I've been getting my nails done here for about half a year and I've always had exceptional service. It's always impressive when a nail salon has fast service, but their employees do quality work, too. I've gotten gel manis and gel acrylics here and can say that they have a really good variety of colors and knowledge of current trends and designs. Worst place ever!!!! please read before going!!! I went there to get a full set done. i got an older lady who was beyond horrid at it! first off, i asked for almond shape and she did a horrible coffin shape. i asked her to fix them and she did them all lopsided. i was so annoyed i just wanted her to finish. they came out extremely lumpy and messy. she tried to file it down and literally cut 8 out of 10 of my fingers!!!!!!!!!!!! i was beyond livid. then a guy came over and told me i wasnt relaxed enough and thats why she cut me. noooooo, she is just horrible at her job! literally the worst experience ive ever had getting my nails done! please please save your money and fingers! HORRIBLE PLACE THEY THREATEN ME AND WOULD NOT FIX A CHIPPED NAIL THAT HAPPENED ONE DAY AFTER I GOT THEM DONE. I originally came on Saturday to get my nails done an hour from closing. I told one of the workers Bella I believe her name that I should get a new set because my nails are growing out of the actual acrylic nails she said no no you’re fine.. I know I wasn’t fine. I woke up the next day my nails are chipped and they were already outgrown on the side it looked horrible. I’m not from this area but drove an hour here and was told to come back in an hour and the owner would fix it..they wouldn't fix it so then I asked for a refund. He yelled and kicked me out for asking for better service. Had to call the cops.. poor cop handled the owner really good, but the owner got his customers involved and yelled at the police man. Just got done wit my nails and Bella did great. So glad my aunt recommended this place. My nails look great and the prices aren't outrageous. I got coffin shaped and ombré. The only thing is that Thr ombré is a little on the pink side and I would have preferred a little more of a natural color with the white but this is just a preference the service and quality are still excellent and my nails are great! Seriously getting pissed with this place. First few times I came in were great! Nails were done very well, I didn't have to wait long.... now, the gel peels after two days, they're usually crooked and bumpy and last time I went the man was paying attention to the TV and people walking around and WAS NOT even paying attention to the fact that he was hurting me and making me BLEED until the third time I jerked my hand back! Now I'm sitting here currently and have been waiting for nearly an HOUR after they said a few minutes! My bf and I tried to leave and they finally sat him down and have had his feet soaking for like 20 minutes with no one doing his pedicure yet.... I am lividly pissed right now and seriously want to just tell him to get up and let's leave so that we can go somewhere that cares!! If I could give this place no stars, I would. It takes a few nail salons for me to try till I find the perfect place. This one really is the best one around my area. I tried 5 different ones till I finally gave into this one. I walked in and I was immediately helped and catered to. I came in as a walk in.  The lady that helped me was very nice,  but did not speak much English. This resulted in my eyebrows being waxed too thin which is exactly what I asked her not to do. I wouldn't recommend going here...The only reason I'm not giving them 1star is because i walked in 10 minutes before closing and they stayed 35 minutes later working on me... I was really iffy about coming here because of the reviews. However, my pedicure came out fantastic! & the flower design is amazing. The only reason I rated it 4 out of 5 stars is because the woman who was doing my nails was really pushy about getting a manicure. She probably asked me about 4 times after I continued to say no. This place is horrible!! I would not recommend to anyone! I recently went there and got a pedicure. A week later I noticed my toe was turning purple! I went to the doctor and he said I had an infection in the cuticle area. He also he removed the nail polish and said i had a type of fungus on the nail! It's really disgusting and I wish I was able to upload pictures to prove what I'm saying is true. The doctor was 100% sure it was from the pedicure I just had. So, I came here to get a full set and a pedicure. It was around 7pm and the guy said he could take me. It took longer then expected, but what are you gonna do. A older guy did my pedicure. It was the worse, he was digging into the side of my toes nails. I kept telling him it hurt. Horrible. So, they finish up I paid and left. Well the next day I notice that I had gaps between my nailbed and the nail that they put on. On every nail!! After work I stop by to get my nails fixed. The same man that took my money the day before tells me they don't have time and to make an appointment, and that they didn't me a favor because I came late the day before. (Lol did me a favor.. sorry I paid for a service that you screwed up) I then tell him no I'm not making a appointment because my nails are at risk of getting a fungus and this is the only time I can come. His words.. Sorry I can't help you. I was nice and just asked for my money back so I can go somewhere else and have them fixed. Long story short he threaten to call the police on me. I had to act a damn fool in this shop to get my money back. Avoid this place at all costs. He knowledge that my nails were messed up but yet wouldn't give me the customer service of fixing their error and didn't want to give me my money back. This place was a disappointment! After a long day of work I wanted to get a pedicure and my eye brows wax before heading home to my three children and husband.I was greeted by two lady's one unfriendly and no smile. I asked for a wax and pedi and they were quick to get me started as I was the only one in there at 5:30 that should of been my first clue.One lady started my pedi and the other getting the wax. The lady waxing my eye brows was quick and I asked to wax my upper lip but waxed around my whole mouth! I don't have hair there but thanks. The woman owner came to check in on me and asked me how far along are you??? I said excuse me? Again asked me how far I long I was and pointed to my stomach. I told her I'm not pregnant and she quickly laughed at her con worker. I'm visibly not pregnant so not exactly sure why she thought i was. At that point I should of walked out for be insulted but I didn't since the lady was still doing my pedicure. The lady doing my pedicure took an hour and a half. I asked for a Callus removal and she scrubbed my feet raw!!! So now they hurt. To top it off she didn't even paint my toes right. Missing some spots and messed up one toe and didn't bother to fix it. The woman asked me if I was ok and I said no my toes are messed up and I can't sit here another hour and a half to have them find as I have to get home to my three children!! The owner Kevin came to try and fixed them and offer me a free color change anytime. Yeah! Like I'll ever come back to this place! I paid what was told to me to pay 24 dollars and walked out to my car. The lady that waxed my face told me to come back inside because they didn't collect for my eye brows. I was already upset and made that very clear when I came back inside to pay the additional 12 dollars. They kept apologizing but I explained to them they need to communicate more better instead of talking in their language that no one can understand. I told them I will not be returning as I was already insulted and had a horrible pedicure. Needless to say I wouldn't give them any stars if I had the option. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I tried this salon today for the first time. I've driven by there many times because it is in the same mall as El Pollo Loco where I like to get a salad for lunch but I usually go over to Parkway Plaza or Ramona to get my nails done. I was in a hurry and wanted to try this place out. OMG!! This is the very best gel manicure and pedicure I have ever had (and I've had many). Ask for Bella. Their massage chairs are heavenly. The salon is clean and all the equipment is brand new. They are way friendlier and chattier than other places and they did an amazing job on my hands and feet. For those of you who do gels a lot, you will know what I mean when I say I hate when they goop up the top of your fingers to prevent chipping. I've been getting my nails, toes, eyebrows, and facials done here for almost a year now. I had been to 10 other salons in the area trying to find a good fit because 1. I'm picky and 2. I work two jobs and don't have time for appointments so I need walk-in service whenever I have the time available. I found LV when I was doing laundry next door. I thought "why not give one more place a try." This was after I had taken my nails off because I couldn't find a good place to get them done. I've had gel or acrylic nails for 10 years. I got a full set gel and a pedicure. The prices were not the cheapest or the most expensive. Pretty much right in the middle. The second time I went in, I was recognized and greeted by the staff like I'd been going there for years. I had my eyebrows waxed. Hands down the best job on my eyebrows I've ever had! Some of the staff is more experienced than others. I have had my nails done once that weren't to my liking but hey, it happens. Every other time they have been very good! Tina is amazing at facials and pedicures. The two older woman are the best for eyebrows. And Kevin or his wife(she's only there on Saturday) are the best at nails. I went in this morning and the younger woman, Kevin's niece I think, did my nails. She's new at it but she did a great job! Anyone who gives this place 1 star probably went in when they were very busy or went in expecting their nail tech to be perfect. Shit happens people. But coming from me, who's been there probably 20 times, this place is the best! Be specific with what you want for nails so they know for sure what you like. I ask for my gel nails thick because I work detailing cars. They last a month or more. And if you let them know the next time you go in, what didn't work out for you, they will fix it. I have not had such a great experience with this place i went there yesterday for a fill on my acrylic French tips pink and white I had called previously explained what I needed done and made the appointment with what I am assuming was the owners wife is sat down told her again what I wanted and she proceeded to file my nails cutting me several times with the Dremel tool then she just filled in my whole nail with the pink acrylic and you can see where the under of the old nail has lifted like an air pocket I said white tips so she said okay and proceeded to hand paint white tips on the nails with Gel Polish or shellac witch looks horrible I was going out of town and I didn't have time to have them redone or make a seen so 40 dollars later I'm left with nails that look like a 3 year old painted  uneven and with several  cuts and damage to my cuticles also they don't use new tools on each client I will not be going back Read Less

Do NOT go here! I used to go here all the time until one day Lynn cut my cuticle back too far and I got an infection! My toe began to hurt and 4 days after my pedicure I went to the ER, thinking it was an ingrown toe nail. They said it was an infection from my cuticle being cut too far back, which made way for bacteria to get inside my toe!! Stayed in the ER for 5 hours and was on antibiotics for 2 weeks.. After 5 years of disatisfaction with nail spas, I went with the reviews on this nail spa and glad I did. The place is clean, the people are friendly (speak english) and reasonable prices...no, great prices. The owner Kevin did my gel nails and I couldn't be more satisfied. He was gentle, DIDN'T use the dremel tool (I have thin nail beds) and does a nice arm and hand massage  with lotion when he's done.I had the same service 1.5 weeks ago at a salon next to Walmert off Los Coches Rd. We were stopping for dinner next door when we saw the banner outside that said GRAND OPENING. There were special prices for all services & they were great 13.99 spa pedi,12.99 mani, 15.99 full set, 14.99 shellac GEL and more. We went in & they took us right away.   They do not have a large color selection, the lady that was doing my mani got half way done & the man working in the salon came over to look & realized she was using regular nail polish. They had to take it all off & start all over & then he started to tell the lady doing my nails how to do a shellac mani.  To top all of that off they charged us 48.00 for a 13.99 pedi with 2 designs which were 5$ extra & charged me $23.00 for my mani because they used gel. The banner says GEL SHELLAC 14.99, and they never told me anything about that before they started. They ripped us off & will the same to anyone who walks through the door. Read Less
