Angel Hair Nails and Spa is AWESOME! I called them to schedule a surprise appointment for my little sister's birthday. They were more than happy to help me set up the appointments, making sure that all of the confirmations for the appointments went to me so my sister wouldn't find out. They made it fun for the three of us from the moment we walked in the door, and our nails look SO GOOD! I highly recommend Anna. She did my nails and I would 100% have her do them again. She took her time cleaning up my cuticles (which I hate doing myself), was very patient with all of my ideas for what I wanted my nails to look like, she made awesome suggestions, and the hand massage was better than I dreamed it would be. This was my first time getting my nails done at Angel Hair Nails & Spa and I am and was very pleased. Anna did my nails and put them on. I would recommend Anna, she is very nice and she sings sometimes which is really cute. I don't particularly get anything but nails done but she told me and showed me pictures of eyelash threading that she had done, they look very full and natural. And by the looks of that work I would recommend her for that as well. All in all this place does everything. I just want to warn everyone about this place! If you go here, you won't ever be able to go anywhere else!! Haha, this place is that good! They have the highest level of cleanliness I've ever seen. It's feels sterile like a doctor's office. They have an air purification system (air vacuum tubes at every station), it doesn't smell like your typical nail salon. They use new plastic wrapped pumice stones on every customer, then discard them. The water tubs are lined. They sanitize their tools in some kind special oven. The overall feel of the shop is bright, airy, and modern. They have a huge selection of polishes, gels, powders, glitters, etc. They have lots of different treatment options available. They do try hard to upsell you, but that's to be expected especially because they offer so many different products, like oils, aromatherapy, masks, creams, etc. I had Anna work on me. She talked the whole time, but wasn't annoying one bit. She's funny, smart, and interesting. She did a fantastic job on my feet, spending forever buffing away my thick calluses. She treats his workers very well, grateful for their service, and is humble about her thriving business. She is clearly focused on building relationships, knowing that is what brings the money in. Long story short I wouldn't recommend this place. My nails looked like if I have had them done over a week. The ladies there don't really seem to care of the turn out. Two other girls complained as well while I was there. This wasn't my first time here either so I expected a mediocre turn out and that's what I got. Terrible, do not come here! My usual nail salon couldn't fit me in for a pedi so I decided to check this place out. One star because it's super clean and really nicely decorated but mediocre job and terrible service. The lady that did my nails kept stoping to talk to another one of the ladies and she was really rough. She took THIRTY FIVE MINUTES cleaning up my cuticles, I know it is not her fault that I was in a hurry but normally I get the entire service done in 30/35 minutes. She kept stopping to talk to another lady, did not scrub my feet, did not give me a massage, did not cut my nails and WAIT FOR IT... I DID NOT GET MY NAILS PAINTED! Oh yeah they also wanted to charge me $15 LMFAO. No, lady. I can't believe I even paid $10 to get ONE FOOT scrubbed, no massage and no polish. Ridiculous. Save your money and your time. Read Less

Absolutely horrible. First of all, I was there for over two hours, for a pedicure and a manicure. It was a slow Tuesday, midmorning, and my SIL and I were the only customers in there. Zero wait time but the lack of speed in getting us in and out was disheartening. My pedicure was mediocre. I splurged on the 30$ spa pedicure, which was supposed to include 15 extra minutes of massage. It didn't. It also has already chipped. It's been 3 hours. I'm in flip flops and haven't bashed my feet into anything. The gel manicure was HORRIBLE. The woman doing my nails took over an hour, and clearly had zero idea with what she was doing. Didn't ask me if I'd like my nails cut, barely filed them, and when I asked her to cut them shorter, she just clipped them straight across. I had to ask her to round the edges a bit. It took her almost 30 minutes to get my nail polish OFF. If you've had gel before, you know it's simply filing past the top coat, and then soaking them. She filed them almost to my nail bed and then scraped the remaining off. Not super pleasant. It was also already peeling off, so it wasn't a fresh gel that you had to work to get off. The application of the manicure was miserable. The woman coated my nails in a thick layer of base coat and then didn't wait until they had properly cured, unbeknownst to me. So, with each layer that she added of polish, thick gloopy layer after layer, the polish didn't full dry. It got to the end and I finally realized something was wrong when it looked like I had a set of acrylics on. That's how thick it was. She called over a coworker and they added MORE top coat, telling me it wasn't shiny enough. Then a whole production of making me wash my hands, dip them in alcohol, add MORE top coat, rinse and repeat. I finally complained when I noticed my middle finger nail polish was sliding toward the right side of my finger. After I complained, they wanted to strip my nails and start completely over, blaming it on a faulty UV lamp. By this point, we were clocking in at two+ hours and a quick errand away from my baby was going longer than I had planned. I declined, and they charged me for the manicure. I refused to pay for such a shoddy job, paid for my chipped pedicure and left. I will never be back, nor will I recommend to a friend. Zero stars if I could. No thanks. Read Less

So I happen to go by this nail salon and they were open. I had a horrible pedicure experience but figured I would try them out for a fill. There's not much they can mess up on just a fill right? I said what the heck I'll give them another chance. I walk in and was immediately asked what I needed and I said a fill and the lady said that the person that does that isn't here today and if I can come back tomorrow. Are you kidding me? You don't know how to do a damn fill!?!?!? Why are you guys even open then???? This place is a JOKE!!! I will NEVER set foot in this place again! HORRIBLE place!! Read Less

Worst manicure and pedicure ever. I paid for gel pedicure and regular manicure. The older lady couldn't even shape my nails with basic square shape. i walked in waited for about fifteen minutes, which would be normal for a walk in. the lady who did my nails walked in & reeked of cigarettes like she had just had a smoke. she was very rude & very stumbly. i have gotten my nails done with an acrylic gel several times. i know the process & she didn't complete the full process. she didn't even clean up my cuticle area. as a matter of fact, she ripped one of my cuticles up & it started bleeding. she was rushing the entire time & was doing a very sloppy job. i am so disappointed because i have been here before & another lady had done my nails & she did a fantastic job, but she wasn't there. ugh, i don't think i'' going to come back.
