I was looking for a new nail salon because my last place had been a bit of a disappointment. I came in on a Tuesday for acrylic removal and a pedi. I stood in the entrance for a while before I was greeted. I decided to pick out my color and was told to walk to the back of the salon. I was quickly seated in the last pedi chair. The lady that did my pedi was very friendly and the pedi turned out great. However, I happened to look to the right and was a little grossed out. The salon was NOT clean by any means, dirt all over the cabinets and floor and thick dust behind the massage chair. At one point the lady doing my pedi stood up to take a payment , kept her gloves on then, and then came right back to finishing my pedi without changing them. ugh. Looking for a new nail place since I recently moved to Elk Grove and sadly this was not the replacement. The basic pedicure was good, nothing amazing, but got the job done. The gel manicure on the other hand was lacking, polish is uneven, had to ask for nails to be straightened and left with smudges in the polish. The overall experience was nothing to write home about. I would not return due to the fact that the pedicure procedure didn't even cover basics of proper scrubbing and when messing up my polish, the technician just painted numerous layers on top of the mistake instead of starting over on the toe. Came in for a pink & white, and that's exactly what I got. I called this morning and they had an appointment open for noon, just a few hours after I called. I was seen right away, and they did a wonderful job! I am so pleased with how my nails turned out. I just recently moved to Elk Grove, and turned to yelp to figure out where the best place for my nails was, and it did not disappoint. I have super sensitive cuticles, and it's almost guaranteed that they will bleed if pulled too hard. But my cuticles did not bleed, and my nails look great. My new pedicure spot. I've been getting my toes done for years all over Sacramento/Elk grove area and this location just feels more relaxing. I like how they actually took time to pamper me and didn't feel rushed. I also love how they use peppermint scrub starting at the basic price $20. I'll definitely be back soon!! Read Less

I went in yesterday and had a manicure I did not get the guys name but he did a great job. I also had my eye brows waxed by Holly she did a amazing job. I found my new spot and someone I can trust with my eyebrows. I have been to a lot of places and this place is the best! Read Less

I've been seeing Kelly for 6 plus years and I absolutely love her ! Always so sweet and when she moved to this nail salon I was sure to follow. All the ladies and Kenny are awesome and I always recommend to come here ! I do recommend calling for appointments because they do get busy. They have one of the best gel polish selections ! Can't say how much I love this nail Salon. Kenny and Kelly the owners and their employees are so accommodating and Sanitation is always on point. I always call ahead and ask them to soak the pedicure bowls with qautes 20min before I arrive.  They always will. I get the basic pedicure and add on gems and I tip $20, So worth it to get great service and Clean bowls. Read Less

I stopped by this little hidden gem today when I was waiting for my oil to be changed at the Elk Grove Auto Mall. Only a few minutes walk, this little shop is tucked away down Elk Grove Blvd. The staff was friendly and the service was not rushed, indeed a very relaxing spot! I had the best manicure and pedicure. AMAZING!! I love this salon! I have been going to Tracy for years now and about a year 2 years ago I introduced my mom to Tracy because she has very sensitive feet. Tracy is so gentle and understanding that she started getting regular pedi's from her. My mom has been fighting breast cancer for the and due to treatment we were unable to get our regular pedi's. I called to get our first appointment after almost 9 months and Tracy recognized my voice on the phone and asked where I had been! Once I filled her in she fit us into her schedule right away and when the day of the appointment came she was waiting outside and greeting us both with a big hug. She also took over assisting my mom into the salon and helped her in and out of the chair.  Very soon after this she started radiation and we had to take a 2 month break from our toes, during this time Tracy called at least twice to check in on her and see if everything was okay! Tracy recently moved to Angel Nails salon and this weekend we had our first Pedi at her new location! I could not be more happy about the move! Since my mom took Tracy from me, Tracy had set me up with Kelly to do my pedi. Not only did they both do an AMAZING job but they are beyond friendly. The salon itself is Beautiful, and has a relaxing mood! I cannot say enough good things about this place! The Pedi chairs are comfortable and beautiful! The nail polish station is super cute! I love the framing! CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! I read some of the other reviews and I have NEVER seen a Pedi tub get washed for 10 minutes between clients! That's ludicrous! However I did watched them clean the filter and wipe down the tub extensively with sanitizer, more than I have seen any other salon do.  Even the floors were incredibly clean! They have a super friendly staff, during our pedi's we had a hilarious conversation with not just Tracey and Kelly who were doing our nails but everyone in the salon was chatting with us! Everyone speaks English very well and was very easy to understand! I always get nervous and a little self-conscious when people speak in a different language then laugh, but when Tracy and Kelly did it they promptly told me what they said. I LOVE THAT and it was really funny! If you have not tried this salon you are missing out.  I will only go to Tracy and Kelly from now on! Read Less
