This place is so morally awful. I have been a regular at this nail salon for around a year. Its a couple minute walk from our house, so I would frequently walk in with my little sisters. We always had wonderful experiences, and had very personable relationships with the staff, lori was our favorite to do our nails. Recently, I went in and got a fill and color change on my full set. When I went to pay, my card declined. I stepped aside and called my bank. I had a hold on the check i had just put in, so I did not have available money to use on my card. Nicole, the woman that runs the place was helping me. I went to the front and explained the situation to her. She immeditely started to write down all my information (card number, exp date, csv, name..) and then handed my card back to me. I was very confused as to why she did this, and she said that I leave it there till I can pay. I have cash at my home, so I explain to her I am able to pay and will be back in around 5 to 10 minutes. She asked me if I walked or drove today and I said drove and she asked to see my drivers license. Confused still, I showed her and she verbally verified my whole name and then started to write down my DL number... what???? She said she will give me the notepad with my information when I come back and pay and put it into her drawer. I felt so uneasy. I tried to reason with her and told her I'd leave my purse or phone and be just right back. She refused all to give me back my information, and threatened police, if I wanted it right then before leaving, I'd have to soak off my full set. Fine. She's sets me a bowl next to her client shes working on to soak one hand at a time. Im in tears at this point, and nicole and i go exchange some, as I do not find that morally right at all. Her client begins to chime in and cuss me out because I'm ruining her relaxing experience supposodly. Nicole, and then the man across the room who always sits in the corner, who also manages the place alongside nicole, all start to cuss and yell at me, saying lots of verbally abusive things. The client was videoing on her phone and laughing in my face. They called me ugly, poor, racist statements among so much more. I sat there for about an 30-45 mins per hand, brand new nails do not want to soak off at all, and then they just ripped them off completely leaving my nails destroyed and even breaking through all the way through my nail to skin on my thumb. She gave me my information and i left hysterical. Being 18 and naive, I should've let her call the cops on my 20$ Bill but I didn't want trouble. Got so many cuts from my full set, and started bleeding from 4 of my fingers. My fingers also hurt because correct nail sizes were not put on. I just won’t be coming here again. Maybe I just didn’t get a good nail lady. Read Less

Loved it!!! I took my two babies to get there nails done and myself. I also got a pedicure and they are the sweetest people. They do take their time and constantly ask you if you like the job so far. I googled this place and looked at the reviews before I came in and it was a excellent experience with my two girls. I’ve never in my life left any type of reviews. This was my first one ever.
