Extremely disappointing!!!!! Not only did Leu Leu owner yelled at the bride because most of the girls wanted curls (if you look at the menu its the same price for curls and straight styles) and make her cry on her wedding day but they had girls working that didn't even know how to do a basic blow out. The bride made the appoint in advance and I feel that the owner should have been more prepared for the wedding party to come in. While I was still in the salon instead of making them redo my hair I just did touch up but the bride had to wash out her hair and redo it herself once we got to the venue due to the amount of hairspray that was used she wasn't able to fix it without washing it (most of the girls fix their own hair at the venue) I understand that dealing with a wedding party can be stressful but for the owner going to extreme and calling the BRIDE to tell her off is simply unacceptable.
