Tim and his crew are awesome! I have been going there for about 12 years and I love their service! They are always nice and welcoming. The only thing that bothered me was that one of the girls (Mindy) would always have an attitude with my mom and would tell her that the colors my mom chose were too ugly for her hands. Look if u go here go to mendy. The rest of the jerks will make u punch them. The two gay guys are awful. I watched how they did everyone else's pedi and there is no way I would have paid for that service. I heard the lady. If I could rate this place a lower score I would. The only reason I would go was because of Anne. Well she left this place and I kept going for a while not knowing where else to go near me , big mistake. I get gel manicures and the first couple of times they filed my own nails with the file  drill making my nails very very thin, when I would try to tell them not to they made a huge story about how it makes the polish last longer and this this and that. Omg its gel is lasts longer period. Anyways just go to Jackie nails on Foothill and Sierra, Anne's there now ! So happy I found her, but anyone at this shop will do a great job ! Read Less

Terrible customer service! I will never come back to this place. People here are very unfriendly. Specially the two guys, they have a very bad actitude. Omg came for the first time n the lady was the rudeness you can get... will never return to this place again. The sad part is the lady that was doing my sister's nails was very nice it was she was so rude that I had to walk out. The simplest question of just letting my feet so that she said no. I love this place!My family and I have been coming here for years. They are always friendly and quick. I've moved to LA & still find a way to come back here to get my eyebrows done. I refuse to get my eyebrows done anywhere else. I only get my nails done occasionally but I love getting them done here. Getting my nails done at the moment. To be clear, I am picky with my nails, so picky I have my own collection of gel nail polishes with uv lamp and all. My color selection is definitely bigger than the salon's but I wanted for someone else to do my nails for my birthday and a friend took me here. Right off the bat, when I asked for a flower design, he said he couldn't do it. It's not easy but if I can do it and am not a nail tech, that says something. It should've been the first flag. They're careless, tools are dirty, the color I asked, they were out of and failed at matching it. Ended up with a color I didn't like so now I'm wishing I had done them myself. Lesson learned, would rather spend the money on 4 different nail polishes to add to my collection and avoid getting cancer from second hand smoking. Read Less

They were very unprofessional, they charge extra for using a new "Kit" of new things instead of sanitizing their equipment which is okay since you can keep them, unfortunately they did the job super fast because they had other clients and to top it off they were rude to my mother because she asked for kit to go. (We saw that some returning client brought their own things in a baggie from a previous visit) The skinny Asian dude with the sparkly jeans yelled at my mom when she complained that she didnt feel like she was getting good service to top it off the french pedicure got messed up within the hour, not even sure why since that has not happened in any other place before. My mom and I have been coming here for 10 years for 1 reason "Ann"  other then her this places is the worst!!!  Now that they ran Ann out there is no reason to go there. But the good news is that I Found Her!!!!  The owners ran her out because they were jealous that people would only go to her! But I'm happy to say she works at a better place. Love visiting Ann at this shop. She is very detailed and always makes sure I walk out of the place completely satisfied with her work. The only issue I have with this place is that they refuse to make appointments. When I go I must plan to be there for at least a couple of hours but her work is well worth it. This place is usually pretty packed, but when my mother and I decided to get our nails done it was empty.We actually had our hearts set on going to the nail salon across the street, but they were remodeling so we decided to come here instead. Friendly staff, with gentle hands. Had an okay experience here. Not pricey at all and the end results were fine. All we needed was some mother daughter time anyways. Read Less
