I LOVE the extra care that both Emily & Tammy take to make sure my nails are perfect! Their work is impeccable and seems to last a lot longer than any other salon that I have visited. One can see that they take extra measures to sanitize the equipment as the salon looks very clean and welcoming. The staff is very kind and courteous to me every time. Service its self wasn’t bad what is bad is we called ahead to make sure they accepted SpaFinder gift cards and they very clearly said yes! After everything was done they refused to take them saying that they don’t have a contract with them and that they won’t take the gift cards I’m so mad the only reason we chose them was because they said they took the gifts cards! Now I’m out 100$ and they are not getting a tip! Understood me just fine when asking and answering questions but when it came to money nope!!! I’m extremely angry! this place is in old elk Grove! the ladies here speak clear English and the service is outstanding! I was running late from work about only a half hour to spend but they book an appointment with me. They don't use liners but the tubs seems clean. will be back and definitely worth the drive! side note, if u need to use the restroom then they will give u a key to the restroom 3 doors down :). pedicure is $22 an spa pedicure is $32. First time coming to this nail salon and I must say that I had a good experiences, they took very good care of me, didn't wait more than 20-30 minutes. Greatest GEM in old Elk Grove!!!!! One day I was eating at la favorita and decided I needed to get my nails done. I looked across the street and from a far farrrr I could see a sign that said NAILS. I, of course yelped it and called to make an appointment. They had an opening in 15 minutes which worked out perfectly since we just finished eating.The outside looks just like a normal old Elk Grove building but when I entered, it looked very new and nice! I found out that they are under new management and have brand new tables and pedi chairs!!!! The decor is very relaxing and it's a really cute place. As I sat down they asked me what I wanted, which was a gel polish color change so she placed three huge rings of all the colors on the desk!!! They have soooooo many gel colors! I was in heaven!! There were so many I could not decide. I already made up in my mind I was coming back!!! The color change was $20 and I of course gave a generous tip because I really enjoyed it!! I also really liked how they took off the old polish. They  were very gentle and also did a great job of cutting the cuticles away. I have two  major complaints.  1. The wait is absolultely ridiculous, even with a reservation. I had to wait 30 extra minutes after I made a reservation. 2. When I finally did get help, the girl rushed the massage and the quality of my mani and pedi was something that I could do myself. Read Less
