Terrible, literally watched them cut into a women's toe leaving her there crying while her toe was bleeding in the store. Took my girlfriend there and they did a terrible job and instead of redoing it, they grabbed my girlfriend and told her they'll cut her nails off if she doesn't pay instead of just doing a better job. i had a horrible experience . I was literally there for 3 hours for a simple pedicure and set of acrylics. I asked for coffin shaped nails, some of which look horrible, and was not pleased with their idea of coffin shaped. Allowing her to do her job i resisted from giving any criticism (thinking she knew what she was doing), i trusted her judgment; once my nails were finished i took a look and realized they were a mess. After being there for hours i was annoyed that they looked as bad as they did, not to mention she cut me when doing my pedicure. We i said i was unhappy another girl said she would fix them, but i was not about to wait another hour. When i refused to pay for the service the lady who originally did my nails grabbed me, attempting to cut my nails off. No customer deserves to be treated this way . Literally the worst nail shop i've been to. I called and they said they weren't busy so I get here and they seat me right away. But then some lady and her mom walk in, only one had an appointment but they took both of them before me and another lady on top of those two. I had my feet in cold water for almost an hour. 1st Visit: I came in for mani pedi with regular polish ($25). I was helped right away on a Friday afternoon. She set everything up and made me feel comfortable. She was very kind, caring, and did a good job. The lotion massage was amazing followed by a hot towel- I liked. Over all I would say it's a good spot for $25 because she gave a massage with warm lotion and followed with a hot towel. (Not sure if that's with everyone or just her- didn't get her name) in my opinion a mani-pedi should be $20-$23 for regular polish. I was fine with $25 because of the warm lotion massage and hot towel. The parking lot is small and spots are tight. The salon was clean- had four spa chairs and about 6 tables for mani/nails.
