This place is terrible. I went in to get a regular manicure but with matte nail polish. They charged $5 extra to make the nail polish matte and all it was was an OPI matte top coat. The bails started cracking and chipping the very next day and looked terrible. Half the nail polish was off by day 2. Read Less

Although I am a newer customer (2nd timer) I find that Tommy is swift with application, he can complete a fill in under 30 mins and they are also fun with design. The pedicure is standard which is why it's a 4 star. Also if you plan on getting in after 3pm Thurs-Sat you should make as they get busy fast. Read Less

If I can give them no stars at all I would. So I get to the shop at about 9:50am (they opened at 9:30) to get a take off and have a whole new full set put on. It's only 2 employees and no customers. Tommy has me sit down while he is on his phone, I'm sitting by myself for about 10 minutes while he is on his phone then he comes over and sits down in front of me still on his phone watching something for about another 5 minutes. By this point I'm starting to get irritated. After about 15 minutes of just sitting (be mindful I'm the only customer) he finally puts his phone down (still looking at it tho and watching what is on the screen) he starts on my right hand, but he doesn't start the take off process, he starts doing a fill which I didn't ask for. In the process of him doing a fill (be mindful I was consistently telling him what I wanted) his phone goes black and the screen starts fucking up. SO HE PUTS ALL THE NAIL SHIT AWAY HE WAS USING FOR MY NAILS AND ATTEMPTS TO FIX HIS PHONE (at this point it's about 4 other women waiting and it's been about 30/40 minutes) I swear on everything he was throwing the phone around and cussing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Basically, fuck my nails his iPhone 6 was more important. So I politely got up and told him I was going to Natural Nails and he tells me to have a good day. I have been going to this shop on and off for about 5 years and there service is declining. They literally have no staff and they just want to rush you in and out. They randomly have 1 extra employee that does not speak any English at all. I just recently got a pedicure and the job was horrible, the manicurist put glue on one of my toe nails and there is glue all over my toe as well as the coats of polish are close to non existent. Tommy's wife is extremely unprofessional and has no interest in providing customer service, she just wants everyone to know the issues she is having with her neighbor. I love the customer service is at a professionalism level. My nails is always the way i like them. I have been going to them since 2016 and will continue. Tommy and his wife do not cheat customers when applying gel polish for their sales. Went to get my eyebrows done and I really like that there is a bright light so the lady can see any hairs that you wouldn't be able to see with regularly light . She did a great job at shaping my eyebrows they came out prefect not too thin. $10 for eyebrows and $35 for mani pedi not bad and for my daughter $28 for mani pedi . Read Less

This was the worst quality I've ever had with gel. I'm new to the neighborhood and I should've just driven back to Pinole to get my services.  I get gel on my hands and regular Polish on my toes. My pedicure was nice...felt great. The Polish for my pedicure was glitter and it was quite chunky. I didn't care for it at all. We moved on to the manicure and I received one coat of Polish with a top coat. Services were over priced for what I got.  Within two days my Polish began to chip. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I hope I don't get foot fungus. The lady painted over lint. Had to redo 2 nails 3 times and I still had to repolish my big toe myself while sitting in a chair. There was a floating piece of metal in my water. She didn't rinse my feet after scrubbing with the exfoliating solution. My daughter's got full set gel nails. It's lumpy and had lint in one of the nails. I don't understand why California State Board has not shut them down! I got there @ 9:00 in the morning I sat there while the owner slurped on his breakfast soup. 15 mins went by before he sat me in the pedicure chair with old red sheets for seat covers. Another 15 goes by before the other guy comes in off the street to do my nails. He pulled the instruments out of the sterile machine only then to place them on an unsanitary station. I came to this place because I wanted to try a new place, I looked on yelp and gave it a try, since it has 4 starts. Horrible mistake I made! The guy who did my nails, filed my nails tooshort, didn't even ask if I want them short or not, he kept checking his phone, and kept wiping his nose with his hand. I was pretty disgusted! I got french nails in gel done and it started to chip off the next day and the white polish is not even straight! The shop is not that clean either and I don't think they use new supplies when doing your nails. I will never come back here! The customer service by Tracy is very rude and disrespectful, I had my nails done 3 days ago, they looked horrible and one broke after two days, Tracy was rude from the time I sat in the chair! I came here 3 times over the course of a month and a half. Their work never looks like what they display on yelp or instagram. I made an appointment specifically with Tommy only to get there and be told they don't offer the service & he put me off to another nail tech who's painted my nails in the past and doesn't do the best job. This has to be the worst, most dirty and unprofessional place I've EVER been to get my nails done. It took 2 hours to do JUST a lousy manicure, I ended up leaving and saying to forget about finishing my manicure and leaving without my massage after getting gel polish.. I left with gel polish all on the sides of my nails and on my cuticles.. because it was "too late" for gel nails and couldn't use  polish remover to clean it up. The guy who did my nails is slow af, and horrible. When I went outside to tell the owner "Tommy" how unhappy I was with the service and my "manicure" he said "Come back tomorrow and we'll fix" REALLY? I just sat here for 2 hours for JUST a manicure and I have to come back??? All the while I'm standing inside talking to him outside while he's smoking a cigarette not giving af.. Thinking as unhappy as I am and a first time client, he would offer SOME TYPE of DISCOUNT, he charged me $25 for a manicure..I asked him why $25 if his manicures are $10? I pay that when I get a full set!!? And my manicure is HORRIBLE... if it was decent then okay... but no. I'm embarrassed now with these nails, you'd laugh and say you paid for those?? If I were to post a photo.... I'll be damned if I go back there tomorrow to have them "fix" my nails and sit there for another 2 hours for them the ef them up again? Anyways... I need to find a classy, professional NAIL SALON in Fairfield or I'll drive to Pittsburg where I moved from. This place is pretty good and I've come here for a few pedicures and full set nails. I always do acrylic so I can't comment on the gel. But I'm always satisfied with my nails and pretty much everyone there does a good job on them. The employees are super nice and the prices are good. No complaints. Their designs are a little bit limited but they can still do some stuff and they have 3d nails too. Overall I would recommend this shop to friends nd fam. Read Less
