Definitely not going back here. Very unfortunate, I recently moved to the area and am currently looking for somewhere to get my nails done regularly. I regret tipping the guy who did my nails $10, but I was hoping the investment would be worth it. I got a full set, gel with matte finish. The matte wore off less than a week later, leaving them looking dull and worn down. The acrylics have nearly come off my nails entirely already and it hasn't even been a week. There were 2-3 hairs stuck in the gel, and the gel started peeling about 3 days in. Terrible quality, paired with poor execution. I asked for shorter length, and he said he'd file them down, but by the end they were considered long. I don't like having to micromanage the process, I feel when given direction, the artist should be able to execute. The nails are uneven, and don't match in length or shape. I will continue my hunt for a nail salon in West Fairfield. Read Less

Definitely. Not. Going. Back. I asked for a full set with gel polish. I wanted a pink color with glitter on top. Simple and basic. They could not execute this. My nails are different shapes. Some square and some round. The girl who did my nails painted them and the other girl came behind her and had to file the color off and started over! I was there for an hour and 45 mins and still left disappointed. I gave them 2 stars which was generous because the girl corrected the problem but she didn't acknowledge or apologize. I often do my nails on a whim as a walk-in and only return if I have a good experience. This shop was very friendly. I think every employee made a point to speak to me and was very kind. One of my pet peeves is if a nail shop has poor ventilation. This shop was not smelly and seems well ventilated. Also, fingers and toes came out perfect. I'm definitely going back here! Read Less

I would have to say it was my first experience here and I did not feel rushed. They took their time and they were friendly. I enjoyed myself while I was here. I would say I will be coming back often for a pedi. The massage chairs were great. You could actually feel the massage. My boyfriend did not feel uncomfortable when he received his pedi. This place is really dissapointing. I will never go back.It was supposed to be a great day with my daughters and I but it turned out be a waste of time and money. They don't have enough people working there and not enough people that could talk with the customers or understand us. It was sweltering hot in there and the wait was long.We asked them about clean utensils and they just kept saying "yes clean" but we didn't see them clean anything, they just had a tray of tools and started working on my daughters. if i could give less than one star, i would. First, we walk in, they have us sit in tubs, i told the lady that i am pregnant and want to make sure it's as sterile as possible, she looks at me with the most attitude and just laughs. Then, we start, she cuts me TWICE and just pulls on the skin pieces, doesn't cut them off, just keeps tugging, making it a bigger cut. My mom has been in the chair now, about 30 mins, with her feet in the water since they won't let her take them out, and no one is helping her. The man doesn't know what "french tip" means..... isn't that the most basic thing someone can get? This place is god awful and i would literally not come back if i were paid triple. Read Less

I have always been a customer of BB Nails, Tracy and the Staff are wonderful. Tracy has always exceeded my expectations when it came to my nails. She has always made it perfect on how I want it and the designs I want. I always show her a picture of a design and she makes it look exactly like that. I live down the street, and this was my first time at BB Nail Spa. I had a pedicure done, and they were really gentle and precise! The interior is nicely decorated and they are very clean. Huge plus! They use the plastic covers for the spa bowls and have the removable massage covers (which they clean out) Will be coming here every other week! Read Less

I give this place 5 stars for friendly faces and excellent customer service! First time here today for a mani-pedi that was so overdue. All the staff here greeted me with smiles and a warm welcome and my manicurist Kim (Kin? Sorry!) gave me the best massage and gentle and kind pedicure and manicure I've had in a long time. The Warrior game was on, everyone's eyes were at times glued to the TV and had cheers and laughter. It was one of the most welcoming and friendly atmosphere I've felt in a nail salon! I live super close to this salon and wanted to try it out instead of having my nails done during my lunch breaks at work in Walnut Creek. They have always done a fantastic job and have the most color option at any salon I have ever seen, they are also extremely organized, their polish is sorted against the wall you face while have just a mani. My mom and I love coming here.  It's clean and the staff are super sweet & friendly.  Although it could take some time for them to work on our nails, it's better than being rushed and ending up up with a half a$$ job.  This place is definitely worth the wait and time!  They also have perfect match polish so for those of you who like to match your gel manicures with regular pedicures, they also have that option. Great customer service, however I wish I could say the same about the work. I was excited to try this place out since its close to home and I didn't want to drive out to Vallejo or Vacaville where I normally get my nails done... I came here for a full set with regular polish and LOVED the color I chose, but every single nail shape was different. One hand was semi-almond and sort of the same length, the other hand was round and noticeably shorter. There was also a bunch of nail glue stuck to the skin under my nails which was very uncomfortable.. But once the nail tips started popping off (a little over a week) that was no longer an issue... Now I need a whole new set, which I would be more than willing to make the drive to have them done right. I had really high hopes for this salon, but was unfortunately disappointed. They do have a nice selection of gel polish.The salon itself, was very clean and they have the foot spa liners. The pricing is average for this area. Read Less

A good, clean and amazing nail spot!I was recommended by my cousin, I was going to see Tracy, but ended up having John do my manicure.  Excellent work, efficient, pays close attention to detail.  I'm very picky and was very impressed and so pleased with the work that was done on my beat up fingers and nails.  Tracy then took over and she was just as pleasant!  Definitely going back to see her again!!  I would recommend this place to anyone in search of a neat and clean nail place. Tried this place out after failing to book another appointment with my usual lady.  Lots of colors to choose from.  Mani was ok, still needed to do some cleaning up when I got home.  Polish application was great and lasted almost 3 weeks. Shape was nice.  Pedi was not so good, 2 ladies worked on my feet.  Polish application was moderate, shaping and filing could use better direction next rime.  I called before to see if I needed an appointment and rushed over as they had an opening.  I was suprised to see that I was the only one there around noon as my usual salon is always busy.Price is standard.  Clean small place, but weirded out they use plastic liners for the foot soak. I tried this place with my mom the other day because it was new and I wanted to see how it was. The place is pretty spacious. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the salon and also with the number of color options for gel and normal polishes. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. My girl was pretty good. She took her time and ended up doing a good job. Overall, it was a nice experience. If I am in the area again and am in need of a manicure/pedicure I might be back! Read Less
