These folks are absolutely incredible!  They are always friendly, courteous and provide fantastic services for all your nail needs.  Originally, I was reluctant to come in for a pedicure, but my wife was insistentent and now, a year and a half later, I can't wait to get in to have my feet worked on!!  But it so much more than a pedicure, with a big comfy chair with full massage features for my back, and a great foot and lower leg massage comes with the treatment.  Yep, I definitely recommend this to all you "dudes" who think you are too "manly" for a pedicure.  You won't regret it and like me, you will come to love it!! Walked in 20 min before closing on a Friday night and was warmly greeted (some places don't like it when you show up so near closing time). Deluxe pedicure was awesome. I came here for a pedicure and they completely destroyed my foot. The man was not paying attention and rubbed it way too hard. Once he finally noticed that my foot was bleeding a lot, he accused me of coming into the shop with a wound already. They also threw the instruments that had my blood on it in with other clean tools without cleaning them. Usually they are nice here but I was very unhappy with my service. Read Less

I really wanted to love them.. they were really nice and have great customer service. But the downside was that the acrylic didn't completely cover my whole nail and multiple of my nails, and the fingers were COVERED in superglue.... they didn't clean the glue and extra acrylic from under the nails either. This is my go-to salon for pedicures. I've never had a bad experience here, and last time I went was the best yet! The massage was absolutely amazing, and seemed longer than usual. I've been to salons where they massage the bone instead of muscle on my feet/calves, which is not enjoyable. I also enjoyed that the lady didn't make small talk with me and just let me relax. She did such a good job that I had her do a manicure after, which I normally never get. My only complaint was another customer talking loudly to every person in the building. If there was more than 3 seconds of silence, she had to ruin it with her loud comments. This made it a little difficult to completely relax, but obviously by no fault of the salon. I made an appointment & arrived on time, after picking out my color , sitting in his chair, the man proceede to tell me he has another appointment coming , so I'll have to wait 20 more minutes to be seen. I made an appointment as well, so there's no telling who should be seen first. After waiting, one worker just sat there on her phone not offering to help. NO STARS BEYOND ANGRY. Horrible service Horrible job on my gel nails and pedicure I asked to match the colors they are way different. I have gel polish all over my finger tips my cuticles and it looks so messy. The worst part is that I was charged $50 3 times because he kept telling me my card was declined. I knew there was no way my card was declined I just figured it was a problem with the chip reader because that has been happening a lot lately so I handed him an older card with no chip and it worked. I then went to review my accounts and it showed it in my chip card and the non child's card twice that makes $150 for a terrible gel manicure and pedicure. DO NOT GO HERE!! I tried to explain to the man that I was over charged and he yelled at me in front of customers and employees telling me no that's a credit. Why was he even crediting my account to begin with. I came here because of the good reviews, but I'm pretty disappointed. I came in at about 6:15pm and it was pretty busy, but they said it would only be a few mins. 30 mins later I was finally in the chair. I just wanted a simple full set of acrylic nails and the tech told me it would be $25 which I said was fine. The tech was friendly, but cut me a few times with the drill and left to answer the phone and talk to other employees while doing my nails. I don't really like the shape of my nails, I told him I wanted square and they are pretty round. After I was all done, he told me it was $30 so I'm not sure where the other $5 came from but whatever. Looked up this place because I was in town for my cousin's wedding. I have long natural nails but I had been using my hands a lot and had cracks in two of my nails, a nice gentleman (Tony) greeted me at the door and helped my right away (I was there pretty much right when they opened).He worked quickly but you could tell he was very good! Their price is pretty much unbeatable considering the quality of products they use and quality of service they provide comparing to many other places around the area. I went this past rainy Saturday around 1:30 pm. This place was CROWDED. What surprised me most was that, despite being so busy, they kept taking more incoming clients and lined us all up on the pedicure seats and told us to "relax" and that it'd only be a few minutes until they got to us.Wrong.I waited for a good 30 minutes before anyone finally came to begin my pedicure, then she kept getting up to help sort out other matters (people paying, getting more women lined up on the pedicure machines, etc).My pedicure took less time than me sitting and waiting with my feet soaking in the water. By the time my pedicure started, the water wasn't even warm anymore :(I was disappointed with this experience, considering it cost more than I'd been paying for at a place in Citrus Heights.
