Spontaneously I decided to get my nails done today since its been MONTHS since I pampered myself. Surprisingly the shop was more empty when I arrived vs other times when I drove by it always looked busy. They took me right away & Vivian was the tech that did my nails. SHE IS AMAZING! I like to bring my own gel polishes since its a certain brand I prefer to use & everywhere I go the tech that does my nails usually complains up & down, but Vivian was totally cool about it! She took her time shaping my nails making sure every one was perfect & smoothed out. 5+ stars if I could! I'll definitely be back & schedule ALL my fills with Vivian. Read Less

I went here back in November around Thanksgiving week with my friend and my experience wasn't so great :( The older lady that did my nails was really nice to me at first!But when she was using the drill, she wasn't looking at my nails and was talking to other workers. Because of that, she ended up accidentally drilling my skin. I said ow but she wasn't paying attention to me. At first there was no blood so in my head I was like okay that's fine. But then a few minutes later, blood started to pool. She said sorry she didn't know she cut me and wiped it w a tissue but it sort of kept bleeding lol :/ She then proceeds to still try to drill near where she cut me but it hurt sooo bad!! I kept flinching and saying ow so she finally just left that nail alone. After that, the store started to get a little busy and I could tell she just wanted to finish my nails as fast as she could. That resulted in different nails being slightly different shapes and for some nails, one side of the nail was thicker than the other :/ there were also acrylic bumps under the tip. My nail polish was also uneven and messy on some nails. They also had bubbles!! But since I chose a darker color, the bubbles weren't that noticeable. Overall, she wasn't gentle with my nails at all. After she was done, she kind of rushed me out of the chair so she could help someone else. She didn't tell me the price nor did she ask me to pay yet. I was confused but I just waited for my friend to finish Bc i thought maybe we'll pay at the same time? But after my friend was done, her nail lady walked her to the payment area and told her how much, etc. I was so confused as to why my nail lady didn't do that. I asked the man at the counter when I supposed to pay and he just looked at me weirdly and yelled across the room to the lady who did my nails and she said something back but in their language. He turned back to me and just said "ok 40" which is their normal pricing for a full set.After I removed the nails, I found pretty bad dents in almost all my nails! That was probably the worst part. It's been about 3 months and I still have about 2-3 more months to go in order for the dents to grow out :( On another note, I didn't have any issues with lifting or nails breaking. Also, my friend's nails turned out pretty! She used to go there regularly & never had to deal with the same issue as me :( but then again, she never had the lady that did my nails. Maybe the lady I had just wasn't good. Regardless, I don't think I'd ever go back. It wasn't worth $40 to get cut and get really bad dents that'll take months to grow out :( Read Less

The only reason why I gave this one star is so I can write a review in my opinion they don't deserve that. I live very close by and they are convienet, but will never go again. They sneak in hidden fees and act like its no big deal. I tell them I want blue nail polish. She's says is this one OK. I'm like yea I like that color blue. Then at checkout find out its gel so its way more expensive even though I wasn't told this. Also was told they had no large fake diamonds. Also was told they had no burgundy found it and realized she just didn't want to do what I had asked. They also always get up and help others in between doing your nails and someone's pass you along to another person to finish. Really sucks because I don't usually complain and am pretty tolerant I think but after going there for 4 years. I can't anymore. I found a way better salon. Horrible. First of all, the lady who did my nails rushed it. Maybe because I looked like a little kid and she didn't care enough to take her time to do my nails. There are bubbles in my nails and one of my fingers are cricket. I am not happy and will not be returning. Terrible experience. I needed to get a fill and Lynn's nails was open, so I gave them a try. Bad idea. I went to Lilly (I think that was her name, in the front on the left) and I think it was her first time ever with a customer, so she had no idea what she was doing. I had to tell her what to do, and she still didn't do it right. She glued down my peeling nails (which traps bacteria and gets infected...)Fast forward 3 days, my nails are already lifting and the paint is peeling, so I go back and a different girl fixes the paint.2 days later, they're falling apart, so I go back. As she starts to fix one of the nails, I see that my real nail is green. I was SO mad. I asked why it was like that (I already knew but wanted to see if she knew) and she said she didn't know and tried to cover it up. I told her I wanted them off and a new set and as she was doing it I discovered that 5 of my nails were infected! And then they tried to make me pay to get them fixed after I just paid a week before for infected nails? I don't think so. Absolutely the worst experience I've had and I would stay away. Just got my nails done here for the first time. $33 for a spa pedicure and $15 for a basic manicure. First strike. They removed my previous gel nail polish assuming I had powder on my nails (no it was my real nails). The spinning machine they used burned through my nail. There was so much friction my nail actually heated up. Second strike. Cindy told me she would give me gel for the same price as a basic manicure for the inconvenience. I agreed. Mid manicure she tells me it will be an extra $5 dollars to remove my cuticles. I never heard of such a thing(!?!?).... I had such a horrible experience getting my nails burned off, my skin cut multiple times by them cutting too deep, and paying an extra $5 for something that written in their menu is included in their basic manicure. I honestly deserve a refund on the whole thing. That's the only way this place will prove they care about their customers. Don't ever go here, that's the best advice I can give.My pedicure was fine, but when I asked to redo my toe do to it being damaged, instead of removing the whole nail polish they just stacked it on.... now I have one darker toe then the rest. Stumbled across this nail salon based on the Yelp reviews. It is in the same shopping center as WinCo and Dollar Tree. My 4 stars are for the customer service. However, the nails straddle between a 3-4. Upon entering, my sister and I were greeted and seated immediately for a pedicure spa. The spa treatment consist of your choice of gel polish, scrub, parraffin wax, and hot stone massage to the foot. Special designs are $5 extra but for the spa treatment alone, $45. The service was great. I have no major complaints. The technicians went straight to work with little stop in between.My only complaint and the reason why it's not a 5 star place is because the finish product is a bit sloppy. Remnants of nail polish can be found around the cuticles and the nails that are cut were not filed down to a smooth edge. Is this minor? yes. But when you pay $45 to have this done for you, you shouldn't need to remind them or have to come home to take care of there minor mistakes. Read Less

I've heard so many good things about this place! I came in on 4/20 to get a full set and pedicure. My nail tech was Lani and she was really nice! I am giving a 2 star rating because my nails came out very odd.... I asked for coffin shaped nails, which is what I got on my left hand. My right hand was very crooked... Also, my nails were really thick! I ended up taking the set off 2 weeks later and noticed all my nails have dents on them. She drilled so hard that it actually dented my nails. I went in for a manicure somewhere else and they said the only way for the dent to go away is for the nails to grow out. This is going to take months! My pedicure? Someone else did my pedicure and it was very very basic. Overall, staff is friendly, but the actual nail service is not the best. Read Less

WORST NAIL PLACE!!!!! I called in advance to make an appointment. The lady working on my pedicure was extremely aggressive. My nails were shaped differently on both feet and my skin was cut all around my nails. When I complained, she chose to ignore me and continue on. I have finally found my manicurist! I go to Lina for gel pedicures and manicures and she is absolutely awesome! She is so patient and kind! She is also very efficient, I cannot say enough great things about her. I absolutely recommend giving Lina a visit if you're looking to get a great mani and pedi. My daughters and I go to Lynn's whenever we need our nails done and they give exceptional service. Everyone there is nice and courteous. It is very clean and comfortable in her shop.
