My mom and I came here to get our nails done... we Made an appointment for 5 o'clock and did not get seated until 5:30. I'm not the type of person to leave a bad review on yelp but this place is extremely unprofessional. The pedicure was terrible: barely filed my nails, no foot massage, and the water was cold. the water over flowed (from the girl sitting next to me) foot station drenching my shoes, and they were completely understaffed. I called ahead and made an appt for my daughter and her friends. We arrived, they took only 2 of the girls and the third girl had to wait an hour before they were willing to take her. While we were waiting they took 3 walk-ins. Never apologized or let us know the third girl with an appt would have to wait 1 Hour. We didn't bother waiting any longer. My daughters nails came out horrible. She got acrylics which they didn't bother smoothing down so they were lumpy bumpy just like the visit to this salon. Don't waste your money. Read Less

I've been coming here since I moved to the area three years ago. The staff here are such nice people. They make you feel welcome and special. Elizabeth, Hannah, Kimberly, you can't go wrong. They give the most relaxing pedicures, and the massages are the best. You'll come back for more. The polish lasts on your feet and their gel manicures last longer than two weeks. My husband loves coming here too. From what I can tell, they are sterile and use new plastic to cover the soak bowls. Prices are reasonable too. Read Less

I got a gel manicure and a pedicure from town center nails and it was not a great experience. The lady working on my toes was kind and did a decent job but the lady working on my nails was rude and didn't do a good job. She cut me and poured some sort of blue liquid on my hand which is still stinging 20 minutes later. They have a minimal color selection and most of the color is on my hand, not nails. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst place that I have ever had a fill/gel color.   I started with I don't know who, she was the only one not wearing a name tag....   They switched girls on me (I suspect the first one isn't even qualified to do nails) - she left to go do a haircut.    Another lady, Elizabeth, became available and she finished my nails.   They didn't even adequately file down the old set before adding the new product to my nails.   I had to ask them to make them thinner and still left with thick/jacked up nails, after a price tag (not including tip) of $35.00.   I have a lot of experience getting my nails done and I seriously don't know how this place EVER got such good reviews!!!!! Highly recommend! I apologize for the snapchat screenshot...anyways, this place is fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and the prices are amazing. I got my hair dyed ombre for only $60 and a v-line, layered haircut for less than $20. I definitely recommend going here because you can't compare with their kind of great service and prices. This place also threw in a free styled hairdo for me at the end of my cut and dye (they curled my hair). Will definitely come again to try out different colors and maybe even a mani pedi! Read Less

I was in town visiting from San Francisco and needed to get my nails done and ended up getting a pedicure and a little hair cut. Jennifer did an amazing job on my nails with a beautiful design. Wow! Just wow! Very possibly the best pedicure I have ever had. I went for their full service pedi for $45 with Katie. It included a scrub, warm mud masque, an amazing long foot and leg rub which included hot stone massage. The aromatherapy candle was a delicious touch too. Katie was very thorough on cleaning up my cuticles and making my toes beautiful. The staff were all really nice. Hannah did my sister in law and she was very happy too. Elizabeth was great & friendly, as was the rest of the staff. Unfortunately, I was with a group of six people & had the only male technician. He cut my toe while trimming my nails. No apology, and I told him several times that it stung (as it continued to bleed). Elizabeth became aware of the situation, got some ointment to take away the sting & stop the bleeding. She also gave one of my friends a $10 gift card to give to me, as I was charged full price & still never received an apology from Edward Scissorhands. Everyone else in our group enjoyed themselves. Hannah is THE BEST! I found this little spot last month when I decided to cut bangs again and didn't want to do it myself. The fit me in for a last minute appointment and I was so happy with their service. I really needed my nails done. I was so happy to find this salon on my way home. I came on a Thursday about 630pm,they close at 700..Even though it was near closing time,they were more than happy to do my gel fill,and polish Change for my toes..I picked my color and they went to town...l had Elizabeth for my toes,and love the color and her trimming up my toes.Josha did my Gel Fill..He shaped my nails just perfect,.He seemed to be pretty quick too,not in a way I felt rushed.He was didn't rush through things,he just didn't waste time either.They were all nice in this shop.My only issue is my tip of nails werent polished,and I really like that. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who wants to have a relaxing time getting their nails or feet done. I took my two younger cousins for the mani/pedi combo and it was one the worst nail experiences I have ever had. My younger cousins, less than 15 years old were told that their hands are too big and that it is way too difficult to paint their nails because they have been biting them. The technician was complaining the entire time. This is was completely and utterly unprofessional and uncalled for. No one wants to hear these things when they are trying to enjoy themselves getting pampered at the nail salon.  The nail technicians also spoke in their native language the entire time...Overall, I have been to many nail salons all over California and I will never be going back. I also called and spoke with the male manager and informed him of what happened after we left the salon. He was only able to say sorry and did not offer anything. Read Less
