So thankful my nail lady found me on yelp and messaged me! She use to work at Lynn's Nails and I was sad that the last time I went in her coworkers said she moved to a different nail salon. Love this place. Tremendously kind, they took me and my Mom in despite knowing they are semi-popular on Sundays. Took my friends bridal party their too get there manis and pedis. Read alot of good reviews and through the pics it seemed like a nice place. But once we got there, they were rushing through our nails. One of the ladys there did not do the bride-to-be nails right at all. When i told them that thats not what she wanted, they got a huge attitude with me. What should have been a nice and fun experience for us ended up being a disaster. They didnt want to fix their mistake without charging the bride alot more money. One of the ladies were sooo rude. Terrible customer service. If we are paying you to do our nails then do it right. Its not free. I had never been treated the way they treated us that night. Will never go back there. It was a terrible experience and i dont recommend this place at all. Another customer had the nerve to get involved in the discussion saying that because of our bridal party they were late on doing her nails. My fiancé doesn't like stirring the pot, but I do so here goes. From what she told me, this is the most unprofessional bunch of people ever. They talked s*** about a certain race until they found out I was that race. Then they tried backpedaling instead of owning it and apologizing. The second issue was they cut my fiancés thumbnail down so far that it caused pain and tried to blame it on her! Third, my fiancé came home with a rash from their pedicure.... Polish peeled and chipped of the very next day. The colors were beautiful and CND brand and the location is very nice, but will not be returning as the "regular" polish on my toes FAR outlasted the "gel" polish on my fingers... Started chipping the very next day, by a week later most of the nails had dents, holes or chips. I have never had such a bad application job. ... It could 100% be the nail polish itself, as she did several layers and hard baked them for an appropriate time between each layer, but regardless. For the price, it is not worth it. I have gone in several times when polished was not busy and received phenomenal service. Although i just went in when it was busy (with an appointment) and the service was terrible. My pedicure was extremely rushed and not done to its entirety. I was supposed to have a manicure done with my pedicure but seeing how my pedicure was poorly finished i decided it was best not to waste anymore money with them. Read Less

Before my friend opened her salon I walked into the salon to get a pedicure and the receptionist said they were booked. I walked out of the salon and turned around and called them (the same person who told me they were booked) asked me what service I wanted and I said pedicure. He asked me what time I wanted to come in because he had several appointments available. I called him out and he tried to make up some BS story. Thank God I have a friend with her own salon. I got a pedicure with my friend and the result looks like I should have done it myself. The massage was non existent, my toe nails were not filed, they didn't even have a place to let them dry. My feet were buffed three separate times, but no massage? No filing? It was as if the lady didn't even know what to do. I bought the most expensive package for $50 and I expected it to be luxurious and it was about 30 mins long and the complete opposite. Do not ask for Mary when you go either, she further damaged my friends toe nail on her left foot.
