Mindy was my nail tech and have little to no complaints. I asked for almond shaped nails with gel polish. My nails came out BOMB. She shaped them just as I asked and was very detailed. It was my first time at this nail salon I was here for 4hrs and the lady was not friendly and rude. She asked if I ever Yelp I told her no. She said give us a 5star.  However, I picked red gel that matches my hands and toes. The lady started with my toes then she realizes she didn't have enough nail polish for my hands. I ask can you find me a color to match or could I get a totally new color and she ignored me, she got up from her chair and looked for a red and told me this is the same color you have on your toes. I told her no it's to light do you have a darker red? She looked at me and said we don't have any red in gel nail polish right now this is the closes to the red you picked. I got my friend took me here. Trust me you never regret!! I got Tammy did my nails and she did perfect job. My nails last so long and I got a lot of compliments with it. I hardly write reviews especially if their negative but the service I received here was horrible. The lady that did my nails did not do a good job on my full set my nail broke the next day, she didn't paint my nails right, the shape was odd I hated them and took them all off 2 days after putting them on. The lady that did them hardly talked and wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with. Good prices! Clean business. My favorite part is they use the clear wrappings around the bowl of the foot spa. I come here for my lashes and pedicures. The full set of eyelashes are $50 and they last me approx 3- 4 weeks. As long as you don't rub your eyes, delicately remove make up, and try to be mindful not to sleep on your face, you will love them!!! Friendly clean and reasonable prices. Manicure with gel $22 they do charge $1 fir using card/ debit. This is my second visit I hope I get the same service, so far so good. Getting pedicure manicure with gel. Ok just finished my so called relax spa day. They rushed the work, my gel pedicure suffered from lack of detail. My what I was expecting detail manicure was done in 5 min sloppy and not even. I asked for a full set and wtf did o get was so ugly. Uneven, rough and badly shaped. She even cute me with her nail when trying to get under my nail to file. Didn't even do anything I had to ask for something to help. Then she got upset when I told her I did not want the gel. I had gotten a Full set here and I loved them, the second time I came the man that had done my nails was no longer there, and had them done by a lady, I didn't get her name but am pretty unhappy with my nails, some nails came out looking flat in the center, and others crooked. This place is horrible. Came in and asked for a gel pedicure , gel full set , brows and showed them a picture of the color I liked and they "matched it " to one they had and they said it would be the same color i asked for once it dries! Totally not ! I was left with a horrible lavander ugly purple. The next issue has to do with my full set while I was getting my toes done some lady with short hair she was old she was working on my nails I asked for coffin shape ! I don't know what she was thinking she made them ugly thick and squared ! And when she was done filing them she asked to wash my hands I told her "are you seriously done ????" this isn't the shape I asked for. And plus each and every nail was a diffrent shape ! Two of them were so crooked , extremely ! When I pointed it out she just said "it's your finger".... I told her I had never ever had somone tell Me my finger was crooked !!! And she continued to try and fix my nails it was a disaster I wanted to cry ! Thank god the guy that's there came and fixed every single one of my nails ! He knew they were all messed up! So as I'm sitting there getting my nails fixed for the 5th time ! Some other young girl comes and does my eyebrows and leaves me with literally almost no brows !
