Kenny is extremely skilled with pink and white acrylic nails. One of the best nail technicians I've ever had. My nails are challenging, but my thin, short nail beds have improved under his care. I have always had the worst luck finding a salon that was consistent with how they do their nails, but I found this particular place with the amazing reviews. By far the best service and nails. I use to come to this location biweekly. I loved them. I usually get gel manicures but wanted a full set. I asked for a longer length and coffin style. By the time she was done filing, they were numbs, none the same length or width. Then her and Kenny switched off so he can paint them. There is literally pain everywhere. And he did not clean it up. I paid $40 for this and they are god awful. Sad to say I'll be finding a new place. See the pictures. I came to this salon for the first time last month and was fortunate enough to have gotten a gel manicure by Diane. She was fantastic- took her time, was gentle on my super fragile thin nails and really had an appreciation for detail. I called as a walk-in. I am visiting my family from San Diego and was reluctant to do my nails with anyone unfamiliar. Kenny, the owner, did acrylic with shellac. I requested a natural look and he was able to accommodate that. My nails are even, smooth, and he didn't cut me. I will come back next time I visit. Read Less

This place is great ! They are clean and up to date with the trends.  I've been going to Kenny for quite awhile. Although I moved away from the area, I still travel 25 mins out of my way for my nails. My nails are always on point and last forever . He is a perfectionist but without taking up too much of your precious time . I'm in and out and ALWAYS happy . I work in customer service, so I am totally understanding when people have an off day at a business. Today was one of the worst experiences I've ever had anywhere. I walked in to get an acrylic fill with a color on top and the nail lady that was assisting me was mad that I was not getting gel so she proceeded to cut my nailbeds until they were bleeding and then left me with nails that looked like a 5 year old did them. 5 stars for seeing walk ins easily and for cheap prices. 1 point for mistakenly using a gel polish on my nails when I requested a regular nail polish color easily found at most salons. I had somewhere very important to go so needed a manicure. Okay 3 star job on my cuticles but when she mistakenly put gel polish on my nails (which I'm allergic to), I knew something was wrong within an hour when the caked on mess started to peel terribly. It took me an hour to get the gel polish off at home. And then it took more time to fix the damage by using my own base, top coat and/or nailtiques polish. Ugh. Read Less

I had a great experience at O'hairas salon this morning on my lunch break! They were busy but honored my appointment time that I had made a couple hours before. I was even able to make it out in less than an hour, in time to get back to work before my lunch ended. Helen sat down to do my nails, I was very pleased with how nice she was and her skill. They do the best pedicures around   My tootsies look amazing every time. I always get the gel pedi ($40 which is pretty average for that service) and worth every penny. The polish looks perfect even after 3 to 4 weeks Highly recommend them. Read Less

Pros: you can almost always get in within a half hour of calling, they're clean, competitively priced and do quality work.I always get the shellac and it lasts at least 3 weeks; my nails grow out faster than the polish wears off.They offer manis, pedis, facials, eyelash extensions, wax services. I came here with my friend who lives around this area. She wanted to get a gel mani before leaving town so I decided last min to join her and get a gel mani as well. I have my own regular spot I go to in Natomas so I knew the process of getting a gel mani. Well let's just say this place did not follow the process and rushed on my nails and a few hours later (YES A FEW HOURS LATER) the polish chipped on my thumb then a day later the polish chipped on my middle finger. Also when filing down my nails she did it so uneven that you see the imperfections and uneven nails. Very unhappy and won't be coming back here & highly unlikely that I will ever recommend this place to any one. Read Less

This place is pretty good. I went in the other day to get a full set of acrylic nails with white tips. I had an appointment but they didn't start working on me until about 10 min after my time, which isn't a huge deal. Kenny did my nails, he was very polite and funny and made sure that everything he did was what I wanted. Overall, I'm pretty happy with how my nails turned out. The only thing that bothered me was I was their last customer of the day and Kenny made no attempt to hide the fact that he was exhausted. I think he was a little anxious to be done with me and go home. Also, I don't know what was wrong with the top coat or if I wasn't careful enough when I left but my nails are kind of streaky. They have little vertical lines that look like cracks but they're not.. It also looks like there are some air bubbles in the acrylic. It's not a huge deal but I'd rather them be completely smooth. Called and came in as a walk in, and they took me in 10 minutes which was nice. I normally get shellac on both hands and feet and the lady did an exceptional job. No bumps or cuts, Kenny did my nails. I want to say he was the owner. We chopped it up for a while too and he did amazing oval shape on my nails. The shellac came out very nicely also. The inside of the place is very clean and nicely decorated, I would recommend it's service and return here. Not sure what normal pricing is but I paid $70 for shellac on nails and toes. Little more expensive then I pay in San Jose (where I live.) Kenny is awesome, I recommend him! Read Less
