I was overcharged the last 2 times I've gone there! The first time I got the basic $22 pedicure and got gel polish for an additional $5. The second time I went in, they told me it's $22 plus $5 to remove gel polish and $5 for new gel polish for a total of $32. They told me to get the Deluxe pedicure with wax and massage and the extra $10 for removing and getting new gel polish was included. They charged me $32 for the Deluxe and removed and gave me new gel. Today I went in and asked for the Deluxe pedicure and to remove and get new gel polish. When it came time to check out, she charged me $42 and told me it was an extra $10 for gel removal and new polish! I explained that they charged me $32 last time and it was included, but she argued with me and charged me $42 anyway. They try to upsell then they gouge you with the price. Don't go here. Read Less

I went to this nail salon for the first time, & they EXCEEDED my expectations! The customer service was great, the shop was clean, and they do walk ins (I didn't have to wait either). I work at the salon & spa down the way and was in desperate need of a pedicure. I walked down when a client no-showed but only had 45 min but wanted a really thorough job on my callouses (this required the $32 deluxe pedi.) Vivian did an incredible job, she got me done exactly when I needed but it was also SO relaxing! Tried them a few times to get a real feel for the place and it really depends who you get. There is 1 person that is good and that's it. If you are going for just a basic color with no design or any additives they are ok if you can stand 7+ woman talking about you in another language. I got a pedicure with a simple design and let the lady have my phone to get something close to the design I wanted and it looks like a kid did it. 1st time this pass Saturday June 4. I wanted to have Tim do my nails as he was doing my daughter and I've seen and heard nothing but great reviews. But instead he asked if his wife Lynn can do it. Mannnnn... She is so AWESOME! She really did a real manicure like not just rushing. The pedicure was the business. She really took her time and had my feet looking brand new. This is a small place but is very clean and everyone is nice. The prices are GREAT!!!! This location is close for me and organized. They have a sign in sheet. I mean you don't have to believe me. Didn't have to wait too long, and I felt that even though I didn't have an appointment they still took the time and effort to give me the nails I wanted. Definitely found my new salon.
