else to get my nails done. I'd definitely recommend making an appointment though. They tend to get pretty busy, especially on Saturdays in the morning. Read Less

I really liked this place didn't have to wait long and the lady Kim was nice. I got a manicure done with my cuticles cut so it was $26. I only pay with card so there's a $1.00 fee. Thing is you can't tip them through card and I don't carry cash and I felt horrible not tipping. Next time I'll bring cash! Read Less
