So I came here yesterday to get a full set. The service was great and everyone was really nice! I've been here before and I really liked their work. The guy who did my nails was also very nice, but my nails did not turn out the way I wanted them to. It already looks like I need a fill and I just got them done YESTERDAY!! And some of them are crooked and not the same length. I'm really upset because I enjoyed this place. The ambiance, the service. I desperately needed a manicure, but was running on a really tight time schedule. Of course, this happened to be Saturday afternoon when everybody wants to get their nails done. My hotel was right near the Nail Palazzo and I quickly drove over there during my lunch break. They were so busy they said it would be a 45 minute wait. I decided I would come back a little bit later. I made an appointment for 5 PM. When I got there I was really eager to be taken right away, but I still had to wait. They were nice enough to find the color that I wanted, since I had already chosen earlier and since then somebody had grabbed it. The guy working there walked through the entire place until we found it which I thought was very nice. I was greeted by my nail technician after about five minutes of waiting time, her name was Cindy, her original name Tham. Since I opted for a polish change not a manicure, she quickly did my nails. She still gave them a little file which I appreciated. It seemed rushed, but it was only a polish change and she can probably sense my eagerness l/need to get back to work. Overall, my nails looked great and lasted about five days until the chipping started, which seems pretty standard for me. I also noticed that they had a large party in the back, I thought that was a great idea for a nail salon to be able to host large parties of people in a private room. I have been coming here on Sunday's when my salon is closed, and Sunday is the only day I have free.It's just not worth it anymore. They are nice enough and the place is clean, but when they are cutting cuticles they (9 times out of 10) always end up cutting my nail(s). Sometimes only one. Last Sunday it was three and all three have snagged and ripped off. Once they cut the nail even a little it snags and eventually Rios off. I have beautiful natural nails - until I go there. It's happened with pedicures too. This ONLY happens when I go to this salon. this NEVER happens at my regular salon...they just need to be more careful and slow down.If you already have super short nails...give em a try but if you have long nails, go elsewhere no matter how convenient it is. Made an appointment a day before hoping to get 5 ladies in for pedicures. They were very accommodating. All 5 ladies received pedicures. They allowed me to bring In our own champagne and cider and poured for us. All of us ladies had a wonderful experience. Thank you nail palazzo! Read Less

Would not recommend this to anyone. I made an appointment and showed up on time. I only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen but the entire process felt very rushed and they gave me almost no time to pick a color for my nails. I asked for more time but they took the basket of nail colors away to give to another client that had just arrived. The ladies were not friendly here and I felt as if I was impeding on their time. I would not come back here. The gel manicure I got was okay but I have had better at other places in Folsom and the interaction with the employees was bad enough for me to want to never come back. Took my 2 employees here yesterday for pedicures. It was my first time here, and from my first impression it was very nice, clean and the polishes were SO neatly organized, appeasing my OCD nicely.We had an appointment and they were ready for us, which was awesome. We were all seated together and I ordered the basic plus pedicure for all of us. All 3 of us got a pretty decent pedicure, although the basic plus includes extra exfoliating and it didn't seem like it was any more than normal - except on my ankle, where I now have a little rash from it.One of my girls said her technician cut her cuticles a little too much and it was painful. Polish jobs looked great on all of us. Technicians weren't too talkative and that was ok {I prefer this}.Overall, I thought it was nice and I'd go back to give them another opportunity to see how they do - and hopefully add another star. As I sat down on the vacant couches in their waiting room, two used toe wraps greeted me sitting on the arm rest. I made an appointment and still waited over 45 minutes to be called back. My friend got her nails done as well, and the lady who did hers called over some other people and they all started laughing and pointing at my friends nails. Sadly I'm not exaggerating. The staff is all very good and make every effort to make sure you are happy with your nails (shape, color, etc). I can’t say enough good things. A little bit pricy but when it comes to getting your nails done, you get what you pay for. I have been coming here for over 2 years now and I am NEVER disappointed, it has gotten to the point where I walk in, they recognize me, and without hesitation ask "black gel polish again?" and they go and get my nail color ready for me. This nail salon is amazing I have been going to ivy for over a year now but have been going to nail palazzo on and off before that for years as well. Every time I go in there I feel so relaxed and comforted. My nails are done to perfection each fill I get. I normally get the gel with acrylic since my line of work is tough on the hands. Sometimes I wouldn't even pick a color I'd let ivy do her thing and it was always EXACTLY what I wanted like she could read my mind!! Great place.Always friendly and accommodating . I got gel polish and they always look amazing, but I see the technicians in there change a lot. I like my girl who did my nails but when I come back she was no longer work there. The manager told me all people work the same and do good job. I tried some girls, but I am not really satisfied, and now I love Anna who did my nails 2 last times. she does gel polish very well, good design, amazing. For me, Anna is the best now. I love this place. I come every 2-3 week for my pedi and my finger nails.The ladies who work in here are very friendly. I tried some girls for my pedicure , they do well. There are some new girls and I really like Anna, she took care my pedi and gel very well. She is nice, work hard, and friendly . She makes me comfortable and relaxed. This place was horrible. I booked a party for my wedding with my bridesmaids, we were all from out of town. We were all so excited because the manager told me they would open an additional hour for us and serve us champagne. During the appointment we felt rushed and they were rude to us. They did not do a very good job on our toes and expected more of a tip then what we gave. We tipped on service not because you stayed open. We didn't get champagne either! Or water. Yesterday I was at the Pallidio and decided to try this Salon. Not happy with it at all.  More pricey, less time on massage and exfoliation for pedicure and the technician cut my cuticles on both big toes - very painful. There are much better places in Folsom! Read Less

I brought my mom and little girl in with me today to get some pedicures and manicures. The establishment itself is beautiful and very large, hosting two full walls of pedicure stations as well as multiple nail desks. It was very clean and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and did a fantastic job on all of our 6 services.  My daughter is three, and she had a blast, and is also very proud of her nails :).  She sat with zero problems, and the staff was attentive and treated her the same as they did the adults.  We figured  getting our nails done in the Palladio would be more expensive than the usual hole in the wall nail joint, so we were not surprised by the very high prices.  $50 for a gel pedicure, and $35 for a manicure.  They painted my daughters fingers and toes for $20, also gave her a mini foot massage with lavender lotion.  4 stars due to the inability to leave a tip with your card.  I wasn't sure where the tip money would be going if it didn't show on the card print out...?? No one could explain this to me. We had minimal cash on us, so we left far less than we would have liked to for a tip. My mother-in-law brought me here for a mani pedi for the two of us. My experience was fine and would have given 3 maybe 4 stars. However, they were very rude to my MIL. We both asked, providing a picture from pinterest, for a design. My MIL's nail tech replied with "ughhhh no" in a short clipped tone as she turned and walked away for whatever epse she needed as sh had already kept my MIL waiting for 5 to 10 minutes after sitting down in the chair. My nail tech replied with "too much" to my design which is fine, I wasn't expecting much after the other girls reaction.Then my MIL's toes are finished and as she is being handed off to the other nail tech who is already inspecting her nails (she just needed a fill) tells my MIL to "never do that to your nail again!" Referring to the nails that needed a fill. Those nails were two weeks old and had been done at that exact same nail salon. They then argued about what had been done, it just wasn't a good experience. I got a full set and pedicure, my girls received pedicures. There was nothing wrong with the pedicures.... my full set was incredibly painful. I have been getting acrylic for almost 2 years. I soaked my old set off yesterday as they were breaking and very thin. The lady who did my nails did not talk to me at all. I tried to make small talk, she didn't care. She cut three fingers. Went here on a weekday afternoon for a manicure. I did a walk in and was sat in a chair within 10 minutes or so. The location is beautiful; probably one of the nicest nail salons I've seen in regards to architecture and decorating. Annie did a fantastic and meticulous job on my nails. She made sure all the edges were clean and that the gel went all the way to the edge of my nail. (Most nail techs don't do this and it ends up making the gel peel off within days)They charge a few dollars more than most places but I think it's reasonable considering the location in the Palladio and how nice of a job my nail tech did. I don't know if I've ever left a negative review on Yelp but I'm extremely frustrated by my experience at this shop. Being at Palladio, I'd expect top quality for a $35 manicure. Instead it seemed as if the girl was too lazy to find the color that I wanted. Or even help find one similar. No hand massage & gel flecks still left around the skin of my fingers at the end. My experience with the employees and my nail tech were fantastic, the quality of work and the time that my gel fill lasted were awful. I got a gel fill on Sunday, October 16th. Since then two of my nails have broken where my real nail begins, the gel they used is not very durable. Both nails broke within less than a 24 hour period from one another. The first nail broke when I was taking off hiking boots and the second nail broke when I was pushing in a button lock. I'm so sad because my nails were so pretty and they're now ruined. Never have I had fake nails break off on me in such a manner or so shortly after having the manicure done. My fill lasted me less than a week, Sunday until Friday. It was a huge waste of money and my nails looks awful but I can't take them off until I get back from my vacation. Read Less

I have gone through dozens of nail salons in this general area to finally find one that has provided the best experience consistently. In the past I've gone to salons and had a great experience with one artist, but then by chance ended up with a different artist in later appointments, only to be disappointed. At this salon, this is not an issue. Every artist I have worked with has been excellent, professional, very detail oriented, and obviously very talented. It's wonderful to know that I can come in and get matched with any nail artist and expect the same top-notch results.I currently come here for fiberglass nails with gel polish and my go-to artist is Jennifer.
