Really happy with the work done, the timeliness, the professionalism and communication by Aaron, Chris and their team. The roofing had to be delayed a couple times due to rain, but Aaron communicated with me each step of the way and ahead of the scheduled work.  Aaron also worked with me in dealing with my HOA on the roofing type and approval which was an added benefit. Aaron, Chris and the crew are amazing! I have an older home and had a tar/gravel roof with a pretty low slope. Over a year ago, I had several estimates and got a few more this past Fall including one from Nail It. Aaron showed up when he said he would and was so easy to talk to, but his estimate was a little more than others. I was leaning toward another, but felt better about how Aaron explained the process, product, etc that I called him several times to ask about items on another estimate vs. his and he took time (with several calls/emails) to make me feel comfortable with it and he's honest. The "other guy" did not. I went with my gut and hired Nail It and have been extremely happy with my choice. Once hired, he let me know to take things off the walls/shelves that could fall (I wouldn't have thought of this) and everyone working with him was prompt, professional, honest and friendly and they kept the area clean.  The tear off crew was so quick and even removed my old patio (for a little extra) while they were at it, saving a lot of time for that project. We had rain in the forecast and the crew completely protected my in process roof to avoid damage and delays.My roof looks amazing and has weathered the recent storms perfectly. I can't say enough good things about Aaron, Chris and the crew. I wish they did more than just roofs so my other projects were done as well as my roof. On 7/13/15, Nail It Roofing came out to my house for roof repairs, replacing the old inefficient vents with new more efficient vents as well as repairing my gutters that were damaged and improperly installed from the previous owner. I contacted Nail it Roofing and two other roofing companies.  Nail it tied for the lowest price BUT their price included the permit while the other didn't.  Aaron and his wife were very communicative and professional.  They worked  with us on the tile choice, arrived when they said they would or called in advance to explain a minor delay.  They were very nice and had no surprises on the cost.  When all was done they cleaned up better than when they first arrived.  They also made sure we got a copy of the "final" permit, i.e. inspection completed.  I highly recommend Nail It Roofing. Nail It Roofing came out for a dry-rot repair today. These guys were timely, professional and explained everything they did. They were very courteous and even made sure the noise would not bother any little ones napping.  They cleaned up and left the area better then they found it. they were worth every penny. We will definitely have them back to do some cleaning maintenance in the future. They have our recommendation and we do not recommend contractors easily. Great guys, quality work and great ethics.
