I WOULD NOT recommend, I asked for acrylic nails and my nail lady asked me if I wanted an Ombré design and I said yes, she started doing two nails and realized that she couldn't do the ombré. And then...
I WOULD NOT recommend, I asked for acrylic nails and my nail lady asked me if I wanted an Ombré design and I said yes, she started doing two nails and realized that she couldn't do the ombré. And then got frustrated with me when I asked what was wrong. She went to the back for 15 to talk with whoever was back there and then came back to me, she then was so rough with my nails, I had pulled my hand away several times because she was burning me and causing the sides of my fingers to bleed, after my nails were done I paid and left real quick. 3 days later two of my nails already breaks, and 3 of my real nails are all lifted up ready to fall off.. it's been about a week and my nails are falling off. Never ever will I waste my time going back. These new owners suck.

Very disappointing first experience. I called at 12:30 and asked if there were any availabilities for an appointment at 1pm same day because I had another appointment afterwards and the gal I spoke to said yes and booked my apt. I drove over from 20 mins away and arrived at 1pm and every chair was full and there were not even enough staff to cover the people sitting in the chairs let alone anyone already waiting. I waited 20 mins and wasn't even told they were behind, I had to ask about my appointment and they said they had more people come in and others ask for colors now...I don't understand what the point was in making an appointment then. I would not recommend them if you have any type of schedule to keep. It was going to be at least an hour before they would be able to get me into a chair at that point and have anyone even free to start the pedicure. They had 6 chairs and only 4 working and the other two chairs had people waiting to just start their pedicures. Very disappointing since they came highly recommended.

I love these people. They have taken care of my needs for the last few years. These dip nails rarely chip and are so well shaped. My favorite things are the hot stones used in the pedicures and the people there that take care of me. I look forward to my "me time" and they always make it worth every penny!

I was like 5 minutes late to an appointment I had made and when I got there I kind of just a stood around clueless until 10 minutes late someone told me to take a seat in a chair. Didn't let me know ...
I was like 5 minutes late to an appointment I had made and when I got there I kind of just a stood around clueless until 10 minutes late someone told me to take a seat in a chair. Didn't let me know there was a control to my chair or anything and I sat there for another 30 minutes until someone finally came over to me and proceeded to laugh with her coworker about how I was late and asked me where I lived and why I was late. Other than that the scrub and massage was great and the rest of the visit went fine but Jeez I was only five minutes late!

This is the best nail salon in Folsom hands down I have visited numerous times now since the new ownership and have watched this place transform into a beautiful, clean & accommodating nail salon. Even the bathroom has advanced hands free devices I'm impressed. They have a variety of pedicure options with an easy to read menu which is provided as soon as you sit back and relax in the massage chair. I have been cared for by a number of the technicians and all of them were personable and paid close attention to every detail of their work. I leave feeling pampered and happy every time and all for a very fair price. I recommend going here to everyone I know that gets these type of services so I figured I should share this publicly too! Take my word for it and enjoy!

I am also conflicted, my first time there great service, second time great service, only 1issue, I prefer the Dip Powder, I kept getting asked over and over, the 2 times I had been there, why I like it, why do I prefer it. U mm mm cause I like it! Then I get told, well I dont think I am going to order anymore colors, I just provide it cause its only requested sometimes. Mind you, they hardly have any colors as it is. Well unfortunately I won't be back, I feel like this time the technician wasn't really feelin it. I had to use a nail file when I got home cause a few nails were not buffed out right. My nails look kinda sloppy. I'm tired if paying $35 plus tip for this kind of work.

Loan did a stellar job of reshaping and working magic on my janky nail job. Phan even refused to charge me for a fill since it wasn't their work and only charged me for a polish change. Not to mention Loan did an absolutely flawless job on my nails. I will for sure be back. Highly recommended!

I don't normally do this, but I just got home and had to write a review for this place. I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. I walked in, and was immediately greeted by the front desk person, who was very nice and took me in right away. As I sat down, I was offered something to drink, which was also nice of them. I opted for a gel manicure, and the manicurist was very thorough. Checking with me to make sure I'm happy with her work. It ended up costing me $25, not expensive at all for gel, and since I paid cash I received an additional discount. The front desk thanked me for giving them a try, and he told me to please come back should any problem arise whatsoever. I was very pleasantly surprised by the great service, work, and reasonable price. Will definitely be back!

I haven't even left the parking lot after leaving Devon's Nails but I felt that this review was needed asap. I am new to the area and have been trying to figure out where to get my nails done as I would consider myself slightly "picky" as to how I like my nails. All I can say is I have found my new go to for my mani-pedi services! The owners are so accommodating and the service here is above my expectations! Thank you thank you thank you!

Check photo to SEE HOW MANY SKIN CUTS were made to each of my hand fingers & CUTICLE DAMAGE.2. Removed old polish roughly leaving damage & scratches on nail surface.3. Thick poorly applied polish with black patches under the color. Because they used cheap nail coat before polish.4. Using cheap, low quality materials on customers to save $$$5. Doing gel polish with nonworking lamp.Irritating male receptionist asian male needs english lessons, there is no difference in his vietnamese and english - tries to have conversation with customers even when no one understands him.

The owner was very sweet and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied every step of the way. Extra touches like a cold Diet Coke and checking the temp of our water frequently really helped make the experience at this salon unique. My 4th of July toes came out gorgeous, and the nail technicians redid the stars three times to make sure they looked perfect. High quality work with a very friendly staff. Relaxing environment and sanitary. Would definitely recommend this little gem in Folsom! Coming back asap :)

The staff was extremely friendly and they did an excellent job on my feet and nails...they payed attention and made sure I was satisfied..most salons will over look things but here they were very detail oriented...The owner is super nice, and I had the best foot massage ever!!!!....I highly recommend Devon's Nail Salon the next time your In Folsom!!!!! I have been getting my nails done here prior to the ownership change. I love the customer service I always receive. This evening when I came in I met the new owner, Phan. He made sure I knew about all of the new services offered and was very helpful. His wife did my gel manicure. She did an outstanding job. The girl that did my pedicure was amazing. I hate that I did not get her name. I love coming here because it is so clean and again the customer service is outstanding. They always have great colors to choose from. I especially love the DND gel. It last longer than the CND. I have been to a few other places in Folsom and none compare. I like that this is a true nail salon. There is no weird hair/wax salon. No one is cooking or eating at their stations and there are no incense burning. You will always be offered a beverage and there is wifi. Definitely give them a try. This week is 20% off! Treat yourself to the Devon pedi. So worth it!

I WOULD NOT recommend, I asked for acrylic nails and my nail lady asked me if I wanted an Ombré design and I said yes, she started doing two nails and realized that she couldn't do the ombré. And then got frustrated with me when I asked what was wrong. She went to the back for 15 to talk with whoever was back there and then came back to me, she then was so rough with my nails, I had pulled my hand away several times because she was burning me and causing the sides of my fingers to bleed, after my nails were done I paid and left real quick. 3 days later two of my nails already breaks, and 3 of my real nails are all lifted up ready to fall off.. it's been about a week and my nails are falling off. This is the best nail salon in Folsom hands down I have visited numerous times now since the new ownership and have watched this place transform into a beautiful, clean & accommodating nail salon. He made sure I knew about all of the new services offered and was very helpful. His wife did my gel manicure. She did an outstanding job. The girl that did my pedicure was amazing. I hate that I did not get her name. I love coming here because it is so clean and again the customer service is outstanding. They always have great colors to choose from.
