My mom and I bought my dining room table and chairs  from them back in April. We spent about $2000.00 between the two of us. They delivered everything to us about 2 weeks later. The table and chairs looked amazing. But the durability just isn't/wasn't there. Shortly after we got the set one of the chair bottoms kept popping out of place every time you would go to sit in it. We left out of state for a while taking care of some urgent family matters so a somewhat broken chair wasn't on the top of our list of things to do. Came home after a couple months and put the chair aside to have it fixed. A couple days past another chair broke all 3 of it legs with my 40lb child in it. We went back to the store to talk to the owner about it and when we got there she was completely rude. I let her know the situation and she turns around and says well there's no returns or refunds on the chairs. Did I ask for that??? I asked how we could fix them. Her answer was well we can glue them. Uuuummm no. They were glued in the first place and that obviously didn't work. The parts that were glued are the parts that broke and now new holes need to be drilled etc. I just don't have time to redo $500 worth of chairs to make sure they are safe for my family to sit in. A) my kid already fell out of one of them and cracked herself B) they were already glued and that didn't work C) I have kids, an ill husband to take care of, and a house to keep going. I DO NOT have time to fix their mistake. The only thing the woman could keep telling me is we don't do returns or refunds and we'll glue it. Then asked ME to bring them to her. There's a reason I had them delivered in the first place so why now would I be able to bring them to you? I'm not paying another delivery fee for them to come get them and drop them off. Then she kept saying there's no way I spent $500 on chairs, well I'll gladly provide my receipt for you cause I just double checked my numbers in case I miss spoke. It's over $500. Something just isn't adding up here and the way she's  very persistent about no returns or refunds when I NEVER asked for that is just off putting. I walked out without a remedy to the situation. I have a couple friends that keep admiring my set and asks where I got it. Well I'll be directing them to another establishment. I have attached photos of the two broken chairs. One didn't last a month and the other didn't even last a year. (We've only been home really using the set for a total of maybe 3 months. We were out of state most of the time) would not recommend this place and or it's quality of work. She kept using the word vintage. Our table and chairs are vintage. That's funny cause the lumber you have in back and have purchased looks all brand new to me stacked up back there in the shop. Just very odd place.EDIT: It does state we bought the chairs back in April. It also states we were out of the state most of the time taking care of family urgent matters. Which comes before a chair. If you think I was coming into the store yelling you are sadly mistaken. Being stern and to the point AFTER you said you would just glue the chairs is way different then yelling. There was no WE it was just you. The chairs were originally glued hence the problem. The chairs need new holes drilled and completely redone because where it was glued the insert part broke off into the chair. But you weren't listening or understanding that. If we had you deliver the chairs and table in the first place then why would we just be able to load them up and bring them to you? Yes my reviews are majority negative reviews if that's how I want to yelp then that's how I'll yelp. You ma'am need to listen to your customers and not always assume "your quick fix" is the right solution. MY CHILD FELL OUT OF THE CHAIR WHEN THE BOTTOM GAVE OUT. For the quality of the furniture, both materials and craftsmanship, the price are very, very reasonable. The store is full of great pieces so it’s a fun place to explore and get inspiration. Tani was so helpful with the design of my table and she made sure I was completely satisfied with the end product before I accepted delivery. I have ordered custom furniture through other stores in the past and it’s always taken forever to get my pieces. With Bucket of Nails, my table was ready a few days before the projected date. Delivery was seamless - the guys showed up right on time and they made sure the table was placed exactly where I wanted before they left. We have been using the table for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with how it looks and performs. I absolutely love this place! I go here multiple times a week and I don't always buy stuff but I enjoy looking around and everyone there is sooooo nice!!! I walk in and am instantly happy! They have stuff that is expensive and rightfully so. They are beautiful pieces! Then they have tons and tons of affordable stuff! I bought atleast 7 things from there and I don't have a lot of money! I love our new tableit fits perfectly into our little home. The colors turned out extraordinary. What I really liked about the process was the frequent pictures they sent me throughout the design. Also when I made adjustment they were completely receptive to making our table fit the look that we had imagined. What really sold me on getting a table here is how versatile they are. In a year or two if we decide to change our decor we can take it back and they will re color the table for us or shorten it! How great is that?! Read Less

AMAZING!!!! The customization and quality of their farm tables is beyond words. I wanted a particular finish (a rustic look) on my farm table, bench, and fireplace mantle that had a mixture of whites, browns, and grays. They were able to achieve the exact look I had in mind.
