I took my daughters here for a spa day, getting manis and pedis for my eldest daughter's birthday. Since I live in WA I left the arrangements to my middle daughter to decide where we would go. Nia and Holly did a lovely job on my nails and toes. Scrub, massage, callous treatment plus great color app for both. Nia also did a great flower  on my toes. Best one I have ever had applied. The pedicurist kept scraping my skin with nail file during gel removal, even after I told her it hurts. I wanted to change my first choice of gel manicure but the manicurist told me it would cost me $65.00 and not to do it. I think she was just too lazy to go get a different color. The massage was very basic, and the hot towel she wrapped my hands over the aluminum foiled nails almost burned me... I paid $90.00 for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Just plain one color with no design or art work. It was the most expensive and the worst mani-pedi combo I have ever received. The only reason I went there was because they stay open longer than my regular nail salon and I was desperate for mani - pedi. Do not come here. Read Less

My cousin and I stopped by here close to closing for a little down time from the kids. I was so happy it stayed open so late the night before Thanksgiving! I did a pedicure and my cousin did a mani pedi combo. We really liked our nails! We were a bit rushed to get out of there, but we also were there at closing the eve of Thanksgiving. I had visited this spa on a weekday, when I arrived there was only two people receiving service. The front desk person attempted to sit me in the very first chair near the door. I asked could I please move further down to avoid the evening breeze coming from the door, the host appeared to have an attitude because she made a frown on her face when I asked the question. Once seated and approximately 15 minutes into my service, two other customers came in, I immediately noticed that these two customers were offered beverages but I was not. I visited Bellacures Santa Monica on Thursday with 2 coworkers and we each had decadent pedicures and gel manicures, spending $400 total. We were rushed through our services and out the door in 45 minutes, it was not relaxing. In addition, my gel nail chipped on Sunday, after 3 days. Bellacures advertises a 10 day guarantee on gel nail, so I went to my local Bellacures in Manhattan Beach, but they would not honor the guarantee and said I had to drive an hour across town to get my chip fixed at the Santa Monica location. Bellacures lost my service that would have been continuous, and I will be telling all of my young professional friends to not visit any location. Read Less

The shape is perfect and it looks like my natural nail. If they don't have a gel color that I want on display, Joleen will go in the back to try and find the exact shade I'm looking for. This place is not the cheapest in the area, I will admit that, however, you really are getting what you pay for here. They even stay open until 9PM which is unheard of!The staff is incredible, the design is great, everything is clean and beautiful, they give an amazing 5 minute massage and use great products.  They even offer you flat or sparkling water upon entry. Their pedicure chairs are so comfy and even have their own outlets in the arm and space to store your purse (very modern).They have the best collection of colors I've seen and they even carry Butter brand! Visited Bellacures for pre-wedding nail prep with my bff/bride-to-be because I wanted an extra special upscale mani/pedi experience, and Bellacures delivered, complete with a little celebratory bubbly.The gel manis and regular pedis are on point. I got an 'exaggerated French' type gel Mani that came out awesome, and a regular pedi. Bellacures has an incredible selection of polish colors and I found the perfect sea foamy blue -- Essie Blossom Dandy, highly recommend -- to complement my bridesmaid dress for my pedi.
