Came in to get a set of nails, Music was fine relaxing, the set up is not clean, the lady was grabbing stuff from her "Nail supply cart"  but inside a brown bag that was Labeled (TRASH) I told her I didn't want her using stuff from there, she laughed and actually got it from her cart thingy (lol)  I asked for a new trendy cat eye nail polish, it didn't look right, she kept blaming it on the polish I got but it wasn't the first time I had this design, I don't recommend this place it's really tacky, not clean, also when the lady told me to wash my hands, she got upset that I got her  paper towels by her and not the ones in the back which where the brown paper towels, I guess she mind, also the same paper towel she was using on me one the girls grabbed it to use it on another client.. gross Read Less

Where do I start?Well, I thought I would give this place a try; since it seem like a newest  nail shop in the area. I have tried all of the nail salon in the area and I just can't fine a place that does a good job. I spend way more money driving out to LA to get a mani, pedi and a full set. But when I do not have time I have to settle for a local shop. I walked in with an open mind with the hope of finding a good nail salon. However, I walked out this with disappointment. Why? Because the customer service is bad. A nail salon is supposed to be a place for people to relaxed and get pamper right? How can I if the nail tech is talking shit in Vietnamese not only about me but about other customer as well? How do I know that she was talking shit? Because I am 100% Vietnamese. All and all I end up paying for her to talk a whole bunch of smack because she gave me a half ass pedi. I am giving this place 3 star because the nail tech that did my mani minded her own business (I believe she is the owner mother). I will never step foot in here again ..... , not because they didn't do a good job but because how they disrespect their customer. Read Less

I have been coming here for many, many years but today will be my last visit. I asked to have a certain procedure done and the manicurist flat out refused to do it, took off her gloves and got up and left my area. She began arguing with me in front of 2 customers and the manager. The manager tried to address her and she dismissed him too. I came in at 925 for a 930 appt and wasn't serviced until 1020 by the manager all the while the manicurist continued to roll her eyes and proceeded to yell at me. Who in the hell does that for one? And then in front of your boss? Well now I will be on the look out for a more professional establishment. Get your staff in line Crystal, you just lost a long time regular. Read Less

I won't be returning to this place. I thought I found a good nail shop but not one of these workers speak to you unless it's to ask for money, they make you feel uncomfortable and they charge too much especially for gel. I came here for the first and last time! I came to get my eyebrows done and the woman who did them was very rude and unprofessional, I had to ask her to stop moving my head so roughly! When I came home and took my eyebrow make up off I noticed the horrible job she had done! She left me with almost half an eyebrow on one side! OK,. I went in for manicure and pedicure, and let me tell you, my polish was off the next day I don't know what's wrong with their polish butt my polish came off the next day it was chipping, next thing I know all the Polish was half off my nails I don't know if they put too much nail thinner in their polish to make it last or what butt when I went back a couple of days later the lady wanted me to wait for so long, I told her I have been waiting since my polish came off the next day I just got tired got up and walked out, mind you I had already paid for my services she's going to make me wait, all I wanted was to get polished again and she was being rude about it, so I left,  went to find another nail shop and paid them to clean their work up,  HOW SAD... I came in for a Pedicure and let me tell you, as soon as you walk in, the smell is just not pleasant. It smells like piss. There is nobody greeting you at the reception desk and they just ask what u need and to pick a color. The color selection sucks, there is no nice colors and not many to choose from. The girl who then called me over didn't wear gloves!! That just grossed me out, the tools seemed clean and what not but the spa tub was not covered with plastic and I overall didn't think it was too sanitary. To top it all off the pedi was 17$ and they don't even scrub your feet, they charge extra to do so. I will never come back to this place again. Read Less

I have been coming here for awhile and at first really like this place. Then I would make an appointment with Britney who btw is the best one there, but would be waiting for an hour or more for her to show up. Once I even just went to someone else after wasting an entire hour. Recently it has come to having to go back to get the gel polish fixed. This last time I went it took forever to get the polish done, and the next day my polish was chipping off. I went back in a couple of days later  (I do have a life) and they to me I waited too long. I spoke to them and they finally fixed my nails. Now it's a week later and this damn gel is chipping off.  Done with this place. I pay the extra so  this doesn't happen and I don't need a fill but I do need a color change. Time to find a new spot. Read Less
