Honestly, I'd hate to leave a great review for this place because it's a hidden gem and I want to keep the traffic flow down. However, I must pay credit to where credit is due. Most of the time it's Lucy running the manicure show all on her own but she gets down! I always get a full set and pedicure, 9 out of 10 times I'm just in love with my nails. Plus, she's always on top of the latest nail trends.  Appointments are highly recommended on the weekend, maybe even thurs-fri. Love that she's right around the corner from my house too. I went on Wednesday June 8 2017 at 3:09. I was referred by a friend that swore Lucy was the best. I show up and she says it's an one hour wait. So I wait and in the mist of my wait she took someone else before me. So I brushed it off. Then it's my turn she glued on the nail tip stops to go help someone else. Comes back and I tell her what I want regular shape with gel. I got there during happy hour I got the happy hour deal plus the 5$ additional charge for gel and didn't receive gel? And she put the drill too close to my skin it cut it. My nails look nice sucks that as a first time customer it was a bad time so I won't return. I gave 2 stars because the shop was clean, the staff was friendly, they didn't cut me during the pedicure, and because they accept walk ins. However, my pedicure was done sloppy. My manicure looked I got regular polish on my feet and gel polish for my manicure. They had a decent selection of colors. My manicure came out fine, but after two days my gel manicure was all ready chipping a lot. My gel manicures usually last at least a week and a half. I'm very disappointed and I don't think I will be returning. I'm sorry I hate giving bad reviews but this shop topped it off usually I go to nail shop in San Bernardino and I have never had a bad job !!!! This lady cut every single finger on both had with the nail file  honestly just wanted to walk out and not have her finish the job! All she would say was sorry when she cut me ! First time coming here was when I graduated around the end of may. I got a gel Mani and a regular pedicure, both came out beautifully! The Mani didn't last as long as I wanted to, but if you're consistently washing dishes or hard on your hands(it was my first gel Mani EVER & I was new lol) they wont last 2 weeks unfortunately. However they were beautiful and I'm now in need for a pedi ! The pedi lasted a WHOLE MONTH !Best time to go in is happy hour from Monday to Wednesday from 9am to 4pm and they take walk ins!I finally found a good nail salon and they made me feel pampered hahaDefinitely coming back. With all of this being said, you don't have to be a "alpha male" or live a "alternative lifestyle" to get serviced. I use to love coming here when Christy was the owner. After the new management came in, things changed and I thought I might still give it a try.... I was wrong.With the new management, I'm not too fond of it. I didn't like how they did things. I also didn't like that two people would work on your pedicure. One person starts and then someone else comes and takes over while the other person goes to the back. I don't know the name of the guy, but he is horrible at painting nails. He barely put my sandals on and I already had huge bubbles on my nails! Then the girl who started my nails, came back and repainted them. She kept apologizing which got a annoying (didn't help that I was already annoyed)  They do have pretty good specials for their "happy hour." This place needs improvements on their customer service and the way they provide services. They also seem to panic when more people walk in and they they start rushing and it just goes down hill from there. Their color selection also isn't the greatest, especially when some colors look like they've been there since dinosaurs roamed the land. They do have a lot of colors to choose from for Gel but it's not fair to those who don't want gel..
