Had a apt at 10am just got done at 1pm asked for a dark gray they pulled out a red and insisted it was gray didn't help or clean up my nails like I asked I understand it was very busy but that shouldn't make anyone feel rushed to pick a color or have the person feel like they are paying for something they do not want! The staff was nice, and my final result was pretty. My only issues were some finishing issues; my top coat had bubbles, and the colored acrylic powder is stuck in my cuticles and under nails. My almond shape turned out a rounded shape, but other than that, that's about it. I'm more lenient than most girls with their nails, but if you're picky, just ask them to clean up your nail or tell them what's wrong and I'm sure they'll do it. Read Less

Palace Nails is amazing, Christine is amazing!!! Started out having eyelash extensions everyone at work teling me how good my eyes looked wanted to know where i go. I have had my nails done several times, and eyelash fills ,Christine always takes her time and makes sure they look perfect. A man's got to take care of himself too every now and then, and the customer care and service here is outstanding. I only simply got a pedicure as I'm sure most other men do that are my age. This was my first time ever trying anything like this and my perception toward men getting a pedicure has changed dramatically as a result. After a few visits to nearby nail salons that didn't impress me I decided to try my luck on Yelp. One salon really caught my attention,  so I called. Christine at Palace Nails was TERRIFIC! Not only did she get me in right away, but she also did the best gel nails I've ever had! The salon is convenient, very clean and Christine is such a sweet person! I got in and out in just over 45 minutes...FAST!  My nails lasted 3 weeks (and I am hard on them to say the least ). I had a mani(French), pedi done at 6:30 Friday night for a wedding on Saturday less than 24 hours my nails were chipped. They look awful for the wedding. I called on Monday said to come in and they would redo them. I did and now its been 19 hours and they are all chipped again. Won't go back. Read Less

My sister got her eyelashes done by Christine yesterday, and they looked great so I was excited that Christine could get me in today at 10 a.m.  Now I am no stranger to lash extensions and I am very addicted to wearing them, but I always hated how my eyes watered and burned after application; no matter how "sensitive" the hypoallergenic glue was supposed to be -- this part of the experience put me off of having them for more than a few months at a time when I would have to take a break.  However, this time I didn't get my initial welcoming burn or watering!  That alone is exciting! Add to the fact that Christine took her time and made my lashes look BEAUTIFUL; long and full!   Face it ladies, no matter how we condition, nurture and make up our own lashes, NOTHING compares to the feminine beauty of lash extensions that are artfully applied; and Christine is the BEST!!!!  I will be back...UPDATE:  Four days later and my lashes still look FANTASTIC with NO burning or eye watering.  My sister is still equally pleased!!!
