I have been going to Anna the past few years and absolutely love her! They recently expanded and upgraded the salon and it is very nice. They have brand new stations and pedicure spas. I came here on a recommend from a friend and was not disappointed! Everyone is very nice and friendly! I personally see Trish for my nails and she is absolutely amazing! I gave this place five stars because of Tommy. He is so kind, and genuinely cares about the work he does! Tommy is the best! I have gone here before when Tommy isn't working that day, and the ladies are great as well! Some nail places in this area try to charge you way too much for nothing special. My mom and I come here whenever I'm visiting  from Portland, OR. She's a regular customer. The staff is so friendly, and the pedicures are awesome! They never rush, and really do a thorough job. Katie spent considerable time on my toenails and on the leg massage, and she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Very disappointed.  I was hoping this nail salon would be good because it's just around the corner from my house, but the woman did a terrible job.  The polish is uneven and so are my nails.  The few things I noticed from far away I asked her to fix, but once I got home and could take a closer look I couldn't believe how bad my toes looked.  Will not be returning.  I will say she did a great job with the massage portion, but for $30 dollars that did not make it worth it for the rest of the pedicure being terrible. I had an amazing experience. I came here with a botched set of acrylic nails and Trish literally rescued my nails and gave me the acrylic set that I actually wanted. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was gentle. I also got my arms waxed by her as well and she did a thorough, careful job. Not only was Trish wonderful, but the customer service here is amazing as well. The other nail techs greet you as soon as you walk in and strike up conversation with you, like they actually care about how your day is going. Recommended by friend. Unorganized. Toe polish very dull and was thin with cheap results (never happened before) it is coming off. Didn't paint 100% of toe nails. Did gel finger nails at same time. Awkward. Sloppy. Plastic bags are in pedicure tubs. Odd. Eyebrow wax was super fast. Rushed. Felt like I'd never made an appointment. I won't return. Still looking. Read Less
