Been coming to this place since I was in High school (so about 10+ years) and I love it. My nails always look great and I swear they feel stronger after. The hand massages during manicures and calf massages during pedicures are the best! Went in today for a pedicure. I'm sorry but that has got to be the worse pedicure I've ever gotten. The lady who did my nails never said one word to me, instead of paying attention to my feet she was looking at everybody and everything.. at some point I thought she was going to cut me.. aside from being so distracted she charged me more than she should, but then again that happens when you're not paying attention. terrible terrible when i got there i was acknowledge not right away they said it would take about 10 min so im waiting and about 15 min past and another lady came and asked me what i wanted done which was only a fill i told her and she said oh no you have to wait about an hour or an hour and a half i told her why didnt u tell me that in the first place she said no one seen you i said yes they did mind u a lady costomer walked in which was a regular and the lady asked her if she had an appointment and she said No but the same lady that told me i have to wait an hour sat that lady down immediately and did her nails so i walked out Read Less

I love this place. We recently moved to Fontana and i tried some other nail salons with out luck. Its been my 4th time at this salon and im not letting go :) its obviously faster if you make an appointment but they also accept walk ins....i would highly recommend this place!! Read Less

The lady who runs this place, I think her name is Ashley, is so incredibly rude to everyone who walks in the door except her friends. The quality of work that they do here is so good for how cheap this place is but she deters people from wanting to stay with how judgmental and catty she is. I love Pam because she does such a good job with my nails and eyebrows but I hate having to walk in and speak to Ashley because she treats me so terribly. Read Less

I've been going to this place for over 10 years.  I had made an appointment with Anna, a day before my Christmas party.  I got there and they told me that it was her day off.  I was dumbfounded, how can you schedule an appt. when you are not even going to be there.   Jenny was nice enough to do my nails.  Another time I scheduled an appt. with Pam, accidentally I wanted appt. with Jenny.  When I got there Jenny was not there, and even when I had made my appt. with Pam, she didnt' want to do my nails, and Anna that used to do my nail, didn't want to do them either.  Anna and Pam were going back and forth talking in their language,  I was like really.  How unprofessional.  Another girl that was there did them for me.   Sad, to say but I'm disappointed that they don't care about their business, or their long term customers.  I think it's very rude when they are talking in their language  in front of you.  I'm pretty sure they are talking about you...Very disappointed customer.. Crappy service. Made an appt with Ana at 6:30 pm then  when  I show up at 6:15pm she tells me her 6:30 appt is already there. Turns out some bitch claimed my appointment. If this is your first time, they make nails really good every time I come I left very satisfied,!thats why a 3 star ...except this time with a lady she took for a pedicure 10 minutes, left foot she didn't clean my nail only the right foot. Didn't clean your nail, Then I always have acrylic and she cut it without looking because she was talking to her coworkers and yeah she broke my nail and she just told me" don't use acrylic,just let it grow" -and I was thinking "whatever she's gonna fix that nail", and then all of the sudden she said done and when I look i saw the difference from the tip and my nail she didn't file my nail to make it even, and I told her straight "it looks bad"and she got mad at me staring talking loud on her language "Vietnamese " so I use my phone to translate, she was RUDE saying "this fat, this girl round face watching her phone is her fault to not check before" i supposed to go and relax as always!!! The worst thing is I guess she's is blind or  I don't know, she doesn't have a MIRROR??? Talking about me and she's just rude with people nooo that's not right!!And I'm paying not begging!! I called in Wed morning for a pedicure.. I got an appt the same day. I was taken care of by Kim. She did such an amazing job! She took her time taking care of my feet.  From soaking my feet, removing old nail polish, trimming cuticles, treating 3 ingrown toenails, removing callouses with an acid, massaging my feet and legs and lastly applying the nail polish.All this for only $23!! I saw a few people bashing this place.. I walked in, still in my pj's.. I wasn't treated any less or any more. DO NOT GO HERE! SHADY BUSINESS IS DONE HERE. just walked out with tears in my eyes. I wanted my artificial nails removed. The dude who works there looked at my nails and said he doesn't know how but will try. I set down and he then ask if I have cash I say no just card he then says it's a dollar fee which is fone. He continues to set up for a minute or two and then out of nowhere just tells me oh we only accept cash can you go to rite aid and get some? At this point I'm totally uncomfortable and say no. And he then he says oh it okay then. But at the point I'm just done and tell him nevermind I'm going somewhere else. Horrible customer service Read Less

So happy.....decided to go over to the little strip mall and have dinner at Pancho Villas and on impulse,  when I drove thru I decided to get my nails done.I couldn't believe the shop was open (Sunday) and it was already 5:30pm.  When I walked in the gal (who I found out was Ashley) said--"oh we are closed" --I turned to leave and she said..."oh wait I'll do you!"She did the most fantastic job on a new set of acrylic nails---I am so so happyI'll be back-for sure!!!!
