Beautiful decor!  Looks really pretty and very chic inside!  First salon that I saw an area that was designated for SANITIZING instruments!!  Finally!!  I've tried many salons in Elk Grove - this is first salon that shows they comply with sanitization standards!! The salon is great.  Just don't use the tech named TINA.  I called and made an appointment.  I should have known that my mani and pedi wouldn't last as I had to point out several areas she had missed or very sloppy.  The next day I woke and noticed that my mani showed several nails chipped.  I called and asked for a manager or owner and was told that "we really don't have a manager, we watch over ourselves."  I told the person what happened and she said she'd have the owner call and she was on vacation for the next couple of days.  This person had told me to come in and they'd fix it - but as I had told her the night before I told her again that I was on my vacation.    I wasn't going to be able to come in to get the redo, I already was out of town.  Before I hung up I asked her "can I know who I'm talking to?"  She said TINA - that was the tech that did my work!!  And she just hung up! Well each day of my vacation not only each and EVERY NAIL the polish chipped - and this was GEL but the Swarovski stones she put on and charged me extra - every single one fell off COMPLETELY!!  If that wasn't bad enough --  EACH DAY ONE NAIL BROKE OFF!  These were my NATURAL NAILS!!  I don't know what TINA DID TO MY NAILS BUT SHE DESTROYED MY NATURAL NAILS - each nail broke at point right where the nail bed and skin meet - so extremely  sensitive and painful area!!  BEWARE DONT HAVE TINA DO ANY OF YOUR SERVICES IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS TO LOOK GOOD  THE FIRST DAY OR IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS TO NOT BREAK OFF!!  I had the deluxe pedicure done too - it's suppose to remove callouses - I felt the bottom of my feet and they were still rough - I told TINA and her response was "at night time you can put on Vaseline and wear socks before bed."  Why would I need to do that if I just PAID FOR A PEDICURE AND PAID FOR AN UPGRADE TO HAVE THE CALLOUSES REMOVED????  Now this was the person that did the work on my nails and pedicure.  There was No apology, no sorry, no type of emotion - it just seemed like she was irritated that I had called and said something about her horrible work!I was on vacation but I had my phone with me.  It's been about 2 and a half weeks and not a one person has called to discuss what happened, no text, no message!!  Now I don't know if the owners don't care about their customers being satisfied with the services they receive/pay for or if TINA didn't give them the message.Either way - I have not heard back from anyone at this salon to get my nails fixed or a refund would be best as I have to wait for my nails to grow out again!! Appointment only and overpriced. While the facility itself is beautiful, I was disappointed with the service. I inquired whether or not a certain procedure/process was performed there and was told yes, but when I came for the appointment, it was clear that this process was not done very often. Don't come here unless you want an attitude from the staff . Especially from mai. Only came here because my family member told me this was her go to nail shop. But after her disgusting attitude I'm never coming back and my family members that go there don't anymore either. All the staff have a hideous attitude as if they don't want your money or care that you come to their establishment especially if you are not a regular client. Unless you are one of their  long term client they will straight deny you service. This place is always empty and with that attitude it  will continue to be so.  This place is just full of stuck up family members. Don't go here not welcoming what so ever. You all nail technicians need to stop being so stuck up because at the end of the day I was spending  my money and I for sure won't be spending it here anymore. Read Less

I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON! Literally is my new favorite spot in Elk Grove. Even if I go to a different nail shop, I still come back for a fill and they make my nails look so nice. Service here is great! It's so clean and very cute. A little pricey. Read Less

I decided to try this place after passing it several times and reading some great reviews. The interior is beautiful. Very clean and stylish. I came in as a walk-in on a Thursday morning and was told that I'd be able to receive a gel polish color change without the manicure as the only technician that was available at the time had an appointment at 11am. I opted to do it and was very thankful she accommodated me as it did push her appointment back by 20 minutes. Nari did a great job! She was very friendly and made certain not to rush her technique as she did have an appointment waiting. I'm excited to come back and hopefully try their pedicure services too! Read Less

Went here the day before Mother's Day. Beautiful interiors. Little Bit had made the appointment at the last minute so we were grateful to get in and we were the last appointments for the day. VERY SUPER Friendly staff. The only criticism I had was that the massage on the legs weren't long but I know we came in towards the end of the day and I will admit Thi (from Kiki Nails my local spot) spoils me so it's probably just my personal observation.They have ample colors to choose from and clean, stylish shop. I've always wanted to try this place out since I pass it quite often and it looked so chic, even from the outside. I was lucky enough to be able to get an appointment same-day.When I showed up there was only one other person getting her nails done. It kind of scared me as in the past an empty nail salon meant they weren't that good. I was surprised by the outcome though, as my nails came out great!First, I got a pedicure with Grace. She was very nice and personable. There are three different options for a spa pedicure and I opted for the middle one which was $35. It was great and Grace took her time polishing and perfecting my nails. I got a full set with Ivy. She was very good as well and really took her time making sure I was happy with the length and shape of my new set. I was very happy with the concern she put in to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome, as I am usually pretty picky with how I want my nails.Overall, I had a great experience my first time here at Paris Nail Lounge. My only gripe was that it took a little longer to finish. It's great they take their time to make sure their customers are happy though, so I can't be mad.
