Never go here! They are rude, they are unprofessional. When I booked the first time, I still had to wait for half and hour to be seen. They are overpriced. They have NO idea about customer service. I went in when they opened at 9:30 and they couldn’t book me in until 3pm - so much for ‘walk ins welcome’ and when I was slightly past 3:00 arriving due to weather and parking (couple of minutes) they said I had to wait for a further 40 minutes to be seen as they had given the appointment away which I had waited all day for. When I complained about this - rightly so - they were dismissive and beligerent. Is this customer care? I think not. Disgusting treatment.

Absolutely awful! Had my nails done 6 days ago and 3 times they've snapped and all my designs have come off twice! Went in and asked for refund but got refused. Will never be returning as even when I was getting them repaired the staff were rude when I stated that my repaired nails didn't match the other hand and had to redo the nail 3 times

They were extremely polite and very gentle best I've been to as a walk in aswell didn't wait long although I think I may have been to optimistic with the length they are defiantly my go to place from ...

I was been going to City Nails for several years and couldn't be happier. Tiem and Holli want nothing more then their clients to be happy with there service. I travel from a near by city every other week just for the special attention they give. Sometimes they get very busy, so your best bet, if you are in a hurry, make an appointment. I am very happy with there work, thank you. Mary

Never go here! They are rude, they are unprofessional. When I booked the first time, I still had to wait for half and hour to be seen. They are overpriced. They have NO idea about customer service. I was been going to City Nails for several years and couldn't be happier. Tiem and Holli want nothing more then their clients to be happy with there service. I travel from a near by city every other week just for the special attention they give. Sometimes they get very busy, so your best bet, if you are in a hurry, make an appointment.
