My nails are great. Pedicure service not so much. She made me bleed on both big toes after i told her it was hurting she continued to dig into it . i wanted the same or similar color as my nails but they didnt match at all. My toes came out gray. I asked nicley if she had a color that matched she rudely said i dont know look. I said i would rather have a reg polish because the ones that are like gel dont always match. She handed me the gel colors anyways. I asked if she could please find a reg color that matched she told me to get up and go look. I did. When she was done painting she said you need to get up i need the chair and i said okay where would you like me to go and she didnt answer she was very rude the whole time. I will never let her touch my toes again. I came to relax im about to have a baby in 17 days and she totally ruined my relaxation . thanks hannah maybe you could use some manners and patients. Beware ! Called and asked for an apt with Kevin and the woman on the phone said come now. Drove down there only for disappointment . As soon I stepped in the lady at the first desk asked me if I was there for a mani and pedi I said no I have an appointment another lady walks up and says Kevin doesn't have time someone else will do my nails. After telling her No I clearly asked for Kevin when I called she denied it and started calling me a liar infront of everyone in the salon I was so embarrassed and walked out. worst salon I've ever been too ! I really drove 20 min for this lady to tell me I didn't say I wanted an appointment with Kevin I said it 3 times !! It's unfortunate I have to take the time to write this review especially when all the "bad reviews" are based on the same exact thing, rude/bad customer service. My first experience the main technician who sits at the first chair was rude on the phone that she called me back after I was 3 minutes late to tell me "you said you'll be here in 10 minutes." I asked for tea, which majority of nail salons offer, instead of saying "no they don't provide it" she made a big sigh and aggressively gave it to me. They assigned me to Whitney/Wendy (one of those names), she wears glasses. She thought I was sleeping, so she looked at my feet and looked at her colleague to laugh and felt like an idiot when she saw I caught her. Don't we go to them to fix our feet? Was my feet suppose to look perfectly buffed and polished? I came in at 10:50AM and was out by 2:15PM from a spa pedicure, take off, new set. They don't move fast. However, Sky, the nail technician is amazing. They clearly do an amazing job on nails but their service and treatment towards people is awful. It's as if we are inconveniencing them. That was on Sunday, Jan 14.  My pinky nail broke, and unfortunately I had to come in today, Jan. 16 to get it fixed. I specifically asked for Sky, again the main technician who sits at the first chair rudely tells me "sit".. she then gives me JENNY. my nail broke right at the tip of the acrylic. An even break, where it's pretty obvious, if you're a professional? You'll need to soak my nail to weaken the gel polish and acrylic. JENNY was clearly struggling to find the edge to break off but that didn't stop her from trying. She kept trying to clip my nail and I keep saying "ouch!" To the point where I cussed and she still kept going. Why did she stop? Well, she cut my actual nail where is close to the skin. And that's when she made the excuse of "soaking" my nail. one nail to fix, she wraps it, tells me to sit at the couch where two females are already occupying it side by side and there's no room (so I'm standing and no one is assisting me to sit), and she tells me the wait for ONE nail is 30 minutes. You can google and YouTube how to take off acrylic / gel nails, it doesn't take 30 minutes for ONE nail. I've been getting my nails done for 10 years. She said 30 minutes because they needed 30 minutes to accommodate others since they were short staffed. I ended up leaving since no one told me where to sit and I'm not going to waste 30 mins waiting for ONE nail. Plus another hour? Do they do nails good? Absolutely. But is that worth it when their attitude is rude, their customer service is far from accommodating, their service isn't efficient and the overall experience sucks? Getting our nails done isn't just to get our nails done, it's also our getaway time to feel pampered and treated appropriately. We're paying to be treated with care. So unfortunate and disappointing. I spent some time on Yelp last night looking up various nail salons nearby while I continued my search for a good nail salon. I came across La Belle and saw the amazing pictures which convinced me to give the place a go.I didn't have an appointment but they were extremely accommodating considering that the entire place was packed (which is a good sign) and were able to seat me after the estimated 20 minute wait time. I had chosen a color while waiting but decided last minute that I wanted a different color and she was super understanding and nice about it.I spent a good amount of time talking to Jenny and finding out what an amazing person she is. She was very detail-oriented with her work and it was the first time I had ever left a nail salon being 100% satisfied with the results. I look forward to being a regular customer here and highly recommend this establishment. If you are looking for great quality, excellent customer service, and cleanliness, this is the place to go! This place is super cute. I went on a Saturday and it was really packed. I suggest if you want to go on a weekend; call and schedule an appointment the day before(that's the earliest you can make an appointment). The service is really nice and friendly. I've been here about 3 times, the second time I went one of the people messed up my nails a little bit; but she gave me a discount(which was nice).Other than that they're really good at what they do and have never disappointed me. I have always come to this nail salon and Jenny has been the one to get my nails done. Today when I came in at 6pm they were about to close and the staff that helped me out was rude and all of a sudden started speaking in their language about me. I know this because the lady that was getting my nails done turned around and said "my co-worker says that you don't like her" I told her that it wasn't true and that I didn't even know her co-worker. Since then the service started to be very bad. I got a pedicure and the lady didn't give me the slippers after my nails were done, she said that I didn't need them and that I was okay to put my shoes on. I asked her if she was really sure about it and she said yes go ahead. When I came home and took my shoes off my nails were messed up. I also got my finger nails done, the lady didn't want to cut my nails I had to ask her repeatedly to get them shorter . She didn't polish my nails well and you could see the fake nails from the edges. She then charged me 80 dollars. I was very surprised. I told her why it was 80 and she said 40 for long nails (when I repeatedly asked her to cut them her shorter). I said that I pay for manicure 35 with Jenny and she responded in very rude way "come when Jenny is here then". I will not be coming back here anymore. Always crowded, but they do great service here...i get a mani and pedi..for a great price and my gel polish last for about 2 weeks most times..i love how clean and sanitary they keep the place.. . that's a plus for me... Read Less

My favorite nail place. Techs do a consistently good job on acrylics, fills, and gel polish. I stopped going there because they were a little pushy with the upsells, but I came back because there wasn't anywhere else that did as good of a job. Read Less
