I came here based on the amazing reviews. I had high hopes that I would be leaving with the best acrylic pink/white nails for my formal event. I left the salon with 4 cut cuticles and the trashiest looking nails. I even pointed out to her a chunk of the white missing and her reply was "that happens." When I kept asking if the tips can be fixed she told me to let her finish. I am now so embarrassed of my nails. I had to go to another nail salon to try and have them salvaged. Kim does the BEST GEL manicure.  I use to do gels all the time but didn't really like when they grew out they would get caught and the process of removing them.  Kim does it in a way where it's not caked on.  I had given up on gels for about 2 years but I'm back thanks to Kim. Read Less

I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment for right when they opened due to someone canceling. It was meant to be! I have never felt so comfortable in a nail salon before. Kim was very gentle and detailed. You can tell that she really cares and takes pride in her work. I would highly recommend this salon. I would suggest to make an appointment in advance, as it is by appointment only, and she said that Sunday's are her busiest days. Got a fiber glass fill with gel over them. They did fit me in with short notice and very clean and peaceful environment. But nails were cut way too short on one hand and then left to longer on the other. I said something and they got evened out short of (all my nails are short of the same length but basically all uneven). The gel isn't smooth and I left with gel stuck all over my fingers. I asked for two jewels down the middle of my ring fingers and she put them on off centered. Wasn't terrible but I expected better. Read Less

This is the second time I've been here and the pedicure is fabulous. It's run by the sweetest couple and they attend to your comfort and requests. Part of my pedicure involves a salt scrub and stone massage on my feet and calves, and along with the massage chair and the foot soak, it was wonderful. Great job on the polish and reasonable prices. Absolutely the most wonderful pedicure I have ever had!  Kim and Tran run an excellent salon. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Appointments are recommended but they do take walk-ins. Tran did the deluxe pedi and the massages (by hand and with hot stones) were TOP notch. My feet/toes look perfect. Owner Kim did a fabulous job on my toes!  I had been doing my own pedicures through the winter and apparently was cutting my toenails incorrectly.  The nails were growing wrong and one of the big toes had become painful and tender.  Kim could immediately see I had an issue; she took her time cleaning and trimming, was gentle yet determined to get me out of pain.  And she was able to do some simple nail art - exactly what I was looking for. I love Kim! She is the owner and has a great work ethic and a warm heart. I've been coming here for a year, since I moved to the Sac area, and she and her team don't disappoint. I went there for the first time today. It was very clean, and they have plenty of pedicure chairs. Kim did my pedicure today. I came here with a party of five to prepare for a friend's wedding. It was a great experience! I interacted with almost everyone that works there and everyone was incredibly friendly. They also really know their stuff here. We had a really helpful discussion about gel polish. First, I started with a manicure. The forearm and hand massage were wonderful. It had been way too long since my last manicure and my nails now look fantastic. On the fly, two of us were able to add waxing to our appointments. I had my eye brows and upper lip done. It was quick and very proficiently done. I finished with the pedicure. I chose the package with a delicious smelling orange sugar scrub and warm gooey paraffin dip. The ladies at this salon are absolutely amazing! I've been getting my nails done by Vivian and Kim back when they were in Roseville and moved with them to the new location. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They do great work, the gel manicure always lasts me 3 weeks and I'm extremely hard on my nails. They're clean, quick, and do amazing nail art!
