I went with my daughter for pedicures on a Sunday. It took us a minute to find them but once we did it was all good. Both are very nice ppl and professional technicians. Okay, so here is my 100% honest review. I was there once for a pedi. I was cut twice and felt very rushed. Maybe an off day, we all have them. I have them a second shot. I went in for a dip mani, again felt rushed and it chipped within 3 days. Fast forward to reaching out about my experience and was offered a fix at no charge to me. I explained I had nothing on my nails to fix. I scheduled an appointment and came in. There was some confusion about the service and I ended up w...ith a pedi. They explained the mix up and I paid $30 (mistakes happen and it was a great pedi!) well I went on the get a no chip main. They knew I was there because I was unhappy with a previous service so I feel like she took extra time. Anyways the mani was great, and fingers crossed it stays! But because of the mix up I was refunded the $30 for the pedi. I will definitely be back again. I just hope to not feel rushed out the door like I have prior. Today I went in for the first time. Their reviews were good. So I stopped by. I waited 2 people ahead of me. After my nails were done. It was worth the wait. Binh was cool and fast. It's rare I find someone good without a complaint. I was shocked! I had nothing bad to say or needed to tell him to fix. First try! And wow he did a amazing  coffin pretty ombré nails on myself. Yesterday was my first time here and no one told me about this place, we just went unplanned. And I have no regrets, I came in with my mom for a manicure and a pedicure and the results were amazing! Great people. They took their time on us and even when they were closing they still treated us with respect. Since they were closing already and they had to rush they didn't really finish my moms pedicure, but they said to return to finish up which was really nice of them. Came here for the first time today based off of the reviews I see on yelp. BND nails Spa is definitely a hidden gem. I came in needing a fill, color change, and repair of one nail. Ben was thorough and turned my ugly claws into pretty nails. He took his time and paid good attention to detail making sure I was satisfied with each step of the way. I asked him to make a simple design on my ring fingers and I love how it came out! I feel like there was an ample selection of colors. Great prices, very clean, friendly employees. I came here for a pedicure on Fri and was completely disappointed. The salon itself is very nice and clean (hence the 2 stars), but the tech was awful. She seemed annoyed to be there (and this was at 10 AM in the morning), and put zero effort into the pedicure. I realized after I got home that my polish was smudged and she had cut the skin on my big toe. I ended up repainting my nails myself. What a disappointment, I could have done my toenails myself- saved myself $30- and had them look better. Not to mention I wouldn't have a large cut on my foot right now. Mimi is excellent. I was very impressed with her (and I am pretty picky). She knows her stuff and is so sweet. Previously, I would have to sacrifice one thing for another. Places that do great technical work often times leave something to be desired when it comes to the massage/relaxing parts of the service. The places that give wonderful, relaxing massages often leave something to be desired technically. Mimi has the skill and the knowledge to make it so relaxing and worth every penny. I no longer have to decide what I want more (technical ability vs relaxation), which makes me very happy.I didn't feel rushed or unwelcome even though I just walked in near the end of their day. It is a fairly small space but with two people (Mimi and Ben), you don't really need a big place.I had a bit a trouble finding it the first time because I didn't realize it was in the swap meet, just FYI for those visiting for the first time. I FINALLY FOUND A GREAT NAILS SALON!!!! I love the work they do here. I started coming here in Oct-Nov 2016 and been coming here ever since. Ben is the owner and is hilarious, Mimi is the other nail tech and she does my nails. She does awesome work every time. First and last, I had my appointment set up, this place dnt respect the appointments at all, I got out of here 2.5 after my appointment, more than one hour just sitting down waiting for them to provide me service, also the guy is very pushy about getting tips for him and the lady, I dnt think is right to do that, He was processing my card and he ask how much for tip? Every time I go in this salon I am never greeted. Sometimes I have to stand around for minutes until someone even comes up to the front. Had a nail tech today and have no clue what her name was because she didn't even bother telling it to me or greeting me until she started filing my nails. This is one of THE nicest salons I have visited in a long time! Everything is incredibly clean and beautiful. Very well thought out for the benefit of the customer. They are also VERY accomodating to ones individual needs. Everyone speaks English almost exclusively while in the salon, soothing music plays, no TVs are available. The people are very nice, not just your own artist. Give them a try, and you won't want to go back anywhere else. i just don't know of a nicer place in this area, or anywhere for that matter!!! I got there at 617pm and they were able to fit me in for a pedicure before closing. I had Laura. She was awesome. She told me that I was going to have the best pedicure when I left. She was right! Had a nice experience… But I did not know they do not take checks and I did not know that all tips had to be cash. I had to borrow money, for the tip, from a friend. I love that it is a beautiful salon feel...the ambience is great…but all the salons I have been to allow you to put tip on the charge card or check. The pedicure chairs are decently spread apart… Which is good for individual soaks… But if you go with friends it is very hard to carry on conversations....
