Staff does a great job. I come here for pedicures because I can't get manicures (job requirement) . One of the technicians- I don't know her name still but it's the very young looking girl with blondish hair. She's the greatest at giving pedicures. I haven't been to this place in years. But I needed a good foot pedicure and I was sooo enthused by my choice. No complaints. No feeling of wasting money like I usually have after I leave from getting a pedi from other places. Their massage chairs were nice also. Felt like I was getting in and out of a car the way the arm rest opened to let you in and out the seat. This is my new place to get a pedicure. Super disappointed...I searched for a new place to get a fill and thought I found a good place. I came in on Friday, and left feeling good about the work until I noticed today, Sunday, that my nail is already lifting...not even 2 days later is not acceptable. I came and got a pedicure. I'm a mom of 2 so it's hard to get me time the lady scrubbed my feet for 30 seconds. It felt like a 15 min pedi from sitting in the water for 7 mins My full det lady I should her a picture and said I would like something like this I know she can't get identical but she threw me the colors and said to pick a color that was under light idk the color and I asked if she can choose what she think is close enough and refused The lady's are no help and not willing to go out there way for good customer services Read Less

First time for a full set! Not disappointed in the outcome, but the beginning service was definitely not what I expected. Didn't get a hello or welcome when I came in and then was told I would have to wait. Which was fine but they allowed three people that had come in AFTER me to be taken care of and sat down in chairs. At this point I was worried. But overall the price was rather high. This look cost me $45 with a gel coat polish. Read Less

This place NOT my thing. Not a very welcoming crowd. The "regular" nail polishes are all in a shelf in rows behind each other so you can only see the front colors. Not helpful or efficient. The woman who did my toes was VERY rough. She said you get a 5 min massage and set a timer. For 3/4 of it she was talking to a co-worker and wasn't massaging me. The other 1/4 of the time she was just doing the same stroke over and over really hard. I got a darker color on my toes and asked for a base coat and she insisted that something she rapidly and messy put on was a base coat. They also use a lot of chemicals. This place is just awful. Literally just walked out without a polish or anything  because 1.) the lady filed my nails incorrectly. 2.) the oil came after the cuticle work when it's supposed to come first so the cuticles would soften 4.) she gave me a cut on my finger by filing too hard then applied an alcohol to it.This place sucks. I came here after I was looking to get a fill and a pedicure. I went in and asked about pricing. My sister got dip powder on her regular nails with acrylic removal for $31. I got a fill with gel, I don't remember how much it was. Anyways, right off the bat they took us and told us to pick our colours. They have a smallish colour collection size, but I didn't mind I found a colour for my toes. My sister started her pedi right away, I had to wait about 6 minutes before I got mine started. For their pedi prices, they're a bit pricy. The $30 pedi we paid for would usually be around $25, that's  $5 less for the same service. Overall, they did a great job though. One of the girls was working on getting the gel colour off my nails so my fill would be faster. I highly appreciated that. Then when we switched over to our nails, I'm pretty sure the owner did my nails. Okay, she does an awesome job and leaves them really nice. My biggest criticism though, she gets distracted way too easily. Lacking professionalism in my opinion. Then I got switched over to another chair to get my Polish done, another thing that kind of annoyed me. The girl who painted them did an alright job, it's a bit bumpy in some places but the polish was nice so I didn't mind. Overall, the service was nice despite those 2 major things. Love this place for simple, clean, chic POWDER DIPPING nails.Tracy hooked it up with some powder dipping nails. It's kinda like acrylic because it uses a powder and liquid combo to build on top of your existing nail. But it's way better for you (non-toxic + vitamin B and calcium infused) and fast drying. I loved that Tracy took her time to make sure the nails weren't thick (I hate that!) and made sure I was satisfied throughout the process. Also, the selection of powders is extensive!! I opted for a light pinkish-creme (neutral), and it came out beautifully. Perfect length for typing at work, and clean square finish. I highly recommend!! Read Less
