I was looking for a place to do a pedicure spa for my boyfriend and I and my friend recommended me to come here since I'm not from the area. We definitely loved the service we got from here! They offer water/tea/wine for free! The lady that helped me was so funny. Normally, when I go whoever helps me doesn't really converse with me much, but the lady I had had my boyfriend and I laughing so much! She even offered to draw pikachu or mikuni on his toes. Usually, when I do all the stuff under spa pedicure I pay less than what they charged, but since the service in itself was great I really didn't mind having to pay a few more dollars. What I also really appreciated was that she didn't rush us. It was also really easy to call about half an hour before we wanted to go, but maybe it was also because we came in the middle of the day on a weekday. Definitely would come back again! Read Less

Typically I don't write reviews but Rose did an amazing job! I'm really picky with my nails and for the first time I have no complaints! She took her time, the shape is perfect, and the design is flawless. I originally had the appointment with Steve but he was running late, so Rose took over 40 mins later. This made me late for work but lol it was worth the wait. The staff here was also very welcoming and you can tell they care about their customers. Overall great experience!$55 for this set. My sister and I got our nails done here yesterday and we loved it! They're very nice and the salon is so so clean! I didn't catch the name of the woman who did my feet but I got the smoothing pedicure; she should've been a masseuse how great she was! Steve did my acrylics and he's the first nail tech I've ever gone to who DIDNT cut my hands at all. The shape is sheer perfection, I'm a perfectionist to say the least and i can't find a single flaw in them. Ive gotten so many compliments and asked where I've got them done at since then. Steve does an amazing job, and he is the only reason I go here. I am extremely picky when it comes to getting my nails done and hate when they look bulky/unnatural. Steve is the only nail tech I've ever been to in EG where I was 100% satisfied with the shape. His coffin nails are the best, hands down, and I always get complimented on them! I'm also not a fan of small talk and Steve is pretty quiet throughout the sessions so I actually appreciate that a lot. First off I would like to say the workers here are very friendly, I made a last minute appointment to come in and was informed over the phone they would do my nails &pedi at the same time which wasn't a problem.. my pedi lady was a doll, very nice and made me feel very comfortable. My manicurist on the other hand was very rough and nicked me a few times including ripping off half my nail when taking my old set off. Which was unfortunate. Hands-down the worst experience ever today. I only came to the shop because my nail lady is always busy and the shop is close to my house. I called in advance and they said they had someone that can assist me so I headed on over. I needed to remove my last set and get a new set, this gal started ripping off my nails like they weren't attached to my fingers. At one point I grabbed her hand and told her that you are hurting me. She apologized and finally my nails removed.Then she proceeded with the new set And started placing the most acrylic I have ever seen used but I thought let me let her do her job. While filing and sanding my nails again she began acting like my nails were not attached to my fingers, I told her if she nicked me one more time I was walking out. She apologized multiple times but sadly at this point I was really annoyed. She finish the job, I paid and I left. I am so not happy with the end result but I refuse to go back there to have her fix them. So once my fingers have healed I will go to another shop and have them remove some of this acrylic, shape my nails appropriately and touch up the paint. Waste of $40 F'ng dollars! Read Less

So I wanted to try out a new place to get my nails done and I gave this a try.Initially I called to make an appointment with Steve because I heard good reviews about him on yelp and liked his work but they said he was on vacation. Then the lady on the phone recommended me to Kim and I assumed she was the next best person so I booked my appointment with her.I continued to look at reviews of Kim here on yelp and I saw one that showed cuts on someone's nails and it said "don't go to Kim.." I thought to myself, well maybe she's better now or that probably won't happen to me.Then when I went to go get my nails done I told her exactly how I wanted the shape and she did a decent job on it. However she did it so carelessly while giving me multiple cuts on my fingers while using the electronic filing drill machine. Don't get me wrong, yeah there's a good chance of getting a minor cut here and there but noooooo, Kim knew exactly what she was doing and that she was cutting me and didn't show any concern about it. She just kept going and when I started bleeding she just showed it to me and told me to relax??? Ummm no. I know nail techs can do their work without cutting their clients! This service was the worst I've ever experienced. I obviously didn't tip. She charged me $30 for a fill and I should've paid less for all the deep cuts she's made. Although the shape was decent, the pain was totally not worth it!!! It's been 3 days since I got my nails done here and my cuts are still hurting.Definitely not coming back! Another great visit and service with Glamorous . always feel valued thru the check ins when I visit. I appreciate that the goal is for the customer to walk out happy because always feel the effort. You already had me for nails. You get what you pay for and the extra few dollars for a sanitary pedicure is worth it. They use natural products and disposable kit. Highly recommended! Read Less

Steve is amazing and no one else is allowed to touch my nails expect for him! I have been looking for a new nail shop for almost a year and I have found it. So worth the 20minute drive.I wanted 3d flowers and steve sculpted the flowers by hand! He looked at the picture of the design I wanted for half a second and was able to recreate it perfectly. He also is not afraid to give you pointy nails like some other salons. Steve is truely an artist. The girl who did my pedicure did a good job and she cut all the skin off my toes just like I like it.The shop is extremely clean and nice and I would definitely reccomend as someone who has been wearing acrylic nails since 15 years old. I never really have a go to place when it's comes to a full set or pedi, I'm always open to trying out new places. My coworker recently came here for a full set with Kim and she loved her nails. I decided to give this place a try as well. I did try booking with Kim, but she wasn't working the day that I was hoping to come in for my services, so I was open to whoever was available. I called and booked an appointment for a full set and pedi. When I arrived for my appointment, one of the worker immediately welcomed me. After about 5-10 minutes, I was seated and the girl who did my pedicure came over to show me options and pricing in regards to the pedi. After my pedi, which went okay, she sat me at the nail station. I was sitting there for a good 10 minutes, apparently waiting for the nail tech guy to get here (it was around lunch time so I didn't have a problem waiting). And then another 5 minutes past, I asked if we were going to get started yet and all the workers said was "he's almost here". The lady who did my pedi saw that I was getting kinda irritated, she moved me to a different nail station and started prepping my nails for my nail tech guy. She cut my nails, buffed them, and even started putting on the tips. That's when it started going down hill. She was applying the tips, using excessive glue and the tips were still popping off and then she would add more glue to the point where my natural nails were glued to my skin. I felt so uncomfortable and had a really bad feeling about what she was doing so I asked her to stop and take them off, but she insisted the nail tech was almost here. At this point, I didn't care whether he was almost here or not, and it wasn't about timing either, jst the way she was applying it made me really think if she knew what she was doing. She started taking them off by pulling the tips from the corners and then finally the nail tech guy shows up and saves the day lol. He immediately apologizes for being late and begin soaking my fingernails in acetone. He buffered and took the proper steps to remove the tips. The entire time, he was accommodating me asking if I have time later on to come in, but I didn't because I had work and was off to my trip the next day. He made sure my nails were nice and cleaned before letting me leave the salon which I greatly appreciated. When checking out, I was more than willing to pay for my pedicure bc that's something that the lady did spend her time on and it was an okay job but Steve I believe was his name took care of my pedi service for me which he didn't have to, but this jst shows that he alone have great customer service and it might even have me come back for a service specifically with him. Overall, if you do plan on coming here I would recommended making an appointment with either Steve or Kim bc they seem to know what they're doing. Read Less

I've been coming to Steve for a few months to get my fill and he does a good job, not the most talkative person but that's okay. Last week when I came in for a fill to have Steve do I was told he wouldn't be in and to have someone else do the fill for me. I was in need to get a fill and three of my nails had broke at work from the night before so I needed my nails fixed and didn't really care at that point who did them. The girl who did my pedicure did a good job but the Kim the lady who did my nails was terrible. She was rough and cut my cuticles so bad on at least two of my fingers on both hands. When she was pulling the nail up she poked me so bad that I started to bleed and not once did she say sorry as if I couldn't feel it. My nails were also terrible shaped, I wanted the coffin and I some of my nails were squares off whiles others were curved. I read the reviews and I went there. First off they say appointments but it really is walk in. They seated me and she proceeded to pry my nails off.  I was in pain. The owner is so passionate, everyone is great, the ladies won't cut you or make you feel awkward when you can't understand what they are saying about your feet... I've challenged them with requests like a perfect coffin shape (and I'm super picky), an ombré French tip, marble and even chrome... they can do it!!!!! Look no more. If I could put zero stars I would, this place was absolutely horrible. I went with a friend of mine here to get a full set and pedicure, the pedicure was lovely I won't lie but the catch is when I got my full set. The woman who did my nails was very rude and cut me multiple times, while she was shaping my nails she filed my skin open so now I have large cuts in my actual nail beds. I then went back to tell them about how bad it was and the owner of the place was absolutely rude and has no respect for customers in my eyes. He told me my cuts weren't large enough to get a refund from them and that it's normal to be cut. He also grabbed a customer to come look at my nails and asked her if she thought my skin was cut bad which I thought was very unprofessional. So I made an appointment with Steve for a fill. Walked in and they said that he was busy (even though I made an appointment and was on time) so they gave me this woman I think her name is Malina. She was super nice and gave my nails the perfect coffin shape that I wanted. Only issue was that it took over an hour just for the fill. I had asked for matte and they definitely were not but I didn't want to sit for another 20 minutes for them to be re-done. It is now only two days later and there is so much color deteriorating it looks as though the color is melting slowly. It looks horrible. And now I'm scared to go back and have them fix it. I was looking for a new nail place and decided to go to glamorous nail thru yelp. I came in around 5 and they wee pretty busy. So they guy (steve) asked if I could come back around 630. I felt bad having to come back so late because they closed at 7. But I agreed to come back. He then called me back at 6 and said they have an opening.. I rushed back right away. Steve did my fullset and he is truly amazing. He was very accommodating and his staff stayed later to finish up the rest of their clients. Lisa did my pedicure and she was okay. This is a fairly new place that opened up in EG! I called them to see if they would be able to fit me in to get a full set and pedi and they were willing to accommodate me!I ended up not getting my nails the way I exactly wanted as Steve is the one who usually does the 3d Designs on nails. So since I was a fit in I couldn't really get the type of design I wanted, however their work is defiantly good and they don't rush on you either! On a whim, I decided to try this nail spa out with my friend this past weekend. It was Saturday morning and neither of us had an appointment but we were able to get service immediately which was nice. Both of us got pedicures and manicures and my friend got a brand. Ew full set. The staff was nice and friendly and the facility was clean. I was a little disappointed that with a $32 pedicure there was no hot stone massage and the massage I did receive was minimal. They had a variety of nail polish colors and a nice selection of gel polish as well. Overall I was slightly disappointed because I felt like the service was rushed. Not sure if I'll be back. It's kind of tucked away in the plaza so It took me a minute to figure out where it was. As we entered, We were greeted right away and asked what kind of services we were looking for. They quickly got the chairs and pedi baths ready for us as we took our time choosing a color. All the staff looked busy, so we were asked to wait a bit till the next nail tech was available. I didn't mind waiting while soaking my feet. The place is very clean and neat. And their prices are comparable to all the other nail shops in town. When they asked which pedi treatment I wanted, they didn't try to pressure me to choose a higher one or push me to pick a gel color like other shops tend to do. The lady who did my pedi was very gentle and took her time cleaning up the old polish and buffing down my nails to a nice and even shape. I loved how she would get caught up in a conversation with her coworker so it seemed like my leg massage went on for longer. I didn't get the sense that they were talking shit, so I felt comfortable lol. They had a tv screen that just scrolled all the different nail art that they do, and it made me want to try it out, so I'll definitely be returning. Read Less
