This is a tough one because I really like the owner Belle. She does a really great job and she is super honest. She is quick and and precise. She did my sisters nails and just watching her do other customers nails was impressive. The guy that sits next to her did my full gel set and also fill 2 weeks later. Cant remember his name but he did a pretty good job. He did a much better job on my fill. I'd like to rate them a 4, but unfortunately during our second visit Belle helped another customer who walked in after my sister who had already been waiting for a fill. Not sure if its because the person wanted a new set or what, but Belle finished long before one of the male workers was even close to finishing my sisters fill. He was definitely an amateur. I'm all for people learning but not when we had been there for almost an hour and half already. Belle had to step in and finished my sisters nails. They gave me a 3 dollar discount since they knew they took an extremely long time. Highly recommend Belle and the guy who's work station is next to her. I wouldn't recommend anyone else though. Love this place! I drive 25 minutes every two weeks because I don't feel satisfied with my pedicure especially any where else!I would give them 5 stars BUT I feel like some people are better than others, nothing MAJOR though you just have to have your own experience with them to see who you like the best for your mani & pedi , since we all have different preferences. The owner is very rude, I tried to over see it a few times because I liked the girl we used to go to, a guy that works there is also very rude, horrible customer service. Also they recently raised their already overly high prices, we used to be loyal customers, but now we'll be taking our business some place else. I could get that type of customer service somewhere else for cheaper! Read Less

I came here 2 days ago for a fill/pedicure and was excited to try them out seeing as how they had some good reviews. The guy who did my nails was extremely rude. Before completing my fill, he asked me to pay then asked me after I paid if I wanted a pedicure also... so he would have to charge my card twice and charge an additional fee both times. He made a mistake while painting my nails and when I asked him to fix it he had an attitude about it and grabbed my hand very aggressively. I'm sorry that you had to fix a mistake that you made. It's been 2 days and 4 of my nails are already coming off along with the polish. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. BEWARE!!!! Read Less
