I have been coming here for the longest.. Why? I have no idea.. SOMETIMES they're satisfying and sometimes they aren't. I ALWAYS normally get a gel full set medium coffin shape I've always paid at least $25 now I paid $30 which is no big deal I work 12 hour shifts to please myself somehow. And yesterday 02/09/2018 I went in for a fill not to mention I had went in 02/08/2018 for the fill but they had me waiting from 6pm to 7pm not even telling me I was almost next or anything so I walked out on my own. Then on 02/09 I walked in and they whispered "oh same thing as yesterday" didn't even say "may I help You?".. The wait it always long, whether it's a weekday or weekend. They don't have a big color selection other than the basics or pinks. I was looking for Olive green and they didn't have it. My "coffin" shape was too wide and looked more like a rectangle than a coffin. They don't glue the nail properly. My pinky nail just fell off on the 4th day. First time here, had an average experience. I was a walk-in and they were able to get me seated right away. They were definitley understaffed, but thay didn't stop them from helping each and everyone there. I was glad to see they worked fairly quickly and the work was impeccable. My nails were worked on by two different technicians and both did an excellent job. The location itself was not my favorite. The customer service was okay but my experience was horrible. They where very busy and continued to take customers knowing they closed within 15 minutes making all the customers there continue to wait the lights and air conditioner cut off and they still kept working didn't ensure us if it was going to cut back on or not. She rushed through my full set and pedicure. The next day my nails started popping off and they didn't even hurt when they came off like regular nails do it was as if I had on press ons fast forward to today June 23 and I have no nails left not even a week. Price is wonderful. For a regular pedicure was $16 so for me and my mom i only paid $32 (not including tip). The price is unbeatable but you kinda do pay for what you get. When we got there we were waiting for about an hour just to get seated on the chair. They then had us soak our feet but we were sitting there for about 35 min. Other people came in after us and they started doing theirs before ours. Eventually me and my mom were thinking of just leaving because it was getting late and we've been there an hour and 45 min and still no one has worked on us. But we figured we've been there that long we should just wait some more. FINALLLLY someone started working on us and i feel like they did the bare minimum. They just clipped our toe nails, the leg massage was literally 10 sec and then they applied our nail color. If you're looking to save money and you just want a simple clean up and color then this spot is good for that. But if you want top notch 5 star service, not so much. Plus, as we were waiting the ladies before us getting their toes done, she was screaming out of her seat because the lady was digging in her toes. I dont know if the lady was sensitive, or if she asked the nail lady to just get in there, or if the nail lady was just extremely rough. Either way me and my mom were scared as heck and didn't want to get that same lady. My first time trying this place out. I don't get my nails done often, but I wanted to do my nails for christmas. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but there was a whole selection of samples of holiday nails. I chose one and before Amy started she let me know the prices. I really appreciated her honesty. Worst customer service EVER!! I came in to get a gel manicure and I ask the lady to put polish my nail all the way down to my cuticule ( obviously not on my cuticule just where there is still nail ) I even showed her what I was talking about( she also shaped each nail differently and I had to point it out nicely to her ) by the end of my service I had gel polish all over the skin around my nails and when I asked if the polish would come off my skin she said " idk " and thwn she said " you said all the way to cuticule" with such a bitchy face and smirked. The first time I came here was for my High school prom which was nearly 10 years ago. And as you can see I have been coming here ever since. I love the owners, they are very nice people and their employees are the best. They do an amazing job, even when you show them something you want they are willing to mimic if not, they make it 10 times better. Grossss!!! Dirty!!! Rude!!! Don't waste your time here or you will get athletes feet. Their soaking tubs are dirty! They are nice until you speak your mind about something you don't like.. then they start speaking their language! I picked a nude gel color and asked them specifically if they had this color before they sat me down, they said yes, then tried to paint my nails with some cheap 99 cent glitter nail polish that they probably purchased at the 99 cent only store. When I mentioned it to her she was so upset and said they no longer had it. The sad part is they made my 13 year old daughter feel so uncomfortable because she wanted a leafless tree and they painted some Christmas leaf. She mentioned it to the guy and he said what he did was so much better and started talking in Ting Vit language. I really like this place. The prices are excellent and cheap. A pedi and mani is like $25 bucks which I think is an awesome deal. I hear friends pay $30 for just a pedi which is crazy. They staff here is always nice. I like having my nails done by Amy, she takes her time and does a very clean job which I really like.
