My mom and I made a last minute appointment for two pedicures the other day and they were so sweet letting us come in an hour before closing. They did such a fantastic job, made us feel comfortable and were so friendly! We both got the Lemon Drop pedicure and it was absolutely amazing and affordable! The chairs are also very comfy and they have a good selection of colors. Thank you for an amazing experience. We definitely will be coming back.

I came to this salon on Monday, December 4, 2017. I usually go to a different salon, but I was running errands in the area and didn't have time to go to my usual place. I should have waited. The place looked decent when I entered, and I was the only customer. I noticed that no prices were posted, but I mistakenly assumed they would charge roughly the same as my usual salon. They set me up at a station and left me there for 5 or 10 minutes with my feet in a bowl of lukewarm water. One of the women came back to see which pedicure I wanted. The prices were much higher than I expected, but as I already spent 10 minutes soaking my feet, I decided to stick it out. The massage chair was so-so and the controls didn't function correctly, so once it turned off (after 15 or 20 minutes), I couldn't get it to start up again. The woman working on my feet didn't speak English so I couldn't ask her to turn it back on. It took her a really long time to take care of my feet, and she accidentally cut the skin on one of my toes. When it was time for my toenails to be polished, she had to get another worker to apply the polish, which I thought was really odd. The day after the pedicure, the toe that the worker cut became infected. It's now bright red and painful to the touch. I'm so disappointed.

Came here on a Sunday after Thanksgiving, as it was the only place open without a wait. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help us right away, but it was the slowest manicure I've EVER had. Over an hour for a gel manicure seems a little ridiculous. She repainted one thumb over 5 times because she kept messing up, and painted all over my finger, not nail. After having her paint them, she then put oil and lotion on them before they were dry all the way, so now they are bubbly and look rushed and like a third grader did them. I would have them redo them, but I can't wait another two hours. Unfortunately we won't be back.

I've been going here for a couple years now and am always happy with my visit. Cathy is the best. She always does a great job and takes her time. She gives the best foot and leg massages. The price is reasonable and Lin and all the other ladies are nice and always welcomes you in. Other great things is the free Wi-Fi and delicious tea they offer you before you enjoy and relax before your pedicure/manicure. Not only is the location convenient, it's easy to get an appointment or walk in that day.

I have given this place it's last chance. I went in for a simple gel manicure. "Nancy" helped me. Nancy only knows how to say "excuse me!" In a English. She spent an excessive amount during my manicure picking at my cuticles with the little nipper thing which seems more like a bacteria transmitting device. I didn't even have anything to be picked at, but now I've got all sorts of tiny hangnails that weren't there before! She neglected to remove all of the previous gel so my new polish has lumps in it. I requested they fix it, and after playing dumb and acting like it was my fault, another lady that worked there removed some of the gel and fixed it. My nails are still jagged and lumpy. Also, the massage you get as part of the manicure? They only did one arm. I went to pay and the charge was $25 for this hideous mess even though they knew I was unhappy. The whole thing took an hour which is crazy for a simple manicure. No tip and will never return!

Worst nail salon ever!!! My regular salon was to busy to get me in so I decided to try Fancy Nails. Big mistake. When the nail tech applied the third coat of primer my nails started to burn. A lot. I told her but she just laughed and kept going. Throughout getting my fill my nails were on fire. I tried repeatedly to tell her but she did not understand me and did nothing to help. My nails are terrible. I can still see some of my old polish through the new polish. She polished the tip of my nails so thick that it looks clumped on there. I tried asking her to fix it, but she just kept going. I will have to go somewhere else tomorrow, if my nails stop burning, to have them redone. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

The massages i received during mani/pedi were wonderful. It was all luxurious. They transformed my nails completely. What really impressed me was their wonderful service. The appointment was easy to make. I am very satisfied with nail look i got from Kathy.

First, I will start off with my manicure. It was the worst manicure that I ever received. The lady was in the rush, and was not listening to what I was saying. I wanted a squared nail shape, i ended up getting a semi-rounded on some and squared on others. I asked her to put white nail polish on my nails, which she did, but when I walked out, it was transparent and required a third coat, which she should of put. I did acrylic and she didn't fill all the way to the cuticle. A week later, I had to go to a different salon to get them redone. The only reason I putting 2 stars is for the pedicure, which was great, and it was done by another lady. I wish I got their names, so I would never have her again. I paid good money over $50+tip, which I should never left, I should expect better service when I pay that much money.

But, the girl that was doing my toe nails didn't speak English so the main lady was explaining everything to her and there was a lot of chatter so a pleasant conversation was out.
Soon I realized that the girls were not practicing good hygiene. The one girl that was having her nails done had the same problem, she glanced at me a few times and tried 3 times to tell lady doing her finger nails what she wanted but I saw her roll her eyes. The lady that was doing my toe nails was talking clippers, files and such out of her supply box that was dirty and messy and it had used tissue and such in it. So, I wasn't sure how to explain, but told them that I changed my mind..they looked perplexed. I didn't even dry my nail polish I gave her $8 and told her I wouldnt be returning.

Ok ladies, we've all had that one experience... This was mine. Never again! I tried this place because it was next door to my waxer at Lux.I came in for a pedicure and new set. I arrived at 5:30 and was told to wait 30 minutes so I did. They have me tepid water even after I asked them to warm it up. I was only offered a basic pedicure, and it was sub par at best. The new set took an hour and a half. Seriously? Just no. I wanted glitter powder but asked for gel polish due to time constraints. I was cut THREE TIMES with the files!!! Ok look, I could complain about this place all day. It boils down to this. They let me leave bleeding, with polish and fiberglass on my hands and fingers. Save your money and your blood. Don't go here.

Came here for a pedicure (really only needed change of color and a little massage bc I've done my pedicure 10 days ago). The guy that did my pedicure was very nice but boy he talks sooooo much (not to me, as the customer but with all his coworkers). During my foot massage he's been talking to the girl that was doing someone else's nails and at times his hands were just resting on my legs (bc he was so busy talking!!) As far as the color change - see attached pics. My nails looked so much better before I came here :( just sad that's what it looks like AFTER pedicure. I have it 2 starts only bc my bc was getting his pedicure done next to me and the lady who did his pedicure gave him a very good massage. So can't say the whole place is bad, but the guy who did my pedicure should probably take a refresher course or something

Went in to get my nails done for a wedding. I asked if they could take 3 people, as we had not made reservations. They said they could. Well they should have said no because the lady who did mine was also working on a mans hair who came in for his appointment about ten minutes after I was being worked on. She sat him down then started rushing through the nail job. One nail was put on slightly crooked, she didn't listen to me when I repeatedly told her I wanted the nails shorter and left the acrylic caked under the nails which was very uncomfortable. I had to have another lady in the shop take out the acrylic caked under my nails. I will not be going back.

Mediocre, at best. I can only speak from one experience, but it kind of bothers me when they are so impatient with taking off my previous gel manicure the woman starts picking at the places that wouldn't come off--with her own darn fingers. Then she asked me to soak my fingers in water. Then did not wipe off my nails so all the lint from the towel was on there. When there was a bubble in applying the gel polish she smoothed it out with the cuticle trimming scissors by trimming the bubble. No joke.Hopefully this was an aberrant experience--but based on this experience I would never ever go back.

I went there based on the reviews from YP.This is my new favorite fancy nail spot.It's a beautiful calming little spot with lots of natural light.I just kicked back & got pampered by two sweet ladies.The OPI polish stays on for awhile, and I love the style they do with the transparent backgrounds & intricate designs on top, because when there are any chips, you can't even tell, so my nails still look great a week later.Emailed them the night before, and they emailed back immediately in the morning to confirm the appointment, and others walked in.Never thought I'd be a manicure/pedicure person, like Lauryn Hill says, "don't have time," but this place makes me want to make time to pamper myself and get my nails done more often.

I've been going here for a couple years now and am always happy with my visit. Cathy is the best. She always does a great job and takes her time. She gives the best foot and leg massages. The price is reasonable and Lin and all the other ladies are nice and always welcomes you in. Other great things is the free Wi-Fi and delicious tea they offer you before you enjoy and relax before your pedicure/manicure. Not only is the location convenient, it's easy to get an appointment or walk in that day.

I have given this place it's last chance. I went in for a simple gel manicure. "Nancy" helped me. Nancy only knows how to say "excuse me!" In a English. She spent an excessive amount during my manicure picking at my cuticles with the little nipper thing which seems more like a bacteria transmitting device. I didn't even have anything to be picked at, but now I've got all sorts of tiny hangnails that weren't there before! She neglected to remove all of the previous gel so my new polish has lumps in it. I requested they fix it, and after playing dumb and acting like it was my fault, another lady that worked there removed some of the gel and fixed it. My nails are still jagged and lumpy. Also, the massage you get as part of the manicure? They only did one arm. I went to pay and the charge was $25 for this hideous mess even though they knew I was unhappy. The whole thing took an hour which is crazy for a simple manicure. No tip and will never return!

Worst nail salon ever!!! My regular salon was to busy to get me in so I decided to try Fancy Nails. Big mistake. When the nail tech applied the third coat of primer my nails started to burn. A lot. I told her but she just laughed and kept going. Throughout getting my fill my nails were on fire. I tried repeatedly to tell her but she did not understand me and did nothing to help. My nails are terrible. I can still see some of my old polish through the new polish. She polished the tip of my nails so thick that it looks clumped on there. I tried asking her to fix it, but she just kept going. I will have to go somewhere else tomorrow, if my nails stop burning, to have them redone. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

I always have such a wonderful experience and keep coming back every time. I love that they have a disposable plastic protection for each customer's pedicure avoiding diseases. Not to mention they're always smiling and trying to help you to have a real relaxing time while having your nails done. Way to go! I'm so glad I found this place after almost 7 years of searching.

I have had two wonderful experiences here. Fancy Nails saloon is clean and atmosphere is relaxing here. Nail technicians are efficient and thorough. The massages i received during mani/pedi were wonderful. It was all luxurious. They transformed my nails completely. What really impressed me was their wonderful service. The appointment was easy to make. I am very satisfied with nail look i got from Kathy.

First, I will start off with my manicure. It was the worst manicure that I ever received. The lady was in the rush, and was not listening to what I was saying. I wanted a squared nail shape, i ended up getting a semi-rounded on some and squared on others. I asked her to put white nail polish on my nails, which she did, but when I walked out, it was transparent and required a third coat, which she should of put. I did acrylic and she didn't fill all the way to the cuticle. A week later, I had to go to a different salon to get them redone. The only reason I putting 2 stars is for the pedicure, which was great, and it was done by another lady. I wish I got their names, so I would never have her again. I paid good money over $50+tip, which I should never left, I should expect better service when I pay that much money.

But, the girl that was doing my toe nails didn't speak English so the main lady was explaining everything to her and there was a lot of chatter so a pleasant conversation was out.
Soon I realized that the girls were not practicing good hygiene. The one girl that was having her nails done had the same problem, she glanced at me a few times and tried 3 times to tell lady doing her finger nails what she wanted but I saw her roll her eyes. The lady that was doing my toe nails was talking clippers, files and such out of her supply box that was dirty and messy and it had used tissue and such in it. So, I wasn't sure how to explain, but told them that I changed my mind..they looked perplexed. I didn't even dry my nail polish I gave her $8 and told her I wouldnt be returning.

Ok ladies, we've all had that one experience... This was mine. Never again! I tried this place because it was next door to my waxer at Lux.I came in for a pedicure and new set. I arrived at 5:30 and was told to wait 30 minutes so I did. They have me tepid water even after I asked them to warm it up. I was only offered a basic pedicure, and it was sub par at best. The new set took an hour and a half. Seriously? Just no. I wanted glitter powder but asked for gel polish due to time constraints. I was cut THREE TIMES with the files!!! Ok look, I could complain about this place all day. It boils down to this. They let me leave bleeding, with polish and fiberglass on my hands and fingers. Save your money and your blood. Don't go here.

Came here for a pedicure (really only needed change of color and a little massage bc I've done my pedicure 10 days ago). The guy that did my pedicure was very nice but boy he talks sooooo much (not to me, as the customer but with all his coworkers). During my foot massage he's been talking to the girl that was doing someone else's nails and at times his hands were just resting on my legs (bc he was so busy talking!!) As far as the color change - see attached pics. My nails looked so much better before I came here :( just sad that's what it looks like AFTER pedicure. I have it 2 starts only bc my bc was getting his pedicure done next to me and the lady who did his pedicure gave him a very good massage. So can't say the whole place is bad, but the guy who did my pedicure should probably take a refresher course or something

Went in to get my nails done for a wedding. I asked if they could take 3 people, as we had not made reservations. They said they could. Well they should have said no because the lady who did mine was also working on a mans hair who came in for his appointment about ten minutes after I was being worked on. She sat him down then started rushing through the nail job. One nail was put on slightly crooked, she didn't listen to me when I repeatedly told her I wanted the nails shorter and left the acrylic caked under the nails which was very uncomfortable. I had to have another lady in the shop take out the acrylic caked under my nails. I will not be going back.

Mediocre, at best. I can only speak from one experience, but it kind of bothers me when they are so impatient with taking off my previous gel manicure the woman starts picking at the places that wouldn't come off--with her own darn fingers. Then she asked me to soak my fingers in water. Then did not wipe off my nails so all the lint from the towel was on there. When there was a bubble in applying the gel polish she smoothed it out with the cuticle trimming scissors by trimming the bubble. No joke.Hopefully this was an aberrant experience--but based on this experience I would never ever go back.

The prices are very reasonable - I was expecting my bill to be higher. Even though I have a nail salon within walking distance I will continue to come here as well as recomend it to others!

I went there based on the reviews from YP.This is my new favorite fancy nail spot.It's a beautiful calming little spot with lots of natural light.I just kicked back & got pampered by two sweet ladies.The OPI polish stays on for awhile, and I love the style they do with the transparent backgrounds & intricate designs on top, because when there are any chips, you can't even tell, so my nails still look great a week later.Emailed them the night before, and they emailed back immediately in the morning to confirm the appointment, and others walked in.Never thought I'd be a manicure/pedicure person, like Lauryn Hill says, "don't have time," but this place makes me want to make time to pamper myself and get my nails done more often.

This is a wonderful nail salon, Linh does an excellent job. The staff is extra friendly, Very relaxing atmosphere.
