I went to get my nails done with dipping powder and some skinny lady with glasses and REALLY short hair helped me. She made them look nasty, unnatural, kept messing them up and redoing them.. then the final product is bubbly and gross looking. They just lost me and 5 other customers that day Read Less

BAD BUSINESS!! I had an appointment at 5:30 which I arrived to on time. After I checked in on the tablet I sat down and wasn't acknowledged for 15 minutes. At 5:45 I was asked if I was there for a pedicure. My reply was no thank you I'm here for lashes. Which at that time I was told it would be about 10 more minutes. I walked to the store about 200 feet away and got a bottle of water. It had been no more then 5 minutes for my walk to the liquor store and back (remember this part for later). Upon my return I was asked again by another employee if I wanted a pedicure and I told her no I had an appointment at 5:30 for lashes. Shortly thereafter I was directed to go to room #1. So now it has been 32 minutes. After I was escorted to the room I assumed an employee would be there momentarily. Not. I waited in room number one for another 15 minutes. So now it's 6:15. I drove 20 minutes to get there so I guess I was holding on in hopes of being serviced at some point, Remember I had an appointment but they simply didn't care to serve me. After no one came to do my lashes I finally decided to leave. On my 20 minute drive back to where I was staying I called the shop again and told them of my disappointment. Whomever answered the phone was unapologetic but instead told me that they looked for me but I walked out which was the first time to get a bottle of water. Remember I was told it would be another 10 minutes. She told me the got started doing nails for someone else who just walked in. BAD BUSINESS!! You don't take/make an appointment and tell me to be there at 5:30 and have me wait 45 minutes and drive 20 minutes and show up on time to be treated so disrespectfully. BAD BUSINESS!! Don't treat customers badly, don't make them wait 45 plus minutes to never receive their reserved service. JUST DON'T!! Read Less

This was my usual go to spot, but not anymore. Me and my sister were sitting there for an hour and a half waiting On a fullset. After getting impatient I figured maybe a manicure would be less of a wait, NOPE...it wasn't. So the Lady who did my manicure filed down my nails shorter than were even AFTER I repeatedly told her not to. Now my sister got long nails, and 2 different colors. So when it came down to pay they were charging me almost $30 for a manicure with my tiny nails and for my sister it was a $35. I was upset that my tiny nails were just a $5 difference than my sisters LONG ACRYLIC NAILS. The owner obviously cares more about money than good customer service. I NEVER complain about nails, but that right there was unfair. For that price I might as well have waited for a fullset. Honestly, save your money. Go elsewhere!! Read Less

It was a one hour wait they said for 4 of us but we left 4 hours later and only 2 got done we didn't want to wait any longer ppl were coming in after us and were done supposedly with appointments but they didn't check if they did or not When people called in or were told to come back they didn't chart it They chose the color because out of 3 I had picked they didn't have DO NOT RECOMMEND Pricing for a short set was $40 overpriced Read Less

Very bad Customer service! I saw the google reviews for this place and it seemed like they were good. I called and made an appointment for a gel manicure. The prices are higher than other places but I was willing to pay the difference for better service and better quality. I get there, they seat me down right away. The nail tech begins to take off my nail polish and then all of sudden she stops and says I need to wait 30 minutes for her to finish my nails because she is going to work on somebody else's nails that had came in after me. I was in complete shock that she just decided to do that. Obviously if you are not a regular customer there then you aren't worth their time. I calmly expressed my frustration to the nail tech and to the manager and they completely ignored me. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN ! It was a very bad experience! Read Less

Do not come here to get your lashes. I'm not sure if they use super glue or what. I am so grateful to Mayra from Proverbs 31 Hair & Eyelash Studio. It took her nearly 2 hours to get these lashes off of me. They directly glued the lashes on my eyelids. It hurt every time I blinked because my natural lash was sticking towards my eyeball. I love coming here to get my nails done. They always look perfect and I really like everyone that works here. The prices are not expensive at all but the quality is always the best. As for lashes I went to get them done here on Monday but they were bothering me quite a bit. I don't know if it's just me but my lash line was really hurting and a few came off in the morning. I'm sure this was maybe because I was in a hurry because the service is never short of great but that is why I am giving it a 4 other than that for nails it's a 5 for me. Read Less
